Hôtels avec parking à Wellington, Nouvelle-Zélande

La position de l'hôtel est très bonne, au centre de la ville de Wellington, le parking est au niveau supérieur, il faut monter une élévation, le coût de stationnement est de 15 nouveaux dollars par jour. La décoration intérieure est un peu antiquisée et a un sens historique. Le défaut est que la réception est arrivée à l'hôtel le soir de la nuit, elle a été fermée (il devrait être à 7 heures du soir), et je me suis envoyée un courrier, en fait, pas trouvée. Le gars qui a nettoyé la toilette, aidez-moi à contacter, a ouvert la boîte à laver avant de recevoir le linge.

I stayed at Boulcott Suites for three nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent — plenty of eateries nearby (many Asian options), a New World supermarket just around the corner, and Cuba Street all within walking distance. For those driving, private parking is available at NZD 29 per night, though it does need to be booked in advance by calling ahead. The room itself was well-equipped, with nearly everything listed on their website provided. Amenities included tea, coffee, hot chocolate, an infusion tea selection, a coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, clothing rack, clean towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and a hair dryer. There’s also a convenient kitchenette with a stove and full set of utilities if you’d like to prepare meals. Do note that some basics like a toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, and bottled water aren’t supplied. I just drank the tap water, which seemed perfectly fine. On the downside, I felt the room was a little dusty, which took away slightly from the otherwise good presentation. I had also requested a baby cot during booking and was told it would be included, but it never arrived in the room. It wasn’t a big issue for me personally since the bed was large enough to co-sleep with my baby, but it’s worth mentioning for others who might rely on that service. All in all, Boulcott Suites is a convenient and comfortable choice in the heart of Wellington, with great amenities and an ideal location. With a little more attention to detail on housekeeping and guest requests, it would be close to perfect.

Bel hôtel et bien situé. Très accessible à toutes les attractions, à quelques pas du centre-ville. A proximité de la rue Cuba et du musée national. L'hôtel est un peu vieux mais toujours très propre et le petit-déjeuner est typiquement européen.

This was our third stay at the Copthorne and have always enjoyed it.  Very comfortable and friendly front of house staff. The big let down is mould and dirt on the floor around the outside of the shower wall.

The hotel is ideally located, close to the action on Queen Street. The room itself was compact. The safe didn't work and needed a battery replacement. That's relatively minor. More interestingly, there was nowhere to air clothes (e.g. after a gym session) and very limited clothing hooks. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low for my liking. However, I had a city-side room high above that provided me with alaxing views of the city. Reception staff were excellent and very responsive.

Seriously lacking in hospitality. Asked for a latte at 5:57am and was told “ we don’t  open until 6am” No newspapers available. Bellhop service virtually nonexistent. Room service was good. Front desk agent untrained and unsupervised. No greeting upon entering the hotel or restaurant. Great mixologist at the bar.  Kudos to Andreas the only friendly person we met not really sure what his position is there but he was great, helpful and kind to two old ladies with multiple bags.  No hand soap in the bathroom and towels were not changed.  $45.00 per day valet car service seems a bit much given that there really isn’t another option. We stayed in a “superior double double “ Not sure what superior meant. One of the beds was hard up against a wall. Less than a meter between end of beds and desk/tv stand. Entertainment system did not offer any pay as you go options just a bunch of sky. No Netflix type options. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone and most certainly will not be going back!

房間其實沒有圖片上的大，但衞生維護很好。前台很友善，總能提供你需要的幫助。第一天就給了我一張市區圖，2天下來，用腳丈量了海邊街道和碼頭。對於乘坐機場快線AX的旅客更是友善。Manners 街和Willis街路口下，向南走一段上坡路右手邊就看到了。茶和咖啡管夠，還有巧克力。我不能再喝咖啡，衹喝巧克力，酒店還貼心地給我準備了一個大杯子。離古巴街很近，其實去哪兒都不遠。走的時候，正巧Beth下班，回家開着比亞迪，順道帶我去機場，還拐了彎，去看指環王的拍攝地。真的很友善。如果再去威靈頓，我肯定還選她們家。

Nous avons 65 ans. Impossible d'allumer la télévision malgré le téléchargement d'une application. Après deux heures d'efforts, j'ai failli jeter la télécommande sur le téléviseur. Comment accéder à mon compte YouTube ou Netflix si je n'y ai pas accès ? Nous étions très mécontents. Nous prenions le ferry le lendemain matin. Nous sommes arrivés à 7h20 dans l'espoir de prendre le petit-déjeuner, mais l'établissement était fermé. Pas de petit-déjeuner ? À notre arrivée, une jeune fille a encaissé mes 35 $ pour le parking et nous a dit que nous pouvions revenir le lendemain matin si nous le souhaitions. Le parking est très sûr, mais attention, la porte se ferme la nuit et quelqu'un doit sortir pour l'ouvrir sur la route très fréquentée. Il faut se garer sur le trottoir et l'accès est difficile avec un gros pick-up comme le nôtre. La douche était le meilleur atout de la chambre. Le lit était très haut, avec un sommier en bois également très haut. Tout était très propre et bien rangé. Nous n'avons pas l'habitude d'aller dans un hôtel sans réception pour nous renseigner sur la télévision. Nous ne sommes pas sûrs d'y retourner.

Jamais je n’écris de commentaire mais là ça en vaut vraiment la peine. Pour tous ceux qui veulent coucher à Wellington en Nouvelle-Zélande, la place c’est le Ramada. Avez-vous déjà vu un lave-vaisselle, une plaque chauffante et une laveuse-sécheuse gratuites dans votre propre chambre d’hôtel? On peut économiser en mangeant dans la chambre. Et la chambre? Vraiment au goût du jour et adéquate pour tout. Et le prix? Cherchez un hôtel à 100 $ la nuit, très bien situé et tellement tranquille que les oreilles te silent. Alors voilà mon coup de cœur de mon road trip sur l’Île du Nord en Nouvelle-Zélande.

Quite the experience.  I was hoping for ‘cheap and cheerful’ fairly close to town. That was the case for the room and the breakfast options surpassed my expectations.  We slept well and were happy to have somewhere to stay that didn’t cost an arm and a leg.  After checking out we had a riotous time over a drink, reading through past reviews as we are clearly not alone in noticing the ‘Fawlty Towers-esque’ demeanour of the owner/manager.  He likes to complain about guests and after a couple of chats with him we were bemused to o notice that we had inadvertently behaved incorrectly and were the subjects of gossip with new guests - while we were still in the room!  I might have grey hair but my hearing is still intact.  My impression is that he’s harmless enough, just lacking in some social etiquette.  If you remember Basil Fawlty and take it with a grain of salt, you’ll be fine.
