Lovely staff and great hotel location for anyone that’s a bit more car centric. Despite not using the on site facilities as much, the staff were lovely, friendly & helpful at any hour. The room was spotlessly clean, and had decent basic amenities, but the room I stayed in was starting to look a little tired. Decent value for money however, especially for the time of the year & a weekend.

J'ai été un peu déçu de séjourner à l'hôtel Apollo lorsque j'ai réservé, je l'ai réservé pour deux adultes et un enfant et quand je suis arrivé, il n'y avait qu'un lit double, ils m'ont dit qu'ils mettraient un lit simple pour moi pendant que je était sorti et quand je suis rentré à l'hôtel à 20h30, il n'y avait toujours pas de lit, ils m'ont finalement donné à 22h un lit de camp avec des ressorts manquants pour que mon enfant de quatre ans puisse dormir. à la fin j'ai fini par dormir par terre pour que ma fille puisse avoir le lit avec son père, c'est vraiment dommage de voir un hôtel dans lequel j'ai séjourné quand je me suis marié s'est dégradé, il y avait beaucoup de plateaux sales dans le couloirs sur le chemin de la chambre, mais à l'entrée de l'hôtel était magnifique,

Very friendly staff, nice hotel well decorated and great value. VIn a small town, south of Guildford , might be nicer in the summer, only visited in January. Dog friendly!

It’s very rare to be unable to find anything to criticise about a hotel but having thought about it long and hard there is literally nothing. From the moment we arrived (at the well signposted, easy to find and with a huge car park) hotel to the moment we left, everything was fabulous! The receptionist greatest with a huge smile and nothing was too much trouble. We were quickly checked in to ground floor rooms and given complementary chocolates as well as offered a table at dinner. They were clear instructions about access to the health centre and to our room. The hotel was beautifully decorated and kept throughout with modern decor and facilities. Our room was easy to find and access, generously and tastefully furnished with the most deliciously comfortable beds! There was a wide section of complimentary refreshments and toiletries. The pool was clean and alongside the gym, sauna, steam and jacuzzi was a pleasure to spend a couple of hours visiting. There is also the benefit of a studio and classes although we didn’t attend any. Dinner at the restaurant usually exceeded my expectations. The teenager had a burger and I had a salmon poke bowl both of which were good size portions and delicious. Prices were also very reasonable. It is obviously a well liked restaurant as it was busy but the staff were pleasant and service was quick. We slept well and enjoyed the complementary coffee in the snug before saying our goodbyes. I throughly recommend this hotel for anybody looking for a midweek getaway, a Spa weekend (albeit they don’t offer treatments) or just an overnight stay en route to somewhere else. We loved our overnight and rate the staff very highly.

For the price paid (approximately £65 for a double room) this was a good option for our one night stay. The exterior of the building seems to be undergoing some modifications with scaffolding in place. The interior carpets and corridors need a considerable refresh but despite this the actual room was clean and tidy with fresh bedding. The room had its own wc, shower and washbasin so all self contained. The mattress was comfortable. The only drawback for me was that the room was at the back of the hotel very close to a McDonalds drive thru which proved rather noisy even at 3 am.

We stayed for a wedding, perfect location next to the station. Standout was the receptionist - super friendly and helpful, took our bags ahead of checking and allowed us to use the facilities to change for the wedding. Would recommend.

Great Hotel, Great location, Great staff. Easy check in staff helpful & polite, then went for a swim,sauna & steam room after a long drive then chilled out at the bar area. I did find our bath in our room not very wide, when you have a shower the shower curtain seems to stick to you when you are washing (i need more room & no im not oversized) probably a shower cubicle would be better. Could do with a touch up here & there, no air-conditioning in rooms so ask for a fan or take your own. Breakfast is plenty from hot & cold & everything i needed. Thank you all for a great stay.

L'hôtel ne fait pas clairement savoir que vous devez payer pour la piscine chaque fois que vous l'utilisez. Le site de la ville est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé, et il est très bien situé, et il est très bien situé. Nous avons réservé une chambre « golf view ». Lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre, il y avait une vue sur un bush, un arbre et des bâtons avec des buggies de golf à la distance arrive le matin, presque une vue de golf à notre avis. Les enfants très déçus qui étaient excités à voir une piste de course ! Le petit déjeuner était très sous-détaché, les deux membres du personnel travaillaient très dur, mais avec un hôtel complet, il aurait dû y avoir plus de personnel travaillant. Il a fallu trop longtemps pour que les verres soient enveloppés pour l'utilisation du jus et les pâturages ont couru et n'ont pas été remplacés en temps utile pour nous manger. Tous les membres du personnel étaient beaux et travaillaient dur, mais je pense que la direction doit agir sur les examens précédents. On nous a dit que la question de la vue du golf était historique et qu'elle était une question de voyage et comment ils annoncent, mais si c'était le cas, pourquoi rien n'était fait pour y remédier? Nous avons reçu un bon de boisson pour la compensation, mais nous avons refusé, car nous avions déjà acheté nos boissons non alcooliques pour la soirée. Nous avons demandé si nous pouvions payer notre piscine au lieu de cela et n'aurions pas été dits parce que les installations de loisirs étaient séparées de l'hôtel ??

I booked two nights at this hotel where is centrally central which is perfect. But these days the UK was seriously hit under heatwave and this hotel, while not airconditioned in most rooms but provided a small fan, only allowed small window openings that made the room like a hot steamer. I sweated all night and felt extremely headache in the morning and I suspected myself getting stroke. On the oth side, the toilet flush was weak, and the drainage at sink was slow. If anyone who needs a bed for one night, and it is in winter time (the wall insulation is pretty good to keep warm) and if on a budget, he may book this hotel, but don't have any expectation of a ”hotel” to offer, not clean as tons of stains in sink, toilet rolls rough, shower and tap water slow. Fridge not cool.
