Hôtels avec petit déjeuner à Kelantan, Malaisie

Overall this hotel is great. They got cafe that sell snacks that open 24hrs. The room is quite spacious for family or 3. They also got gym (level1) and laundry that got iron, washer and dryer (level 2). For parking you can park near the hotel or restaurant nearby. Receptionist showed great attitude 👍🏻

we had an excellent pleasant & best hospitality service served by the hotel staff (with a welcoming smile, greetings- feels like home during my check in (a wheelchair being provided to my elderly mom) plus the best room service provided. The room service section (during Ramadan) prepared our food before iftar time although we arrived at the hotel from KL so near to the iftar duration. Besides, during sahur, i wish to give my BEST compliment to “Azim” one of the cafe staff who has an effort to send our requested food for my elderly mother who is sick to the room. This actions shows the high standard quality of customer service shown by the The Grand Renai hotel staffs which i feel they deserved to be given the highest compliment by their customers. Good Job.👍🏻not to mentioned, this hotel are also has the highest cleanliness. Definitely will visit again & to add in my top priority list whenever on my “balik kampung” trip to Kota Bharu.

Every time went to KB, my family must stayed at grand river hotel, because the hotel is near to the river kelantan and my hudsband village , thanks to wan aisyah for the room given to my family is near to each other. The type room we booked is king room with large bed and my family have enough slept at night. My grand children loved the hotel pool very much but a big disappointed because the second day is raining until the night.

Il est très bon d'être à Kota Bharu... Bon emplacement comme une distance de marche à Pasar Malam Wakaf Che Yah... Les aliments sont partout et le prix est abordable... Nombre de restaurants vous pouvez choisir... Pour l'hôtel lui-même, le petit déjeuner est étonnant !! Le grand spectacle de la cuisine est très bien réservé !

The hotel was conveniently located and easily found. The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment checked in. The room was clean.

1. Chambre spacieuse ✅ 2. Propreté des chambres ✅ 3. Grande piscine ✅ 4. Propreté de la piscine ❌ 5. Le petit-déjeuner n'offre pas beaucoup d'options ❌ 6. La nourriture n'est pas savoureuse ❌ 7. Des muffins sucrés sont également servis ❌ 8. Le sentiment que le paiement ne vaut pas la peine 😔 9. La chambre d'à côté fait du bruit jusque tard dans la nuit. Beaucoup de gens rentrent dans une seule pièce.

The room very clean. I love their buffet breakfast spread , have locak delicacies like nasi dg and nasi kerabu. The staff is friendly, always greet us and offer help. My grandchildren love the pool very much because the swimming pool is big

Pas de service de portage de bagages, obligé de faire du self-service. Le travailleur du comptoir (Hafiz) n'était pas d'humeur. Aucun contact visuel, était occupé avec ses affaires pendant 2 minutes avant de nous servir. La chambre était correcte, propre et soignée. Il y avait un traversin fourni en bonus. Les toilettes et le lavabo n'étaient pas dissimulés. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est neuf. Le stationnement est gratuit.

For families with babies, no fridge in here. Cheap enough for the price though so just an fiy. Then, the exhaust fan in the toilet were very loud (It's link with the toilet light). Would disturb sleep if you're a light sleeper. Advertise for its Muslim friendly, but still no tap water at knee height for easy absolution, there's tap water at the sink, bidet (with the trigger) and a shower head.

Booked friend… so far so good.. but it hard to get a parking near hotel…anyways..thanks trips
