Un endroit idéal pour un week-end de détente ! L'atmosphère est paisible et calme, idéale pour ceux qui souhaitent se détendre. Le service était absolument impeccable : chaque membre du personnel s'est montré poli et attentionné tout au long de notre séjour. La cuisine était excellente, et une mention spéciale au chef cuisinier, sympathique et attentionné, a rendu notre expérience culinaire vraiment unique. Cela a vraiment ajouté une touche personnelle à notre séjour. En résumé, ce fut un merveilleux séjour : nous avons apprécié chaque instant et nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

The cleanliness is ok. Customer service also good. They are very friendly and helpful. Only the location for me is quite inconvenience as it not walking distance with the restaurant or mart. But if you have a driver it's okay. Grab also ok quite cheep as the distance with mall only 2-3km. This is the cheapest hotel with bathtub. We also can keep our luggage at their lobby if we want to go out first before check in.

We recently stayed here and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The staff mentioned we had just missed the end-of-May crowd, so the resort was incredibly calm and peaceful. It felt so serene, and we were even among the only ones in the pool all day. The pool was a great size and very relaxing, with plenty of sun chairs available. What We Loved: - Our room was extremely clean with no faults at all. We were upgraded to an Ocean View room, and the views were just beautiful. - The breakfast buffet had a great and delicious selection. Having 5 different dining options on site was excellent because the food never felt repetitive. We highly recommend trying the Lamb Shank at the Recreational Village! - We took some classes which were fun to attend. There was no booking required, which was great because it kept our schedule completely flexible. - The free shuttle service from the BBT Ferry Terminal was very convenient. - The service staff were all so friendly and attentive to our needs. A huge thank you to Kinasih in particular, who served us both poolside and at the Recreational Village. He is such a friendly guy and provided top-notch service. Some Minor Improvements: - Upon arrival, our luggage was accidentally left behind at the ferry terminal, though it was sorted out. - It was a bit hard to find information about the resort at first, such as the in-room dining menu, directions to the Recreation Village, and details for Chocolate Hour. Most of this was on the TV portal, but our TV was not set up to show it when we first turned it on, so we didn’t know about it until the next day. - An introduction to the facilities placed in the rooms or explained by the check-in staff would have been very useful. - We much prefer having physical menus rather than QR codes everywhere, and having physical signs for Chocolate Hour would be a good touch. Overall though, this is a wonderful resort with great food and excellent staff. We had a very relaxing holiday and would love to come back!

Nous avons décidé de fêter les 2 ans de notre fille au Holiday Inn Bintan et avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité de l'accueil. Nous avons été accueillis par le personnel sympathique de la réception lors de l'enregistrement, et Dian nous a servis, qui a rendu l'enregistrement rapide et sans tracas. La chambre était superbe. Mon seul reproche : le sol du balcon était un peu poussiéreux et la climatisation était très sensible, obligeant à bien fermer la porte du balcon avant de la mettre en mode climatisation. J'ai envoyé un e-mail à l'hôtel pour l'informer de l'anniversaire de ma fille et demander des décorations et un gâteau tout simple. Et ils ont été livrés ! Dian lui a même écrit un adorable message pour son anniversaire. Côté équipements, ma fille a beaucoup apprécié le club enfants et la piscine. Nous aurions aimé avoir plus de jours pour explorer le reste de l'hôtel. Compte tenu de l'emplacement, il n'y avait pas beaucoup de restaurants ni de boutiques aux alentours, à l'exception de la Plaza Lagoi qui compte quelques restaurants, dont le Warung Yeah, où l'hôtel propose un service de navette aller-retour. Wonderful moments celebrating my birthday on the stunning Bintan Island in Indonesia—a true slice of paradise. This beautiful destination is conveniently accessible with a 75-minute ferry ride from Tanah Merah, Singapore 🇸🇬, or a 20-minute trip from the Telaga Punggur ferry terminal in Batam to Tanjung Uban, as well as a 60-minute journey from Tanjung Pinang Island. During our delightful seven-night stay, we truly appreciated the warm hospitality we received. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you, Bintan, for the unforgettable memories!

J'aime cet hôtel Vibes ! Très belle et très belle. Les familles avec les enfants doivent regarder vos enfants qui vont autour de cette zone. Il est plein d'eau hehe qui le rend plus joli. Le petit déjeuner était bon aussi, nous devons sélectionner nos menus un jour avant. Total 10/10

Notre hôtel est à la visite de Batam. Nous aimerions l'emplacement de l'hôtel car il est à pied du Grand Batam Mall et du BCS - Batam City Square Mall. Un grand nombre de restaurants et de parlors de massage dans la région. Notre séjour a été coupé par un jour, puisque mon mari a dû couvrir son collègue qui a pris sa vacance le dernier jour de notre séjour. Nous reviendrons. Merci Artotel pour nous avoir.

There's some miscommunication on the booking as per booking page is either a big bed or 2 single bed. Upon booking did write the bed preference but was not fulfilled. However try to communicate with the staff and trip.com able to be assigned to 2 single bed room. There's slight leakage of the aircon, contact front desk and get it fixed. Hotel breakfast is not nice. Overall the staff is friendly n helpful, and has good location.

We recently celebrated a special getaway at Doulos Phos The Ship Hotel and it truly felt like we had rented the whole place for ourselves. The atmosphere was so peaceful, exclusive, and romantic — perfect for spending quality time with my wife. The hotel itself is incredibly unique, with so much history and character. Staying inside a beautifully restored ship made the entire experience unforgettable. Every corner had a charming nautical touch, and the ambiance throughout the property was elegant yet cozy. One of our favorite spots was the infinity pool overlooking the sea. The view during sunset was absolutely breathtaking, and the calm surroundings made it feel like a private paradise. We spent hours just relaxing by the pool, enjoying the ocean breeze and quiet atmosphere. The restaurants were also very good. The food was delicious, breakfast had plenty of variety, and the dining ambiance was warm and relaxing. Having dinner with the sea view and soft lighting created such a romantic mood for our celebration. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always attentive, which made the experience even more comfortable. The entire property was clean, beautifully maintained, and surprisingly quiet despite being such a famous landmark. If you are looking for a romantic escape, peaceful retreat, or simply a unique experience in Bintan, I highly recommend Doulos Phos The Ship Hotel. It was a memorable celebration with my wife, and we will definitely come back again. From the incredibly proactive service to the unique culinary offerings, it provided a comfortable and memorable stay for my elderly parents and me 🛑 Standout, Proactive Check-In Service The service here is exceptionally family-friendly. During the check-in process, while verifying our guest identities using our passports, the front desk staff noticed my parents' birthdates. Without us even asking, they thoughtfully offered to provide a plastic stool for the shower to make things safer and easier for them. It is rare to see an administrative process turn into such genuine, proactive care! Security is also tightly managed, and the front desk service is available 24/7, ensuring complete peace of mind 🛁 Cleverly Designed, Spacious Bathroom The bathroom area was a pleasant surprise: The Shower: It is exceptionally clean and spacious. The layout is so generous that I easily managed to fit my 160\text{ cm} wide portable bathtub inside the stall with room to spare, turning the shower into a private spa setup. The Vanity Space: While the sink counter itself is on the smaller side and doesn't hold many toiletries, the design compensates perfectly with a wide second shelf underneath the sink area. It kept all our extra items neatly tucked away but within arm's reach. 🍜 Impressive Breakfast Buffet & Local Delicacies The breakfast spread at Oasia Bistro was varied, fresh, and delicious. For our first time in Batam, it served as a perfect introduction to local flavors: Indonesian Specialties: The buffet featured authentic Indonesian delicacies alongside standard international options, including a fun DIY ”Noodle Station” featuring classic local instant noodles with various condiments and fresh ingredients. The Bakery Station: They have an incredible assortment of pastries (like freshly baked Danishes, Palmiers, and Kouign-Amann), but the absolute star was the Pandan Toast Bread. It is a highly unique local twist on standard toast that you definitely shouldn't miss. 📌 Summary Whether you are traveling for leisure or with elderly family members, this hotel balances high-level security, excellent accessibility considerations, and fantastic dining. Highly recommended, and I will definitely book this room type through Trip.com again!
