Расположение отеля прекрасное, номера большие, светлые. Мы отдыхали в октябре и было чуть прохладно внутри, это единственный минус. Завтраки разнообразные. Спа большой, но не очень удобно расположен. Все бани, бассейны - отдельно. Надо идти по коридорам, через холл, что не очень комфортно.

The hotel left mixed impressions. On the positive side, the location is good: the botanical garden is nearby, many places are within walking distance, and getting to Batumi is convenient. The sea view from the window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The price was also quite reasonable. The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair. The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors. The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure. The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included. There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region.

I have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.

Le personnel était si aimable, amuse le style sportif des chambres, aime le système éco-amical surtout en ce qui concerne l'eau. Les chambres étaient très propres et ils nous ont aidé à accélérer notre arrivée. Une de nos meilleures expériences à Batumi.

Это не отель 4*. Это апартаменты в жилом комплексе. Номер нормальный с балконом, новый достаточно чистый. Есть мини кухня и стиральная машинка. Не было ни питьевой воды ни простейших вещей для кухни (соль, губка для посуды, моющее средство). Расположение хорошее. рядом с морем, парк и молл в шаговой доступности. Аэропорт рядом Завтраки скромные. Почему-то всё что должно быть горячим, холодное. Готовят заранее. Из вкусного -чай. Это хороший 2* апарт-отель.

We found staff was very accommodating but unfortunately there was one waitress at sky bar who does not mind set to serve to anyone!  Can’t report due to language barrier !! But rest was amazing. Trip.com gave the best price

На ресепшене не совсем приветливый персонал, в ресторане на завтраке очень приятные женщины. Расположение очень удобное, 10 минут до моря, рядом магазины, кафе/рестораны. Завтраки однообразные, но всё очень вкусно и выбор неплохой. Номер небольшой, есть недочёты по чистоте, ванная это треш, настолько маленькая что не развернуться, из душа выход в унитаз, и вода с душа льётся на пол практически.

L'hôtel se trouve à 40-50 minutes à pied des principaux sites touristiques. Les chambres sont propres, lumineuses et spacieuses. Le ménage et le changement des serviettes sont assurés quotidiennement. Les petits-déjeuners sont variés et vous trouverez assurément votre bonheur. L'hôtel dispose d'une salle de fitness, d'un sauna finlandais, d'une piscine et d'une pataugeoire pour enfants. Seul bémol : la piscine n'est pas très bien nettoyée ; on aperçoit quelques déchets dans les coins, même si la quantité reste raisonnable. Le hammam est peu fonctionnel ; il n'y a pas de vapeur, on a donc l'impression d'entrer dans une pièce chaude. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

المكان جيد ومرتب كل شي تحتاجه موجود من غساله ملابس وكوايه ومطبخ صغير. االمكان نظيف لكن مو احسن شي. الموقع ممتاز قريب من مطاعم وكوفيهات ومناطق السياحية تروح لها مشي. المشكلة الوحيدة اللي صادفتني انه بعد تنظيف الشقه اختفت بجامتي وسالت الرسيبشن قالوا مو موجوده اللي تنظف ولان الشيك اوت كان بدري الصبح اعطيتهم رقمي يتواصلون معي لو حصلوها. الصراحه الموضوع وترني يعني اذا بجامة انسرقت كيف الاغراض الثانية فتوترت شوي وحرصت ان اصر عليهم عشان اشوف فيه تفاعل او لا لكن للاسف ما اهتم ابداً ولا اعطوا الموضوع اهمية. اذا حجزتوا احرصوا على اغراضكم ولا تسمحون لاحد يدخل ينظف.

The location is excellent, the customer service is great, and the bar’s F&B team is very helpful. When I asked for some ice to treat a bruise on my head after accidentally knocking into a glass door, the bar staff kindly provided me with a full basket of ice, which I truly appreciated. The hotel is new and very clean. Overall, everything was perfect.
