Had a great stay at Grand Central Premier Hotel! The room was very big, spacious, clean, and well maintained, which made the stay really comfortable. The facilities and amenities are also great. I especially appreciated the welcome drinks during check-in, a nice touch that made the experience feel more premium. The hotel also has a swimming pool, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day. Location-wise, it’s very strategic. It’s within walking distance to the train station, making it super convenient for getting around. Plus, it’s close to Deli Park Mall, one of the nicest shopping malls in the city, so food and shopping options are easily accessible.

Avis d'un Malaisien. Tout est parfait. La chambre est spacieuse. La nourriture est fantastique ! 10/10. Seul le fer à repasser est à changer. Il est cassé : impossible de régler la température ni la planche à repasser. Je ne peux donc pas l'utiliser. Dans l'ensemble, tout est impeccable ! Merci !

Pros: large room, nice view from the window, good breakfast, not bad gym. Cons: Inattentive staff (I had booked a Deluxe room, but they put me in a regular room. Later I had doubts and went back to check if it was really my room. It turned out it wasn't). On the last night the water was black, making it impossible to wash or brush your teeth.

The road to the resort can imrpive a lot. Came when its rainjng season. Cant do many things. Just do resort tour.  Cab or grab pr other service poor here. Can improve a lot. Easier for foreigners to commute. Or provide a shuttle for us to commute.

We stayed here this time for 3 nights. We had stayed here a couple of times before. The hotel maintains its hospitality, warmness and courtious reception of customers. It was quite easy to check in and out. The staff from front desk to housekeeping were friendlyand warm. There are little things that should be paid attention to such as the menu for breakfast.. Although the spread is good but there should be some variation/changes. Overall staying here you get value for your money.

Tempat pemandian langsung danaunya bagus tapi kamar menggunakan kipas, tidak dapat minum kemasan, kamar berbau lembab, lantai berpasir, tidak ada layanan bersih kamar. Sesuai harga lah🙏 foto yang diunggah view di bawah

Booked 2 rooms for 4 guests via trip.com with an additional request for rooms with a connecting door. In the trip.com app, we intentionally correctly filled all the guest details for each rooms. Upon checkin, the hotel’s front desk said they cant accommodate the connecting room request because they say it was booked under different names. Sadly they used this opportunity to argue with us, printing out in front of ourselves with their printer on the front desk: 2 separate reservations under different names (Maybe since we intentionally filled those guest names correctly? But the contact number and email is still the same, no?). From it we briefly saw all details like the 2 different reservations numbers they used as the crucial evidence, and how our booking was routed through ******* (From this detail one could argue the request was lost through the flawed trip.com system. Yet the hotel could’ve investigated and be more proactive after seeing a reservation for one room asking for connecting doors??). I thought hotel guests checking in at night only wanted rest, not attending trial??? Although to be fair in the end they got us 2 connecting rooms, albeit at a low floor (after the unnecessary bargaining). They required Rp200K as deposit. Room was clean, with a very useful Korean brand smart tv. Functional hair dryer, good lighting, with an in-room safe, and a small fridge/chiller. Breakfast could’ve been better, but there’s a lot of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We got valet parking but didn’t pay for it, was it complimentary because of the limited parking space this hotel has, or did we get it as compensation/goodwill, we never knew (this was not explained at check in).

Located in the heart of Medan, Kama Hotel is very easy to access, especially if you arrive by airport train. As a solo traveller, I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is affordable, the staff are friendly, and the location is convenient for exploring the city. The best part for me was the Dopio Coffee at the lobby, where you can enjoy a great taste of authentic Medan coffee. Highly recommended for solo travellers and families looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay in Medan.

Overall stay is good but the amenities like bath towel is shabby and faded white color, no face towel n small towel. breakfast is really ‘local indonesian’ style . I ordered room service for dinner and its good👍. I am staying at pool terrace and view is superb at night. I love the view.
