Not far from metro station Aerocity (15-20 minutes on foot) that is next station to the airport. But the area outside looks dodgy. Could be a bit difficult to find the place because Google Maps doesn’t know that hotel (look for nearby Hotel Ambrosia). The dinner (included in price) was really delicious. Had no chance to try breakfast due to early check out.

I recently stayed at The Lalit New Delhi and had a fantastic experience. I chose this hotel primarily for its location, as it is incredibly convenient for attending events at the Indira Gandhi Arena. It saved me a lot of travel time and hassle. The property itself is grand and very well-maintained. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a great view of the city—it felt like a proper luxury experience. I was also impressed with the breakfast spread; there were plenty of delicious vegetarian options, which I really appreciated. The staff were courteous and efficient during check-in and check-out. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for luxury in central Delhi.

This hotel is very good, cleanliness was taken care of a lot, the staff was very good, the food was also very good, it is worth the money, I would recommend you to visit this hotel once.

J'ai eu l'immense plaisir de séjourner à l'hôtel Maidens de Delhi avec ma femme et notre fille de 17 mois, et ce fut sans conteste la meilleure expérience hôtelière que j'aie jamais vécue. Dès notre arrivée, toute l'équipe nous a accueillis comme si nous étions de la famille. Chaque membre du personnel est courtois, chaleureux et d'une hospitalité remarquable. L'accueil à la réception est toujours souriant, et je me souviendrai particulièrement d'Aijaz, qui nous a salués avec une grande gentillesse, et de la directrice générale, Prachi, qui nous a témoigné une attention toute particulière. Le personnel d'entretien, de sécurité, du restaurant et absolument tout le monde ici fait preuve d'une serviabilité exceptionnelle qui distingue cet établissement. Notre chambre était tout simplement spectaculaire : spacieuse, impeccablement entretenue, dotée de nombreuses petites attentions et embaumée d'un parfum qui nous met immédiatement à l'aise. Nous disposions d'une bagagerie, d'un salon et d'une salle de bains magnifiquement décorée. Les fruits et les gâteaux de bienvenue furent une délicieuse surprise, une attention que peu d'hôtels proposent encore. Un adorable petit lit avait même été préparé spécialement pour notre fille, ce qui nous a profondément touchés. Ce qui nous a le plus touchés, ce sont les petites attentions envers notre fille. Le personnel d'entretien lui avait laissé des coussins personnalisés et d'adorables peluches ; une délicate attention qui va bien au-delà du simple devoir. La voir se blottir contre un coussin brodé à son nom et jouer avec les jouets soigneusement disposés sur son lit était un moment magique. Ce sont des souvenirs que nous chérirons à jamais, et je veillerai à ce qu'elle sache combien elle a été choyée ici lorsqu'elle sera plus grande. L'expérience culinaire était tout aussi exceptionnelle. Le chef exécutif Jashan Arora est tout simplement extraordinaire, un esprit brillant dont la générosité et l'attention sont incommensurables. Jashan était même présent lors de notre départ, un geste qui témoigne de sa grande humanité et de son dévouement. Il s'est personnellement assuré que les repas de notre bébé soient préparés exactement comme nous le souhaitions, souvent même mieux, et les dîners étaient délicieux. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était servi sur une pelouse verdoyante où je faisais des promenades matinales avec ma fille, un début de journée idyllique. Ce lieu historique est tout simplement époustouflant. L'hôtel Maidens a si bien préservé son architecture intemporelle et son charme que chaque recoin est un véritable tableau. S'y promener, c'est comme remonter le temps, tout en profitant du confort moderne. Je n'ai absolument rien à redire. Mon seul regret est de n'avoir rien pu faire pour remercier chaleureusement toutes les personnes qui ont rendu notre séjour si mémorable. À Jashan, Aijaz, Prachi, Ayushi, l'équipe du restaurant, le personnel d'entretien, la sécurité et à tous les autres, je vous adresse mes plus sincères remerciements. Cet hôtel est un modèle à suivre. C'est sans aucun doute le meilleur hôtel où j'ai séjourné, et j'ai hâte d'y retourner. En attendant, vous allez tous beaucoup me manquer.

Concierge services were particularly useful in navigating transportation and local attractions. Comfortable and Well-Appointed Rooms: The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep after a long journey. Thoughtful touches like high-quality toiletries and a well-stocked minibar added to the luxurious feel. Excellent Amenities: The hotel boasts a range of amenities, including a well-equipped gym, a refreshing pool, and a relaxing spa. The on-site restaurant offered a delicious and diverse menu, with options for both quick bites and more formal dining. However, the quality and convenience arguably justify the cost, especially for those prioritizing comfort and convenience. Nous séjournons toujours à l'Aerocity et je dois dire que nous n'avons jamais été déçus. Nous avions réservé une chambre Club Lounge et, à notre arrivée, on nous a conduits à une chambre qui dégageait une forte odeur d'humidité. Nous l'avons signalé à la réception et avons été immédiatement relogés dans une autre chambre.

The hotel is a good option for traveling passengers not far from the airport. Besides there is a big plus that the hotel provides free transportation to the airport terminal. The personnel is attentive and provided me upon my request the portable heater and helped with the copies of passport. Of course not a renowned chain hotel but with its price I believe it is a good place with good breakfast.

The hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. But the location helps to overlook a lot of the minor inconveniences.

The hotel’s about a 10-minute walk from Aerocity Metro Station, and there are loads of taxis and tuk-tuks right outside—super easy to get around. The air conditioning worked well. I didn’t really notice any noise issues. The room and hotel were generally clean, though I did see one small cockroach in the room. Just a small one. No hot water for the shower. Refridge worked great. One thing to watch out for: everyone seemed really focused on getting tips. Your room key stops working every day at noon, so you have to go to the front desk to reset it. Then someone will escort you to your room—and ask for a tip. If you want to use the Wi-Fi, you have to ask the front desk for a password slip that only works for one device and only for one day. Each time you go back for a new slip, they expect a tip again. My review would be based on my 4-day stay and will only be fair and square. The hotel is located in a bsuy area of main bazaar, so expect noisy neighborhood with honking cars and shouting people. The place is not that secure, if that is your concern. The hotel is in a neighborhood of slums (yes, i explored the inner streets and alleys). The hotel though is decent, good value for your money. Transportation is a bit difficult (especially if you will book indrive or uber) since it is a busy and narrow street, cars and motorbikes don't go much often there (they get stuck in traffic). The hotel room is okay. I booked a double room (i am a solo traveler but i want a big bed). They put two single beds together, so i can't really sleep in the middle because i sink in. The room is small. When I arrived, i was greeted by three medium sized cockroaches -two in the bedside table and one in bed. I managed to kill them though :-). Shower water is not always available. You can order food 24/7, and it was tasty (the falafel however is salty).. i paid roughly 100 usd for my stay. Internet connection is fast and reliable but you need to log-in everytime you get disconnected. Secutiry of the hotel itself is lax. In fact, they have a notice that THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THEFT WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF THE THINGS ARE STOLEN IN YOUR ROOM :-)... Visitors are not allowed. They provide airport pick-up and drop-off but the same is too costly (10usd) but in-app booking is only half the price (and even less). Hotel staff are willing to help you anytime foof the day - for a price. They always ask for tip (as in always).... Their tours are relatively competitive and at par with other providers. Breakfast is bad (i forced myself to finish the pancake, bread and omelette). The utensils, plates and glasses were dirty (watermarked in the glasses). They provide electric kettle in the room but no coffee or tea provided, nor mugs. Pillows and bed were soft, aircon is good but television not much choices. The only english content is the news. Will i recommend this hotel to friends? Yes if on tight budget. Otherwise, find a better one.
