Vous pouvez marcher de la frontière Zambie-Zimbabwe! Bien que ce soit un hôtel voisin à un prix raisonnable, il est très propre et a une bouteille chaude, c'est très bon! Je n'ai pas utilisé ça, mais l'hôtel a un restaurant et une piscine, et il y a un supermarché près!

We stayed at Lulu Lodge in order to visit Victoria Falls as part of a longer trip to Africa. When we arrived at the airport, John was ready and waiting to pick us up and transfer us to the lodge. He was friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. We had breakfast each day on the shady stoep outside our room, and all the staff were kind and courteous. We particularly enjoyed a dip in the hotel pool, which is clean and pleasantly shaded in the hottest part of the day. We deliberately chose an independent hotel rather than a large corporate one. We wanted to see more of the real Zimbabwe rather than being shielded behind am expensive facade. Some elements of our stay revealed a tight budget for the owners: the minibus had seen better days, and had no air-conditioning, and the shower was a bit temperamental, but this was easily offset by the willingness of John and his staff to show us the places and share the experiences we had wanted to see. He took us to the Victoria Falls, showed us the beautiful Lookout Cafe, which we probably would not have found by ourselves, ferried us into town for lunch and shops, and arranged an elephant ride which was an absolute joy! The elephants were free to roam over an extensive area as part of a conservation project, and we were delighted to have a 7 month old baby tag along with. her mother as we rode. John also took us to a local school where we were able to see students who truly valued their opportunity to have a proper education at a manageable price. We hope to return to Lulu Lodge within the next two years. Thank you, John, Tom and Honest.

The hotel itself is nice in a convenient location. However they are not very transparent about the cost of airport transfer. Before my stay, I emailed to enquire about airport transfer and was told that the airport shuttle is USD 15 per person, and $30 if it is individual traveller one way. I booked a 2 way transfer as an individual traveller and made payment of USD 60 to the Heritage Expeditions Desk upon arrival at the hotel. On my day of departure, while waiting for the airport transfer to arrive, another guest went up to the desk to ask to take the next airport transfer. The staff charged him USD 20. When my transfer arrived, they asked both of us to proceed to the car. I told the staff that I had paid $30 as an individual and asked they could return me $15 if I was going to be sharing with someone else. The staff then asked the other guest to wait for the next shuttle. To be honest I would have preferred to share and pay less, but of course they want every opportunity to take more money from you.

Aucune nourriture- la seule raison que je ne pouvais pas payer 5/5 sur les installations. Les travailleurs sont honnêtes. J'avais oublié un de mes téléphones après avoir vérifié. Ils m'ont contacté et gardé le téléphone pour moi pendant plusieurs heures.

My wife, , myself and our daughter started our visit to Africa in Zimbabwe, and booked 2 days at Pamusha lodge. It’s set in a secluded setting just outside Victoria falls town… probably 20 mins walk if you wanna attempt it , but there’s no need as Pamusha offer a shuttle service , usually with the wonderful Geoffrey driving , for a small fee. ( also a shuttle from the airport !). We found the staff working there incredibly helpful and friendly, especially in organising tours with / through Pamusha as well as any other questions we asked. Food at the lodge was ok , mostly reasonably priced and the bar was also fine. What was quoted was what we paid for tours .Accomodation is a little dated ( no hair dryer etc), but ok for a base to explore from. Yes , not 5 star luxury but would definitely recommend to people for a short stay

La piscine était incroyablement sale ; personne ne s'était donné la peine de la nettoyer des mouches, des feuilles et des saletés pendant quatre jours. La chambre était petite. Il y a deux types de chambres : avec des vitres teintées et des vitres classiques ; les premières sont très sombres. La plomberie est vétuste. Pendant mon séjour, trois chambres du deuxième étage ont été inondées. Après une fuite et mon transfert au troisième étage, ma chambre était lumineuse et agréable, avec une plomberie neuve. Les cascades sont à environ 10 minutes à pied ; la route est sûre, il est donc inutile de prendre un taxi.

The owner and his family were very helpful. Transfer from and to the airport was perfectly organized. The lodge is newly built and everything is very clean. We always felt safe in the lodge. We were brought to restaurants for dinner and picked up after. Finally our host took us to various nice and interesting places in Vic Falls. We learned a lot about life in Simbabwe.

The place is located a bit out of town, however if you are looking for a quiet place to lay your head it’s the best place. Its environment is relaxing and they offer self catering services if you are planning to cook for yourself as well as restaurants which serves delicious meals.

Aménagements de la chambre, équipements de service, équipements de service, etc. Pour la piscine, un toilet séparé est délivré, il est nécessaire de demander une resepshne. De la partie inférieure - dans le réservoir il y avait quelques remèdes d'insectes qui ont parfumé toute la chambre, il n'y a pas de filets anti-mosquito, c'est-à-dire les fenêtres pour la nuit ne pas ouvrir, dans la chambre est devenue poussières, le climatiseur était assez bruyant et pas très bruyant. Un peu bizarre système de connexion Wi-Fi - des bons qui, dans la moitié des cas, ont expiré et ont dû les suivre à nouveau. Le petit déjeuner est juste bon, uniforme, offre des œufs de choix avec différents compléments comme des sauces, des beaux-fruits, des champignons, des beaux-fruits, etc. ; il doit être commandé, le temps de cuisson n'est pas supérieur à 10 minutes. La location est très loin de tout, une fois marché jusqu'au cascade de matin, pas très confortable. Transfert à la Café de recherche de l'hôtel coûte $10 dans une direction, ce qui n'est pas très cher, la voiture laisse à désirer le meilleur. La livraison de nourriture à la chambre à partir de restaurants du soir coûte 3 $, très longtemps, n'a pas apporté exactement ce que j'avais commandé, apparemment pas à la disposition, pour préciser sur le remplacement à moi non sidérurgique, achetée à leur discrétion. Il a été autorisé à expulser le dernier jour à 1.5 une heure plus tard. À Victoria Falls, il n'y a pas de choix d'hôtel très grand budget. Ce prix/qualité est très bon si vous êtes prêt à prendre des transferts et des taxis. A l'heure où le taxi de l'hôtel a échoué, il est préférable d'accorder à l'avance avec quelqu'un.
