Hôtels avec petit déjeuner à Yucatán, Mexique

Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est vraiment super, il y a aussi la soupe de cow-bowl que j'aime. Un excellent hôtel de vacances, le Wi-Fi est également très bon, les installations sont très nouvelles et fortement recommandées.

Le service était super nous sommes arrivés presque à 8h. Soyez conscients que nous n'avons pas séjourné à l'adresse énumérée mais il y a 3 propriétés 2 minutes à pied les uns des autres. Nous sommes arrivés à l'adresse et il y a un signe avec un numéro à appeler ou à contacter sur WhatsApp. Ils ont répondu rapidement et sont venus nous chercher et notre bagage pour nous rencontrer dans le bâtiment principal, puis nous ont conduits à l'autre (3e lieu). La piscine de notre bâtiment était la plus grande, mais il y avait des feuilles à l'intérieur qui semblaient inconservées mais pas brutes... assez propres. Il y avait une petite ” cuisine ” avec un réfrigérateur et une micro-ondes et un café qui semblait n'avoir pas été utilisé depuis longtemps avant d'arriver à la piscine... il y avait 2 ensembles de chaises à la piscine. Le petit déjeuner continental est à présent au centre-ville, avec des fruits, du yogurt, de la granola et du café, un buffet optionnel de 190 pesos et bien méritant de nombreuses options et délicieux. Le pôle principal était très mignon et nous aimé le complimentaire ”baignoire à vapeur” qui est une salle à vapeur avec les têtes de douche... il faut leur faire savoir 10 minutes avant de le préchauffer. Nous avons communiqué par WhatsApp sans plaintes que je resterais ici....Nous avons combattu avec de l'eau chaude souvent c'était lukewarm mais apparemment c'est une chose dans ce domaine. Il est assez proche de la zone populaire appelée « centre » à environ 25 minutes à pied et 10 minutes au consulat américain

We stayed here for two nights. Overall, the property itself is nice, but unfortunately our experience with billing and included services was disappointing. At check-in, the amount I was charged at reception was 300 pesos higher than what was stated in my official booking confirmation. I was told it was due to a different exchange rate, but the booking document clearly listed the price in Mexican pesos, so there shouldn’t have been any exchange difference. The next morning at breakfast, the waitress informed us that breakfast was not included in our stay, even though it was clearly included in our booking. I had to return to reception to sort it out. The same situation happened again with the two pizzas and soft drinks that were included in our package. When we called to order them, we were told they were not included. Once again, I had to go back to reception to clarify and prove what we had paid for. It felt like I had to repeatedly go to reception to justify and confirm services that were already included in our reservation. That’s not the kind of experience you expect when booking a hotel stay. Clear communication between reception and restaurant staff would greatly improve the guest experience.

Horrible service! They first gave us to a room which was fine upon entering but then we saw people’s clothes and shoes. We went back to reception. She said that her colleague made mistake and gave our room away to someone else without putting in the system. She gave us another room which was smelly like hell! I asked her to change or refund. She said its the only room left and she knows its smelly and she was sorry but she couldn’t do anything. She could only put us to another room the next day. She also refused to compensate. It was midnight. We had no local sim card so had no choice but to stay. At night there was lots of noise from boiler/machine so we couldn’t sleep. It ruined our holiday. They changed us to a different room next day but refused to compensate. We had to suffer at our own cost! The location is god and the room after changed was fine. But they made us suffer for their mistake yet refused to compensate! Such a shame for a hotel to behave like this! So if you don’t want surprise or ruin your holiday, try to avoid this hotel!

Amazing stay – Highly recommended! This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The views from inside were stunning, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. When they found out it was my first time visiting Mexico, they brought out a map of the city and went above and beyond by marking all the key spots — including what to see, opening hours, entrance fees, and how to get there. They also recommended several authentic Mexican restaurants to try, giving me plenty of great options. On top of that, they provided detailed advice on how to travel around the area — including transportation tips and fair prices — which really helped me feel safe and confident exploring. Their hospitality completely changed my perception of Mexico and made me feel very welcome. If I ever return to Valladolid, no matter how many times, I’ll definitely stay here again!

One of my favorite accommodations in Mexico. The resort was beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly. After reading reviews of how tricky it was to find the resort we were nervous, but all we did was message the resort on whatsapp and they sent very clear instructions how to get there. You'd have to come in from Valladolid but that was a nice detour to see the city! I have stayed at big name resorts that were equally as nice that were charging triple the price, this place is an underrated gem and not crowded (we were the only two people on the resort, we felt like royalty). We will be back. As two history nerds we enjoyed that the grounds had their own mayan ruins and 3 cenotes to explore.

Me gustó todo la verdad. Es un hotel muy completo y con un precio muy competitivo. El desayuno me gustó mucho por la variedad para el precio que tenía. Muy recomendable!

Le centre de la ville est situé à proximité du centre de Galleria, de la ville de Costco et d'un grand magasin de produits alimentaires. Vous pouvez prendre le bus R72 à Central Merida qui est très confortable si vous n'avez pas de voiture ou ne voulez pas conduire.La chambre est propre et équipée avec cuisine pleine. Le petit déjeuner est inclus. Les personnels du bureau front sont également utiles. Ils nous ont aidé à organiser deux voyages privés de jour vers les sites et les cenotes de Maya. La seule chose que je recommande est d'améliorer la qualité et d'ajouter davantage de choix au petit déjeuner. Pas beaucoup de variétés de petit déjeuner. Le réfrigérateur est un peu bruyant la nuit.

The staff has been super helpful in accommodating our requests when we asked to change the rooms and more towels. They also recommended places to visit nearby. The location is very busy: in front of the ado station you have the option to jump directly in a bus but the neighbourhood is of course what it is around a station. Very close to the market, you need to walk 20’ to the central square to find the pretty part of merida. Clean was clean, but the amenities have to be reviewed: no mirror in the room, very small sink, the window in the bathroom couldn’t be closed and there was no hairdryer.

What a great little capsul hostel. It’s a little way from the main areas in Merida, but only a 10-15 min walk, so fine overall. The place it spotlessly clean. You get towel and bedding. The doors in the capsule lock which is great for a sense of security and they are very private. The aircon can be a bit aggressive so ask for a blanket which they have. I don’t have the waffles in the end, but I smashed the free coffee and tea ! Staff were soo very welcoming and kind to me. I would highly recommend this accommodation either for a short or long stay. Get it booked !
