I am how genuinely happy my recent stay was at The Loom. From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtful, welcoming, and exceptionally well-run. Check-in was smooth and professional, and the front desk team immediately set the tone—warm, efficient, and genuinely hospitable. After a long day of travel, it was refreshing to be greeted by people who clearly care about guest experience.  Throughout my stay, every interaction felt consistent: friendly, attentive, and proactive without being intrusive. Whether it was a quick question, a request, or simply passing staff in the hallway, the level of professionalism and kindness was noticeable. It’s rare to see that kind of consistency across an entire team, and it made the stay feel effortless. My room was spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable. The bed and linens were excellent, and I slept better than I expected. I also appreciated the small details—well-maintained amenities, a clean bathroom, strong water pressure, and a layout that felt functional and relaxing. It’s clear that housekeeping takes pride in their work.Fully maintained and had a calm, polished feel. Common areas were clean and inviting, and the overall atmosphere felt both upscale and comfortable. I also appreciated how safe and organized everything felt, especially during busy periods. The breakfast/restaurant experience was excellent—fresh, well-presented, and a great start to the day. The service was just as strong as the rest of the property.The location was also a major plus—convenient and easy to navigate, with everything I needed close by. It made the entire trip smoother. Overall, this was one of the better hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Thank you for delivering a stay that felt genuinely high-quality from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be returning the next time I’m in Providence

La location de l'hôtel était super. Il était juste sur la plage. Cependant, une fois se trouvant dans la chambre nous avons remarqué plusieurs bugs que nous devions tuer. La salle de bain n'était pas bien nettoyée, comme il y avait des cheveux dans la salle de bain, le bain et le toilette. Lors de l'enregistrement, je ne connaissais pas une ”taxe de destination” qui était un supplément de 80 $. Cela n'était pas mentionné n'importe où sur l'e-mail de confirmation de voyage ni dans mon reçu numérique de l'hôtel. Mais dans l'ensemble, nous avons encore eu un bon voyage.

Pros: The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Complimentary tea and coffee were a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious, and interestingly, it worked like a regular restaurant where you get a bill and hand over the voucher you received at check-in. The location was great. Cons: They said construction noise would only continue until 5 PM, but I heard several loud, machine-like noises well past 8 PM. I almost asked to change rooms, but the noise eventually died down so I let it go. Also, there were two bottles of water in the room, but unless you’re a Hilton Silver member or above, they charge $3 each. If I had other options, I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

La chambre est large, l'environnement est magnifique, c'est que le bruit de l'air conditionné est un peu grand, mais de nombreux hôtels aux États-Unis ont un problème. Parce que l'hôtel est arrivé après le long voyage à midi, j'ai appelé la réception préalablement et j'ai promis de rester préalablement. C'est super!

The a/c in the room was not working, and I had to get ready for an event. It was in the 80's that day and room located on top floor so very hot. Maintenance did come and fix, but it took quite some time for it to kick in and cool the room down. That night when I got back, I turned the tv on. Apparently remote batteries died, and I could not change channel or turn tv back off. Had to call maintenance again around midnight. They had to go behind tv to turn it off (tv was hung on wall and I was not able to reach the plug to do it myself). There is NO water pressure; my daughter did not wash her hair for the 2 nights we were there because it would have taken forever. I also rented a second room for my son and his wife; they arrived from out of state to also get ready for an event, and their room had no outlets that worked. They too had to call maintenance so they could get ready. They were late for the event. The hotel is not located in the downtown location, so do not expect to walk anywhere except the casino which is across the street. Very overpriced.

Le restaurant est un hôtel de type 2. Il n'y avait pas de place pour deux personnes pour placer des toilettes dans la salle de bain. Il n'y avait pas de garde-robe ou d'habillage, donc si vous restez plus d'une nuit, il serait difficile de stocker des vêtements. Il y avait exactement deux gants sur le mur et quatre hangers! Le pire.... la madrague était si mal à l'aise que mon mari s'est assise sur une chaise dur. Peut-être que certains trouvent cet hôtel charmant, ...... pas nous.

A friend and I stayed at the Newport Harbor and Marina Hotel. We choose a room overlooking the water and marina. What a beautiful view. Really helped with the Winter Blues. The location is awesome, so close to tons of shops, restaurants, and easy walking. The pool was so refreshing. Wish the restaurant and lounge was open for dinner, but hopefully that will change in the near future. All in all, would definitely go here again.

La réception m'a dit que vous pouviez vraiment payer sans payer si vous devriez payer! Les frais de séjour de plus de mille yuan sont si mauvais hôtels, et le bon chéri est aussi en chaîne

房間寬敞舒適，停車方便，早餐比較簡單。全天候提供飲用冷熱水、咖啡、茶。前台服務熱情周到，有問必答。酒店邊上有幾個餐廳。距離newport主要景點有點距離，需開車過去，走廊有點黴味。

D'abord, l'hôtel offre un transbordeur vers la ville, bien que très proche, mais il est difficile de garer. Le chauffeur de l'hôtel est très enthousiaste en service et le restaurant Hemingway recommandé est très bon. L'hôtel a répété les frais de chambre lors de son séjour. Lorsqu'il s'est retiré, il a trouvé et négocié, mais il n'a pas encore été retourné. Après avoir contacté Trip.com, il a été loué à Trip.com.
