I had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything from the hospitality to the cleanliness and ambiance exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home.
What truly made the experience unforgettable was the thoughtful complimentary arrangement they made for a birthday celebration. From the beautiful decorations to the surprise cake, every detail was taken care of with such care and effort. It added such a personal and memorable touch to our trip.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway with exceptional service and thoughtful gestures. Would definitely love to come back again!

I was very disappointed with customer service. I have sent email requesting early Check In but no one bothered to respond back.
During check in, full payment was made but during check out they charged me again for accommodation as they don’t have record that I have made payment. They took so long to verify that.
If I don’t remember that I have paid at check in time
I could have end up paying twice 😀

I really enjoyed my stay here! The team was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed that gave me a great night’s sleep. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and I loved the calm atmosphere. A few small improvements could make it even better, but overall, I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay in this hotel. Good location near the airport. The staffs a very friendly and helpful. Clean hotel and spacious. Have a very good variety of breakfast buffet. Amazingly good unfortunately we didn't have enough time explore more but certainly 5 star rating from our side..

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel lors d'un récent voyage d'affaires et mon expérience a été très agréable et sans encombre. L'enregistrement a été rapide et efficace, et le personnel était professionnel et attentionné. La chambre était propre, calme et bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour travailler, notamment une connexion Wi-Fi stable et un espace de travail confortable. En résumé, un excellent choix pour un voyage d'affaires. Je n'hésiterais pas à y séjourner à nouveau lors de mes prochains déplacements professionnels.

Overall service was excellent but entrance to the hotel is very small and congested always, which delays our entry to the hotel. On Saturday evening, we got dropped on the road and had to walk up in the ramp to the hotel entrance, because of congestion cars can’t get inside

L'hôtel Ginger est idéalement situé à proximité de l'aéroport national, bien qu'un peu éloigné du terminal international. C'est un hôtel bon marché avec des chambres propres et un excellent service général. La nourriture et les boissons du restaurant sont à des prix raisonnables.

Front desk has some issues when arranging rooms for us even we checked in after 16:00. Not a very happy check-in experience. There are some black dust on the toilet, don't know what that was. However, good location near the city and good Chinese restaurant inside.

The check-in process was efficient, and the staff maintained a high level of professionalism throughout my stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered an impressive city view. Housekeeping was consistent and attentive, ensuring everything was in order without needing to request anything.
Although I did not try the breakfast service, I did visit the bar on the 37th floor, which was a highlight of the stay. The night views from the top were outstanding, and the atmosphere was refined yet vibrant. The service team at the bar was attentive, and the overall experience made for an enjoyable evening.
Overall, The St. Regis Mumbai delivered a high-quality stay with strong service standards and a well-maintained property. I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travel.

Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala.
The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.

IInvitéThe yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there.
I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .

JJainIshaNous avons vérifié à 1 h et avant que nous ayons eu une conversation avec quelqu'un d'hôtel qui peut nous vérifier à 15 h le lendemain, puis nous quitterons à 15 h, alors que le personnel a dit que vous êtes bien venus ici et que nous allons régler les choses pour vous. Une fois ici, ils ont totalement refusé qu'ils ne pouvaient pas aider, mais nous avons compris leurs choses que nous leur avons dit de leur fournir au moins un endroit pour garder notre louange à laquelle ils nous ont certainement fourni. Une fois que nous sommes revenus à l'hôtel et nous avons demandé au type de réception qu'il nous offre une chambre pendant une heure comme nous voulions rester et nous étions prêts à payer pour le même qu'il a totalement refusé que non nous n'avons pas une chambre quand tout l'hôtel a aussi ***y chambres vacantes . Le moins bon accueil de l'hôtel *** devrait avoir la décence de base hu*** pour donner à leurs clients le séjour le plus mémorable au lieu de détruire le voyage.
Ils n'ont pas de démence de poussière dans les chambres, leur faucet de santé a été brisé, ils ne fournissent même pas de toilettes de base.
Après quelques minutes, nous sommes allés à lui demander quelles seront les frais d'une heure et il a demandé Rs.600 et nous avons réservé cet hôtel pour une journée en 850! Comm'on les gars aiment sérieusement?
Vous ne vous recommanderez jamais cet hôtel car le type de réception n'est pas très utile.

Good for a one night stay if you're heading to the airport the next day. Less than 5mins walking distance to T1. Buggy is avail / staff can help you with your luggage to the terminal. Multiple eateries at the airport too if you're not into proper sit down dining at the hotel.

IInvitéDe la part de la famille Panchal, un grand merci à Perenia, Rashi et Mayank de la réception, à la charmante serveuse de nuit du bar du port et au serveur nagalandais, extrêmement sympathique et compétent, du restaurant indien. Grâce à eux, notre séjour a été des plus agréables et mémorables, et ils ont vraiment fait preuve d'une grande attention. Ma mère y avait séjourné il y a 50 ans – je n'en avais aucune idée. Personne n'a refusé de nous accueillir, ils ont tout fait pour nous satisfaire. Le personnel est même venu nous saluer à l'extérieur. Mes parents ont adoré leur séjour et en parlent encore.

The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay.
The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience.
Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort.

IInvitéConsidering that the property has been hosting guests for the last 40 years, the amenities can still be considered excellent. The location is great, right behind the Taj, and a stone's throw away to the Gateway of India. Excellent location to take a stroll after dinner, which by the way can be had at Colaba Socials or Smoke house Deli, both of which are right next door to the hotel. Hotel staff are laid back and hospitable, and the room service for food and other requirements are also excellent. Loved the food delivered to the room as well.
