Расположение отеля прекрасное, номера большие, светлые. Мы отдыхали в октябре и было чуть прохладно внутри, это единственный минус. Завтраки разнообразные. Спа большой, но не очень удобно расположен. Все бани, бассейны - отдельно. Надо идти по коридорам, через холл, что не очень комфортно.

The hotel left mixed impressions. On the positive side, the location is good: the botanical garden is nearby, many places are within walking distance, and getting to Batumi is convenient. The sea view from the window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The price was also quite reasonable. The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair. The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors. The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure. The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included. There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region.

I have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.

L'hôtel est réservé temporairement à Bade-Bade. L'emplacement est sur la rue de la mer de Bade-bade, mais est loin d'être. Le petit déjeuner est simple, les choses ne sont pas très agréables. Un peu moins que prévu. Si vous n'avez pas de voiture, vous ne devriez pas vous installer ici.

Nous avons rencontré quelques difficultés lors de notre arrivée. Nous avions réservé une suite pour une famille de quatre personnes (deux adultes et deux enfants de 7 et 12 ans). Une fois dans la chambre, nous avons constaté l'absence de lits bébé. Le directeur a promis de régler le problème à plusieurs reprises, mais nous avons dû insister. Finalement, des lits ont été installés pour tout le monde, mais nous avons dû le leur rappeler pendant sept heures. Dans l'ensemble, c'est un excellent hôtel avec de bons petits-déjeuners, une salle de sport et une piscine intérieure. Le ménage est bien fait et le personnel est poli.

Repos de 11.06.2026 à 17.06.2026. Beau hôtel, lieu calme, personnel poli, excellent et divers petits-déjeuners, environnement très amiable. Excellent nettoyage quotidien. On peut aider cet endroit. Nous nous sommes réservés une heure plus tôt (13h00), n'a pas dû attendre. Merci à la direction et au personnel pour un grand repos.

L'hôtel se trouve à 40-50 minutes à pied des principaux sites touristiques. Les chambres sont propres, lumineuses et spacieuses. Le ménage et le changement des serviettes sont assurés quotidiennement. Les petits-déjeuners sont variés et vous trouverez assurément votre bonheur. L'hôtel dispose d'une salle de fitness, d'un sauna finlandais, d'une piscine et d'une pataugeoire pour enfants. Seul bémol : la piscine n'est pas très bien nettoyée ; on aperçoit quelques déchets dans les coins, même si la quantité reste raisonnable. Le hammam est peu fonctionnel ; il n'y a pas de vapeur, on a donc l'impression d'entrer dans une pièce chaude. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Nous avons acheté des billets de train en classe affaires et sommes arrivés à Batoumi le matin, malgré la pluie. À notre arrivée à l'hôtel, nous avons été très reconnaissants envers le personnel de la réception qui nous a permis de nous enregistrer plus tôt ; c'était une attention très appréciable. Plus tard, en sortant, nous avons aperçu quelqu'un, probablement un responsable, qui discutait avec elle à l'extérieur. Inquiète qu'elle ait pu recevoir des remarques, je me suis sentie un peu désolée. J'avais l'intention de lui donner un pourboire ou de lui offrir un café avant de partir, mais je ne l'ai pas revue. Un grand merci à elle ! Tous mes vœux de réussite ! La chambre était excellente, avec une immense terrasse.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent — right in the old city, with many highly rated cafes and restaurants nearby, including plenty of places serving local Georgian cuisine. The room was comfortable, modern, and surprisingly quiet. The internet connection was also excellent — I measured over 200 Mbps at one point. Breakfast was decent and quite similar to what we experienced in other hotels across Georgia. The staff were polite and welcoming. Overall, this is a very good option for staying in Batumi, we would stay here again.
