Hôtels avec avec petit déjeuner à Kelantan, Malaisie

nous avons eu un excellent service d'hospitalité agréable et optimal servi par le personnel de l'hôtel (avec un sourire accueillant, des salutations - je me sens comme à la maison lors de mon enregistrement (un fauteuil roulant étant fourni à ma mère âgée) ainsi que le meilleur service de chambre fourni. La section service de chambre (pendant le Ramadan) avons préparé notre nourriture avant l'heure de l'iftar, même si nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel depuis KL si près de la durée de l'iftar. De plus, pendant le sahur, je souhaite faire mon MEILLEUR compliment à «Azim», l'un des membres du personnel du café qui fait un effort. d'envoyer dans la chambre la nourriture demandée pour ma mère âgée qui est malade. Cette action montre la qualité élevée du service client démontré par le personnel de l'hôtel Grand Renai et je pense qu'il méritait de recevoir les plus grands compliments de la part de ses clients. Job.👍🏻sans oublier, cet hôtel a également la plus grande propreté, je reviendrai certainement et je l'ajouterai à ma liste de priorités à chaque fois lors de mon voyage ”balik kampung” à Kota Bharu.

Pour les familles avec bébés, il n'y a pas de réfrigérateur. Le prix est correct, mais c'est un point à prendre en compte. Par contre, la ventilation des toilettes est très bruyante (elle est reliée à la lumière). Cela pourrait perturber le sommeil des personnes au sommeil léger. L'établissement se présente comme adapté aux musulmans, mais il n'y a toujours pas d'eau courante à hauteur de genoux pour faciliter les ablutions. Il y a de l'eau courante au lavabo, un bidet (avec gâchette) et une douchette.

Check in was quite late. Took 30 minutes just for us to check in. We had to wait at the lobby. After driving 6-8 hours from KL, and really wanted to check in the room to freshen up, being tired and exhausted, this really tested our patience. Thank god there was kids play area at the lobby. So my girl 6yo could entertain herself after sleeping in the car along the journey. So that was good. The room was okay, not too big no too small. The toilet and shower was only divided by Glass door, wish they had a closed area for the toilet. Location was strategic as it’s near to Pasar Siti Khadijah. Came to attend a friend’s wedding and got to shop some local stuffs as well. Food in Kelantan not as good as before.. Went to Ulam Cikgu, and the food was not that good. Tasted better at Singgey Budu and Meghek in KL.

I would say this is the best hotel in Kota Bharu so far. The staff in front desk very good. The room are clean and spacious. The food especially the laksam was so delicious.

Tok aman bali est un peu isolé mais c'est ce qui le rend parfait pour une courte escapade, il y a des piscines et une salle de jeux pour enfants, un spa et bien plus encore. Il y a même un mini-funfare avec un stand de jeux le soir pour que les gens puissent s'amuser

the good thing,hotel is center of Kota Bahru.bed is comfortable.aircond is good.lift working good and not crowded when we there.there is a gym also. restaurant is just side of hotel,food no issue at all.there is convenience shop in the hotel.near hotel also Ghibli Coffee,nice for hang out. the minus,no water bottle inside the room.if extra pillow will be much better. oveall,we stayed multiple times at this hotel and never regret to repeat again.

En fait, ce n'est pas la première fois que je reste dans cet hôtel. J'ai choisi cet hôtel pour son bon environnement. C'est une bonne option.

pool under renovation so my children very dissapointed cannot play. others service are good include varities of food at the cafe

Room is clean. But few things need to be fixed, such as light switch cover, inside toilet. Kids like to play to swimming pool.

I will always booked this hotel for my parents whenever they visited Kelantan. Although its an old building, but they maintained the cleanliness of the hotel and may need some refurbishment. the location is the ultimate winner, with lots of shop lots within walking distance
