Hôtels avec petit déjeuner à Comté du Devon, Royaume-Uni

Not very clear where reception was. Eventually got to my room in the “Lodge”. A bit tired but functional. Bed hard as a board. Couldn’t turn shower off had to get the receptionist who also struggled but managed eventually. However good location although no views from the North Lodge other than the car park.

Je dois admettre que j'aurais aimé utiliser les hôtels Leonardo par le passé, quand j'en avais la possibilité. Mais aujourd'hui, je regrette de ne pas avoir découvert leurs chaînes plus tôt. En passant, c'est un euphémisme, mais dire que l'hôtel a dépassé mes attentes est un euphémisme. Outre les produits de première nécessité habituels, comme le thé, le café et le lait, il y en avait à profusion. J'étais vraiment ravi de constater que, pour une seule journée, j'avais autant de choix. J'ai séjourné dans des chaînes hôtelières qui ne proposent même pas les prestations de base, et encore moins des prestations supérieures. Autre point fort : le choix d'oreillers laissés sur le lit. Contrairement à certains endroits où l'on doit se contenter d'une nuit difficile si l'oreiller disponible ne convient pas, je n'ai eu aucun problème avec Leonardo. Les oreillers étaient là, éparpillés sur le lit. J'en ai trouvé un confortable et j'ai dormi sans problème. C'est un vrai bonus, Leonardo ! En conclusion, est-ce que je reviendrai au Leonardo ? Bien sûr ! Au moment de la réservation, je ne m'attendais qu'à une chose : y passer la nuit. Mais je ne m'attendais pas à ce que les petites attentions dépassent mes attentes initiales. J'aimerais bien rester plus longtemps ! Merci au Leonardo Hotel de Plymouth !

I have stayed here before. The price I paid for a Saturday night was £39. The hotel has been refurbishing in stages for a while so it can be pot luck if you have a refurbished room or not. The room was clean and bathroom spotless. Lady who checked us in was very friendly. The only complaint I could say was the room we had phone signal was non existent, could have been warmer in the room but it's between summer and winter and for us it was OK. I like this hotel and for the price you'd struggle to find somewhere as good. Will visit again.

I booked the hotel as I needed somewhere to stay en route to south Devon agter collecting my son from a late flight at Bristol airport, so our stay was short, and overall I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. We arrived at 1:15am and there were a few things that could be improved - very tired after a very long day and a late drive, I found the instructions to find our room qyite confusing. On the paper with instructions it had the building names, but in the dark you can't see these, so it took us some trial and error to find our room. The room itself was clean and comfortable (albeit very warm and needing the window opening), as was the bathroom. My biggest concern was that I saw there was a kettle, but after searching numerous places I couldn't find a cup or glass to have some water to take my nighttime supplements, or to have something to drink in the night (I had to return to the car to get my water bottle). At receptionnin the morning I asked if there should be glasses or cups on the room, but the receptionist didn't seem to think there would be, whcih i found a bit odd. It was only on returning to my room and reading the welcome folder that I saw mention of a drawer where I'd find tea cups etc. Then sure enough I saw it marked clearly and found it. This was my mistake of course, however I would suggest that, baring in mind some travellers arrive late at night and basically want to roll into bed on arrival, it would be helpful to have some glasses or something left visible, so that clients don't have to search for them when they can barely keep their eyes open! Other than this though, I found our stay to be very pleasant, and I was impressed that the cooked breakfast was made to order, fresh and hot. Overall a good stay, just a few things that could be improved to make it easier for those arriving outside if reception opening times.

We stayed in two King rooms with balconies as a family and overall the hotel has a lot going for it. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Exeter, perfect for walking everywhere. The hotel itself looks great, especially the sky bar on the top floor. The views are excellent, the drinks are very good, and the service up there was genuinely friendly and attentive. We also grabbed some nibbles in the downstairs restaurant and both the food and service were solid. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the balconies were a nice touch. Everything felt modern and comfortable. The only real downside — and it’s a big one — is the front desk service. For a hotel at this price point (and especially as an IHG property), it really let the whole place down. The staff were slow, not particularly knowledgeable (and I hate to add, not the ”quickest”), and quite short/rude at times. We were told when checking in that we’d get late checkout as IHG members, but when we returned later a different staff member had no idea what we were talking about and seemed confused about how to handle it. She eventually offered only one room until 12pm, which after a 3pm check-in really doesn’t feel like proper late checkout. We travel a lot and the front desk experience here was noticeably below standard. The rest of the hotel (rooms, bar, restaurant, location) is genuinely good, but the poor front-of-house service is what we’ll remember most. Would I stay again? Probably, because of the location and the rooms, but I really hope they sort out the front desk training and attitude.

29/04/2025 Nous sommes allés à l' hôtel cliffden trois fois et nous avons eu une salle de club au premier étage ils étaient belles grandes chambres mais cette fois nous étions au deuxième étage notre chambre était très petite et clautrophobe rien comme les photos de la réservation . Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il est très bon, et il est très bon, et il est très bon, et il est très bon. La chambre est très confortable, la chambre est très confortable et la chambre est très confortable. Les autres gâteaux et les chips gâteaux seraient bons à réparer vos soleils sur vos chaussures. Allez au magasin local de chips absolument beau. Nous avons utilisé la piscine intérieure qui était jolie et propre. Les jardins sont magnifiques, et la bière est très coûteuse. Le restaurant est très confortable et vous pouvez vous rendre à l'hôtel. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi l'hôtel met des chiens sur le deuxième étage parce que lorsque le chien veut aller au toilette au moment où vous descendez à l'entrée, le chien a déjà pendu sur les tapis. Heureusement, notre chien peut la garder et elle est assez petite pour le porter.J'ai suivi d'autres personnes avec leurs chiens et l'ai vu. Dans l'ensemble, nous étions très déçus de notre séjour cette fois.

The hotel itself was nice; can’t fault it. Our room however, had a weird, stale smell and was off-putting, with no way to ventilate the room by opening the windows, as you cannot open them - A/C is not a natural ventilation. Bed was comfortable, slept perfectly fine, just not nice waking up with the smell, as mentioned before. Breakfast was good, although I’ve had better.

Je suis un invité de retour. L'hôtel est situé à la fin de la rue principale de Totnes. Il est un hôtel et un bar occupés, servant de nourriture. Le bâtiment est ancien avec une échelle centrale qui conduit aux chambres. Les chambres sont très propres, décorées de façon délicieuse et les lits sont confortables.. Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. L'une des raisons les plus importantes pour revenir ici est le service clientèle. Le personnel ici est vraiment accessible et amiable. Toute question que vous ayez à poser à votre séjour, ils feront tout leur possible pour vous aider à résoudre. T ont séjourné dans d'autres hôtels etc si il n'y a pas de vacances ici mais à partir de mon expérience si vous aimez un environnement relaxé, belles chambres, emplacement Totnes comme base, alors c'est là que vous devriez venir . Il est aussi à quelques pas du plus beau cinéma que j'ai jamais eu, qui est enfoncé, le long de la principale rue haute, Le parking gratuit est disponible, l'hôtel offre une capacité d'environ 6 voitures à l'arrière de l'hôtel.

Hotel clean, breakfast had a god variety of food location is great. Unfortunately we had an issue outside our bedroom which I reported to reception in the morning as I feel it is a security issue. In the middle of the night we had a man knock on our door and he tried to get in. He was walking up and down the corridor and appeared to be drunk. He then lay outside our room and fell asleep. About 30 minutes later we heard him again knock on another door. Although we think he was probably a resident it did concern us as anyone could get access to the bedrooms as there is no security to get up the stairs. There is no swipe card access and I think this needs to be addressed as it is a safety concern.

L'hôtel et la zone étaient fantastiques, mais le service à la table de front était insuffisant. Nous avons pris un long week-end et nous sommes enthousiastes de tenter le club de plage, mais notre expérience a été étouffe par le service. Il a été fait de rester à l'abri pendant 5 minutes, alors qu'il a été dit que nous n'avions pas payé (quand nous avions) était inutile et honnêtement embarrassant. Le restaurant était la partie la plus décevante de la résidence. Je suis le service de la soirée était lent, suivi par notre ordre erroné deux fois et aussi chuté. Le petit déjeuner au restaurant était insuffisant par rapport aux hôtels plus chers qui offrent le continent. Lorsque nous avons commandé un petit déjeuner cuit, il a fallu 30-40 minutes pour recevoir quelques œufs et panqueques, bien que le restaurant était assez calme. La chambre, les installations et le spa étaient fantastiques. Beauté et confortables. Le club de plage à l'extérieur était magnifique. Le spa était parfait et les traitements étaient, pour citer mon partenaire, «l'un des meilleurs massages de ma vie». Le service était très bon, mais pas ce que nous attendions d'un hôtel portuaire.
