設施：常規四星級酒店設施，感覺比國內的萬麗要好，酒店設施不算新，風格有點像國內麗思卡爾頓，但維護的較好。房間也很大。我們住的最高樓層，視野也不錯。
衞生：房間很乾凈。
環境：酒店地理位置很好，就在州政府辦公廳這裏，旁邊是個大商場，商場的停車庫停一整夜20美金，價格也能接受，整潔安全。住在這裏吃飯方便。商場一樓的cheese factory營業到晚上十點多，晚到的朋友不怕沒飯吃。不帶早餐的話也可以去商場一樓的麪包店吃早飯，選擇多樣也不貴。
服務：前台服務態度好，笑臉相迎，沒感受到什麼歧視。

I am how genuinely happy my recent stay was at The Loom. From the moment I arrived, everything felt thoughtful, welcoming, and exceptionally well-run.
Check-in was smooth and professional, and the front desk team immediately set the tone—warm, efficient, and genuinely hospitable. After a long day of travel, it was refreshing to be greeted by people who clearly care about guest experience. Throughout my stay, every interaction felt consistent: friendly, attentive, and proactive without being intrusive. Whether it was a quick question, a request, or simply passing staff in the hallway, the level of professionalism and kindness was noticeable. It’s rare to see that kind of consistency across an entire team, and it made the stay feel effortless.
My room was spotless, quiet, and extremely comfortable. The bed and linens were excellent, and I slept better than I expected. I also appreciated the small details—well-maintained amenities, a clean bathroom, strong water pressure, and a layout that felt functional and relaxing. It’s clear that housekeeping takes pride in their work.Fully maintained and had a calm, polished feel. Common areas were clean and inviting, and the overall atmosphere felt both upscale and comfortable. I also appreciated how safe and organized everything felt, especially during busy periods. The breakfast/restaurant experience was excellent—fresh, well-presented, and a great start to the day. The service was just as strong as the rest of the property.The location was also a major plus—convenient and easy to navigate, with everything I needed close by. It made the entire trip smoother.
Overall, this was one of the better hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. Thank you for delivering a stay that felt genuinely high-quality from start to finish. I’ll absolutely be returning the next time I’m in Providence

Etc; I wish they would give US the option as to whether WE WANTED THE ” amenities” and accordingly adjust the bill :)
Our access to Internet was non existent for one day...as, apparently, bad weather plays havoc on Internet/ wifi. Also wish they had more options for breakfast....I may have overlooked, but do they have a brochure re local restaurants/ activities. We were there for brothers birthday and concert so additional activities were not a requisite.
We' d stay there again but further discuss the ” upcharge” for ” stuff” we were either not going to use .

Il n'y avait pas de place pour deux personnes pour placer des toilettes dans la salle de bain. Il n'y avait pas de garde-robe ou d'habillage, donc si vous restez plus d'une nuit, il serait difficile de stocker des vêtements. Il y avait exactement deux gants sur le mur et quatre hangers!
Le pire.... la madrague était si mal à l'aise que mon mari s'est assise sur une chaise dur.
Peut-être que certains trouvent cet hôtel charmant, ...... pas nous.

We choose a room overlooking the water and marina.
What a beautiful view. Really helped with the Winter Blues.
The location is awesome, so close to tons of shops, restaurants, and easy walking.
The pool was so refreshing.
Wish the restaurant and lounge was open for dinner, but hopefully that will change in the near future.
All in all, would definitely go here again.

叶叶D'abord, l'hôtel offre un transbordeur vers la ville, bien que très proche, mais il est difficile de garer. Le chauffeur de l'hôtel est très enthousiaste en service et le restaurant Hemingway recommandé est très bon.
L'hôtel a répété les frais de chambre lors de son séjour. Lorsqu'il s'est retiré, il a trouvé et négocié, mais il n'a pas encore été retourné. Après avoir contacté Trip.com, il a été loué à Trip.com.
