All Staff was accommodating, helpful and friendly. I booked a room with mayon view but according to them the room they received that I booked was just a de luxe room without mayon view. I received a great customer service tho with the polite reception staff. She gave me some options and with a minimal fee I got the room that I wanted. Thank you Miss receptionist sorry I have difficulty with names but I really appreciate your service and to the waiter too who served us pork pinangat at the restaurant. Kudos to you all!

Le meilleur hôtel Go aux Philippines. Comme d'habitude, il est à côté d'un centre de Robinson. Il a accès direct à celui-ci à l'2/F. Les chambres sont modernes, propres et bonnes! C'est ma deuxième fois ici et continuera à revenir. Le lit est une grande taille, il peut facilement s'adapter à trois adultes (oui, c'est si grand!).

Booked two rooms for my sister and her girlfriend’s family. They had a great and comfortable stay. Rooms were clean and modern and location was excellent. Perfect for anyone vacationing in Sorsogon.

We had an amazing stay. Staff from reception to drivers are very accomodating & halpful. They upgraded our room from garden villa to seaview room. Food can be improve on dinner buffet. However breakfast choices & taste are good. Band in the dinner was great & they sang our requested song.
Overall, i will recommend & still come back some time with friends. Although an hour away from the city but the shuttle is a plus as we do not need to rent our own car.

We had a good stay and the discounted price was an amazing value for money. The room was very spacious and with few sharp corners it was great to let our 1-year old baby run around the room. Breakfast and general helpfulness of the staff was excellent. The swimming pool area could be improved slightly, the paving around the pool was very slippery when wet.

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Naga City! I booked a room for myself and my five kids, and they had so much fun at the pool. The food was also really good, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The location is perfect—just walking distance to E-Mall and Plaza Rizal in Naga City. The staff were accommodating, approachable, and friendly throughout our stay. Our room was very clean and well-organized.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at a hotel in Legaspi and overall had an average but comfortable experience. The room was a decent size and the air-conditioning worked well, which made the stay more pleasant. A few mosquitoes managed to get in, though, which was a bit annoying. The TV was quite small, but usable.
The bathroom could use some improvement—there was a bit of mold, and while the hot water worked, the water pressure was quite low. On the positive side, the location was very convenient, with a nice central area that made it easy to get around.
Not a bad stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

2 jours d'une expérience était magnifique. Le service client est en cours. Le personnel était professionnel et courtois. Ils ont également offert des compliments qui nous ont heureux. Les installations sont également amicales et le lieu est bon pour un toddler à marcher. Très bonne expérience et sera probablement réservée dans un avenir proche.

IInvitéthe staffs are very accomodating. they will greet you once they see you walking around the hotel. the amenities are good they even give you what you requested. i really love the smell of their shampoo and body wash ☺️. the breakfast buffet is soo good! and it is included in the hotel fee. the pool is very clean and they allow us to get a mango from the tree beside the pool. my husband and i really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. we’ll sure be back soon! thank you from guards to hotel staff ❤️

La cuisine de l'hôtel était très bien. La variété de la cuisine était excellente mais elle n'avait pas de jus de fruits disponibles.
La location était très proche de la principale zone du centre-ville et à pied à pied des centres de nettoyage avec beaucoup d'options alimentaires et de restaurant.
Malheureusement, nous avons eu une mauvaise expérience avec la chambre. Le chauffage à l'eau à l'intérieur de la chambre n'était pas en service. Nous l'avons immédiatement signalé au bureau frontal. Ils ont envoyé un mécanique d'entretien pour le réparer, mais la même question chaque fois que nous essayions d'utiliser la douche. Ils ont promis de remplacer le chauffeur pendant que nous étions partis sur notre tour, mais quand nous rentrions, le chauffeur d'eau chaude n'était pas encore opérationnel. Après que l'eau est sortie très froide. J'ai signalé la même question au bureau avant mais aucun résultat. Merci, nous n'étions coincés que pendant deux jours.

NNicka F.Stayed in this hotel for less than a week but I can say we are comfortable. Budget-friendly, with free breakfast. Not sure if we’re the only guests since most of the rooms in our hallway are under renovation- glad we don’t hear any noise. We had to change room on the 2nd day since the aircon in the prev. room was no longer working after a day but the transfer is not a hassle. They provided free toiletries, towels and bottled water replenished everyday.
It’s in the center of Tabaco. Several fast food chains, convenience stores, dirty market, dental clinics, malls, laundry shop, gas station are just few walks away. Below the hotel is a grocery store. You have to enter the delivery alley because the hotel entrance is at the back of the grocery store. Parking is in front of the hotel. There’s a guard 24/7 so it’s secure. It’s still a peaceful location in the heart of the city. If your priority is budget, accessibility of location and a comfortable place to stay, this might work for you.

IInvitéWow! Comme dans wow. Sayang kasi saglit lang kami sa hotel y compris le vol namin ng 6am. Tous les équipements et la chambre (même la salle de bain, pangmayaman huhu), 10 sur 10 talaga. Super classique, propre, froid, besoins complets de serviette, café et tout. Vous réserverez certainement ici kapag nag visit ulit ako sa bicol pour les voyages personnels et de travail ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Sulit chaque penny!
Les personnes et même le propriétaire même sont amicales et agréables. 🙏❤️
De la charge (na sulit talaga kapag nakita mo ung room), les chambres avec équipements pour le personnel - 100% super recommandé! Plus, transfert jeune à l'aéroport na kasama sa package, kait super ag ng nom de vol, ils sont disposés à vous donner service de voiture ❤️

Located in Old Albay so very near fast foods, grocery, etc. They also catered to my request of a room with window :) Complete amenities so far although there is no elevator so not recommended for those with physical disabilities or seniors with gait problems.
Breakfast choices are just okay. Limited only.
