Hôtels avec petit déjeuner à Tamil Nadu, Inde

Je retournerai ici.   Le petit déjeuner et le personnel étaient vraiment exceptionnels. La chambre était bonne, tout travaillait et le dîner en chambre qui est 24/7, était excellent. Nous sommes arrivés à 2 heures et le repas, à l'époque, pour les voyageurs faimeux était vraiment apprécié. Le Holiday Inn vous offre un excellent personnel et vous souhaitez les aider.   Je n'ai pas donné cinq étoiles pour la propreté car les sièges de toilette pouvaient/doivent être nettoyés mieux.

The hotel is actually getting outdated with boring interior with fading colors and stripping off hard materials, they should do something about getting rid of birds that pooping on windows and unpleasant views. Exterior obviously can see lots of cracks all over building. Fayaz the front desk guy check in dunno how to smile when welcoming customers. You are saying it’s luxury collection hotel but something you have to work on it. Otherwise competitor will take over.

It was nice stay I. Chennai , good location , staffs are supportive and friendly , lots of shopping malls and entertainment near by , Overall very good hotel for reasonable price .

Une douche fabuleuse. Le restaurant a été très bien accueilli par les salles de la maison de la maison. Nous avons fait le « hike » de la matinée qui mérite de nous monter.  Nous avons apporté une bouteille d'eau chaude à notre deuxième nuit qui était une belle surprise.  Les biscuits de thé et de thé servis entre 5 & 5.30pm qui était un joli touche bien que plus de gâteau au petit-déjeuner aurait été bon. Il est très bon de rester ici, car les chambres sont excellentes.

C'était un bel emplacement mais la chambre ne valait pas ce qu'ils demandent, soit 8 k par nuit. Elle était minuscule et la salle de bain n'avait même pas de serviette. Je ne recommanderais pas ou ne resterais pas ici. Je pense que le Taj ou Leela est un meilleur choix pour votre argent ! De plus, les installations de l'hôtel sont médiocres. Cela ne justifie vraiment pas un tarif supérieur à 4 à 5 k ou un maximum de 6 k avec taxes. J'ai payé 9,9k et je pense que cela n'en valait absolument pas la peine !

The toilet/bathroom is very small and the fittings appear quite old. The setup does not seem to have been upgraded for many years and definitely needs renovation. The room phone was not working, which was inconvenient during the stay. The food quality is good, however the breakfast management needs improvement. Guests are allowed into the dining area without proper seating allocation, so we had to wait and search for a table ourselves. When all tables are occupied, the staff should manage the flow of guests instead of allowing everyone in at once. Overall: It is acceptable for a short stay of a couple of nights, but it may not be ideal for a comfortable leisure stay.

Stayed 4 nights at The Residency Towers, Chennai early May 2026. Hotel looks grand and clean. Very convenient location if you are a shopper! 'Off' pick drive to International airport about 20 mins. Staff are very kind, polite and helpful. Staff at main door entrance always greet with a smile and are willing to collect your luggages. Breakfast spread with commendable! Many options from South Indian (fresh and on the spot) made dosa, roti, Mediterranean food staple like hummus, pita bread, healthy sandwiches, juices, filter coffee! pastries, cakes, porridge.. more than one can ask for! Special mention about Mr Deeraj. Deeraj made every effort to make my stay memorable after I had issues in the first room assigned to me. Dheeraj personal inspected the next room and assured to make my stay a good one, and he definitely did! Dheeraj visited me in the restaurant to speak to me personally about my dissatisfaction about the first room which is very commendable in ensuring guests are well taken care of. Dheeraj even gave me an upgrade! which was very kind of him. Another mention is Anand who collected my luggages. He was on full spring and energy in his work! He has very good working etiquette. Another shout out to Krish and Ashwin from the restaurant! They were very sweet and friendly to make our mealtimes enjoyable and their lightheartedness full of spirit really made my day! Myself and my husband had a truly wonderful time at The Residency Towers, Chennai! We will surely return. My only comment is, I expected all rooms to have been updated and renovated as advertised on their website, but unfortunately only couple of floors.

My initial stay at this newly launched hotel was excellent. The modern facilities were in perfect working order, and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. It was a promising start that convinced me to return. Unfortunately, my second stay was profoundly disappointing and raised several concerns. The first room I was assigned had a strong, unpleasant odor. While I appreciate the staff promptly moving me to a second room, it only partially resolved the issue, as a faint strange smell persisted. The second room had multiple functional problems: * Non-Functional Power:** The USB ports and power sockets on the wall faulty. * Inconsistent Hot Water:** The water heater took an excessively long time to heat up, disrupting my routine. * Purify water contamination:** There's particles and oil from the purify water. It seems contamination from central filter. Most alarmingly, at approximately 6 AM one morning, a **very loud alarm sounded from the door area.** This was highly disruptive and concerning, as it was unclear whether it was a security breach alarm or a triggered fire alarm. The lack of any immediate information or follow-up from the hotel staff regarding this incident left me feeling unsettled and concerned about the emergency protocols. While the front desk staff were helpful in changing my room, the combination of maintenance failures and a confusing safety alarm indicates a significant lapse in operational standards. For a new hotel, this is troubling. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure the safety and comfort of all future guests.

My wife and I stayed there for 3-days in mid July, overall stay was good and pleasant and we take this opportunity to thank Mr Ramar (Manager @ Cilantro) who was not only polite and professional, he went the extra mile to help us out in a complex situation that arose on our 1st day. A well deserved PAT for Mr Ramar in exhibiting his professionalism But I cant say the same for the Travel Manager Mr Balaji who vehemently refused and not even seeking any other avenues or alternatives to assist us, totally no empathy shown at all bearing the fact that we being tourists cant access to all your facilities This we consider a major setback as its reflects horrid customer service

We enjoyed our stay in esthell resort. We have been upgraded to newly constructed executive rooms. It was awesome. Amenities, games were enjoyed by myself and my kids. A wonderful place for kids to stay and enjoy.
