Hôtels avec petit déjeuner à Comté du Devon, Royaume-Uni

L'hôtel est situé dans une très pittoresque localisation, avec vue sur le lac. Après avoir dit que, le personnel qui n'a pas été complètement appelé à la sourde, inamicale et manifestement inaide d'un membre du personnel à la réception quand nous rentrions à l'hôtel après avoir parti à la course Newton Abbot sourit le séjour de nuit pour notre groupe de 7. Premièrement, après avoir servi des boissons à deux membres de notre groupe, qui sont arrivés à l'hôtel avant le reste de nous, il ne leur a pas permis de prendre les boissons en dehors d'une veranda, de sorte qu'ils pouvaient avoir une fumée et ne pouvaient fournir aucune bonne raison de refuser le Le bar a été fermé et il refusait de nous servir de boissons, même si nous avons demandé poliment, il voulait juste une autre boisson avant de coucher. Il était aussi court, rude et manifestement inaide quand nous lui avons demandé de nous indiquer dans la direction de nos chambres, de donner une seule réponse et de nous considérer tous comme un obstacle à lui. En général, cette expérience nous a fait regretter notre choix d'hôtel et nous sommes réticents à revenir à l'hôtel à l'avenir. Une autre grippe était que le service de petit déjeuner était pauvre et lent, avec les petits-déjeuners cuits pris 25 minutes pour arriver et de nombreux éléments clés manqués et non remplis, à moins que les invités n'aient demandé spécifiquement, y compris les tasses, les sacs de thé, le sucre et le jus d'orange,

Cost wise it was reasonable, and the location is bang in the middle of Plymouth shopping area. Parking is right under the hotel, and check in was quick. Room was very tidy and spacious, and cool enough but no air conditioning., just fan. Staff were all lovely, bar staff, reception and service staff, notably Christopher at breakfast who went out of his way to entertain my little girl. Food wise was OK, but 2 complaints. The breakfast orange juice is not fresh, or it's watered down, not nice. And for evening meal I ordered fish and chips, and it was a SLIVER of fish in batter....which for the cost was ridiculous. The staff were very understanding, but the kitchen should definitely seen a new supplier. Overall, it was a lovely stay and would definitely go back...my gripes are purely for management if they wish to address them for future guests. Recommend.

I have stayed here before. The price I paid for a Saturday night was £39. The hotel has been refurbishing in stages for a while so it can be pot luck if you have a refurbished room or not. The room was clean and bathroom spotless. Lady who checked us in was very friendly. The only complaint I could say was the room we had phone signal was non existent, could have been warmer in the room but it's between summer and winter and for us it was OK. I like this hotel and for the price you'd struggle to find somewhere as good. Will visit again.

The Exeter Court Hotel was really clean and the room was well set up, including tea and coffee, a TV, a hair dryer and ample space for clothes. We purchased the breakfast which was great. A wide selection of food and wonderful, attentive staff. There is a ”night-quiet” request from 10pm to 7am, which I applaud. The hotel has a huge car park and is close to a petrol station and just off the M5 where it becomes an A road, yet it was surprisingly quiet. I recommend and would go again. Thanks Exeter Court!

We stayed in two King rooms with balconies as a family and overall the hotel has a lot going for it. The location is fantastic — right in the heart of Exeter, perfect for walking everywhere. The hotel itself looks great, especially the sky bar on the top floor. The views are excellent, the drinks are very good, and the service up there was genuinely friendly and attentive. We also grabbed some nibbles in the downstairs restaurant and both the food and service were solid. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the balconies were a nice touch. Everything felt modern and comfortable. The only real downside — and it’s a big one — is the front desk service. For a hotel at this price point (and especially as an IHG property), it really let the whole place down. The staff were slow, not particularly knowledgeable (and I hate to add, not the ”quickest”), and quite short/rude at times. We were told when checking in that we’d get late checkout as IHG members, but when we returned later a different staff member had no idea what we were talking about and seemed confused about how to handle it. She eventually offered only one room until 12pm, which after a 3pm check-in really doesn’t feel like proper late checkout. We travel a lot and the front desk experience here was noticeably below standard. The rest of the hotel (rooms, bar, restaurant, location) is genuinely good, but the poor front-of-house service is what we’ll remember most. Would I stay again? Probably, because of the location and the rooms, but I really hope they sort out the front desk training and attitude.

Nous avons séjourné dans une salle de club familial avec notre grand-père de 3 ans. La salle était énorme avec 3 portes françaises qui mènent à un grand balcon et à un magnifique jardin et vue sur la mer. La piscine chauffée était superbe. Notre seule niggle serait que, en raison de la nature amical du chien de l'hôtel, il y avait peut-être naturellement des cheveux de chiens dans le bar/salle de manger et la douche aurait pu bénéficier d'une profonde propreté. Le parking était super et le personnel était aimable et aimable.

The hotel itself was nice; can’t fault it. Our room however, had a weird, stale smell and was off-putting, with no way to ventilate the room by opening the windows, as you cannot open them - A/C is not a natural ventilation. Bed was comfortable, slept perfectly fine, just not nice waking up with the smell, as mentioned before. Breakfast was good, although I’ve had better.

Je suis un invité de retour. L'hôtel est situé à la fin de la rue principale de Totnes. Il est un hôtel et un bar occupés, servant de nourriture. Le bâtiment est ancien avec une échelle centrale qui conduit aux chambres. Les chambres sont très propres, décorées de façon délicieuse et les lits sont confortables.. Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. L'une des raisons les plus importantes pour revenir ici est le service clientèle. Le personnel ici est vraiment accessible et amiable. Toute question que vous ayez à poser à votre séjour, ils feront tout leur possible pour vous aider à résoudre. T ont séjourné dans d'autres hôtels etc si il n'y a pas de vacances ici mais à partir de mon expérience si vous aimez un environnement relaxé, belles chambres, emplacement Totnes comme base, alors c'est là que vous devriez venir . Il est aussi à quelques pas du plus beau cinéma que j'ai jamais eu, qui est enfoncé, le long de la principale rue haute, Le parking gratuit est disponible, l'hôtel offre une capacité d'environ 6 voitures à l'arrière de l'hôtel.

Hotel clean, breakfast had a god variety of food location is great. Unfortunately we had an issue outside our bedroom which I reported to reception in the morning as I feel it is a security issue. In the middle of the night we had a man knock on our door and he tried to get in. He was walking up and down the corridor and appeared to be drunk. He then lay outside our room and fell asleep. About 30 minutes later we heard him again knock on another door. Although we think he was probably a resident it did concern us as anyone could get access to the bedrooms as there is no security to get up the stairs. There is no swipe card access and I think this needs to be addressed as it is a safety concern.
