Forcément on est ici dans le sublime. Tout est parfait. L'ambiance, l'accueil, le petit dej. Pour avoir fait plusieurs hôtels de ce type à MUMBAI le grand intérêt du st Régis est son emplacement. Juste au dessus d'un centre commerciale plutôt haut de gamme où vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants sans avoir à affronter l'enfer des rues. Ma nouvelle adresse à MUMBAI.

Stay was good , but the dinner was not that good. Mini bar was locked and was not accessible. Good breakfast. In general staffs were ok, Gatekeeper Sardarji was helpful and welcoming guests with a warm smile. Really appreciated. While checking out, the receptionist was asking me about the minibar. It seems the minibar would be opened to according to guests profiles!

Останавливались на одну ночь перед круизом. Отель уставший, но уютный. Окна выходили на соседнее здание, поэтому было тихо. Смогли выспаться после бессонной ночи накануне из-за перелёта. В ванной есть зубной набор, в комнате - чайный набор и вода. Завтрак непривычный, но можно выбрать что-то подходящее. Всё, что было дешевле на момент бронирования по фото выглядело значительно печальнее. Очень удобное расположение. Обошли всё достопримечательности пешком, рядом станция Черчгейт, откуда можно доехать до прачечной Дхоби-Гат и трущоб Дхарави. Не понравилось только, что при входе у нас чуть ли не вырвали чемоданы и рук, чтобы отнести до номера, хотя мы сопротивлялись, а когда нас проводили в комнату, мы дали 100 рупий, носильщик посмотрел так, как-будто мы ему 1 рупию дали. Мы не нуждались в его услуге и не снимали деньги в принципе.

The yoga courses and Zimbabwe courses are not there but they will pretend that they are there. I asked 4 times to get the schedules through email but that email never came . Be careful cause the security at swimming pool is just like a decoration cause everyone can enter without having the room card to the swimming pool area by just jumping in while some clients are entering. And maybe there is a collaboration with the staff because actually in such beggars clothes how can they pass unobservant even the main door of the reception of the hotel! They have strict policies about cancellation which normally all the other marriotts of the world have..specially with clients who have diamond and travel genius highest level as vip clients .they dont consider that they stayed the entire week 7 days and it can happen that the last day some unpredictable work thing can happen. The 24 /7 service is just a fake thing cause if you call at a normal 10 pm the person's who ll pick up the phone after a LONG wait they still make you wait for the next morning for the concerned person to come and ask. They say ”we ll call you back but that call never comes” .

Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de restaurants à proximité, donc nous avons souvent dîné à l'hôtel. Le personnel de l'hôtel était très gentil. Les portes doivent avoir été minces, car les conversations dans la salle étaient assez audibles.

Nous avons vérifié à 1 h et avant que nous ayons eu une conversation avec quelqu'un d'hôtel qui peut nous vérifier à 15 h le lendemain, puis nous quitterons à 15 h, alors que le personnel a dit que vous êtes bien venus ici et que nous allons régler les choses pour vous. Une fois ici, ils ont totalement refusé qu'ils ne pouvaient pas aider, mais nous avons compris leurs choses que nous leur avons dit de leur fournir au moins un endroit pour garder notre louange à laquelle ils nous ont certainement fourni. Une fois que nous sommes revenus à l'hôtel et nous avons demandé au type de réception qu'il nous offre une chambre pendant une heure comme nous voulions rester et nous étions prêts à payer pour le même qu'il a totalement refusé que non nous n'avons pas une chambre quand tout l'hôtel a aussi ***y chambres vacantes . Le moins bon accueil de l'hôtel *** devrait avoir la décence de base hu*** pour donner à leurs clients le séjour le plus mémorable au lieu de détruire le voyage. Ils n'ont pas de démence de poussière dans les chambres, leur faucet de santé a été brisé, ils ne fournissent même pas de toilettes de base. Après quelques minutes, nous sommes allés à lui demander quelles seront les frais d'une heure et il a demandé Rs.600 et nous avons réservé cet hôtel pour une journée en 850! Comm'on les gars aiment sérieusement? Vous ne vous recommanderez jamais cet hôtel car le type de réception n'est pas très utile.

The Taj is always going to be superb, of course, and this one is no exception. Two small points - 1. For some reason I had to keep re - signing in to the same WiFi network when I went from the room to various public areas of the hotel 2. There was a peculiar smell of drains in the corridors outside my room which never entirely went away Barring that of course, marvelous hotel, lovely staff, amazing breakfast buffet, super rooms, very nice pool and gym.

Cet établissement se targue de 120 ans d'histoire, mais en réalité, c'est plutôt 120 ans de bureaucratie. J'ai eu droit à deux interventions du technicien : la première fois, la porte des toilettes s'est verrouillée toute seule. Après avoir appelé, ils ont envoyé une assistance 15 minutes plus tard. Lorsque j'ai relancé le service, la réceptionniste m'a sèchement répondu que cela prenait du temps. Le technicien est arrivé et a déclaré que les portes étaient anciennes et que c'était normal. Super, donc pas de réparation. Le lendemain, à 5h50 du matin, nous avons constaté une panne de courant dans notre chambre. Après avoir rappelé, le technicien est de nouveau arrivé 15 minutes plus tard. Tout en s'excusant poliment du désagrément, il a passé 20 minutes à chercher la panne et finalement, le jeune homme a crié : « Monsieur, c'est le même driver LED dans l'armoire ! » Une fois de plus, nous nous sommes retrouvés face à un problème connu qui a perturbé notre sommeil et notre séjour. Le service de chambre pour un simple remplissage d'eau a pris 10 minutes. Il se peut que les Indiens soient mal traités dans cet établissement emblématique, mais j'ai eu une meilleure expérience à Paharganj. Au moment du départ, on m'a redemandé mon adresse e-mail alors que je l'avais déjà fournie à mon arrivée. On m'a dit que nous avions peut-être rencontré des problèmes techniques. Pris individuellement, ces problèmes sont mineurs, mais leur succession d'incidents aussi négligents en une seule journée, et l'attitude déplorable de cet hôtel face aux retards, me poussent à écrire ce long coup de gueule. Voilà qui est bien loin de la réputation de cette chaîne hôtelière indienne. À éviter absolument ! Préférez ITC, bien meilleur et beaucoup plus efficace.
