A great place to stay for visiting mayon volcano. Rooms with mayon view is nice, staffs are friendly, location is very convenient, near sm. Breakfast is not really nice though compare to other hotels with this price, also the swimming pool is small and has no view, its boring to swim there, and I booked the atv through hotel then I found out that klook is 50% cheaper than the hotel price, so booking atv there is not recommended. Overall, its a good hotel to stay, but not a good hotel if your expecting nice breakfast and activities.

We had an amazing stay. Staff from reception to drivers are very accomodating & halpful. They upgraded our room from garden villa to seaview room. Food can be improve on dinner buffet. However breakfast choices & taste are good. Band in the dinner was great & they sang our requested song. Overall, i will recommend & still come back some time with friends. Although an hour away from the city but the shuttle is a plus as we do not need to rent our own car.

I would highly recommend Proxy Hotel in Legaspi City to my officemates ,our international visitors in the university, my business partners and their families.  The breakfast buffet is superb.   My family loved the place, the coziness and safety-ness of the area and the warm welcome, the room is spacious and i love their pool too.  I am just looking for a refrigerator even small and slippers too.  When i entered the parking lot it was 7pm.  The parking was very dark,( no solar lights, no lighted posts, no security or parking attendant to assist us, just to make the person who would park there  feel safe)  with very small parking space just enough for an SUV to fit in after 4attempts for a slant parking.  Over-all it was a good experience inside.

Such a great experience in this hotel. We stayed during the new years so our experience may have some difference to others. Love the place and ambiance of Spanish colonial architecture. We booked the family rooms with 10 pax each. Both rooms are wide and well designed. The other room located by the parking has some privacy concerns as it opens directly to the entrance drop off and its doors are not acoustically treated against noise. Location wise, the hotel is near the city center. You can either walk or ride a tricycle around town. The prices are really cheap for the ambiance you get. Sourcing food was our only issue especially breakfast or on the spot orders. They took time to be prepared. But then again, it was the holidays. Most cafes and restaurants nearby were closed so we adjusted to it. Staffs were really accommodating and friendly. Service feels more of a relaxing tone than a formal and strict one so we felt like at home just hanging around the compound. Highly recommended place especially for the cost.

Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. La location est parfaite just walking distance to E-Mall and Plaza Rizal in Naga City. The staff were accommodation, approachable, and friendly throughout our stay. Our room was very clean and well organized. En général, c'était une grande expérience, et nous resterions certainement ici encore!

Le service offert par le personnel était très bon, ils étaient tous respectueux des invités. La cuisine de l'hôtel était très bien. La variété de la cuisine était excellente mais elle n'avait pas de jus de fruits disponibles. La location était très proche de la principale zone du centre-ville et à pied à pied des centres de nettoyage avec beaucoup d'options alimentaires et de restaurant. Malheureusement, nous avons eu une mauvaise expérience avec la chambre. Le chauffage à l'eau à l'intérieur de la chambre n'était pas en service. Nous l'avons immédiatement signalé au bureau frontal. Ils ont envoyé un mécanique d'entretien pour le réparer, mais la même question chaque fois que nous essayions d'utiliser la douche. Ils ont promis de remplacer le chauffeur pendant que nous étions partis sur notre tour, mais quand nous rentrions, le chauffeur d'eau chaude n'était pas encore opérationnel. Après que l'eau est sortie très froide. J'ai signalé la même question au bureau avant mais aucun résultat. Merci, nous n'étions coincés que pendant deux jours.

Stayed in this hotel for less than a week but I can say we are comfortable. Budget-friendly, with free breakfast. Not sure if we’re the only guests since most of the rooms in our hallway are under renovation- glad we don’t hear any noise. We had to change room on the 2nd day since the aircon in the prev. room was no longer working after a day but the transfer is not a hassle. They provided free toiletries, towels and bottled water replenished everyday. It’s in the center of Tabaco. Several fast food chains, convenience stores, dirty market, dental clinics, malls, laundry shop, gas station are just few walks away. Below the hotel is a grocery store. You have to enter the delivery alley because the hotel entrance is at the back of the grocery store. Parking is in front of the hotel. There’s a guard 24/7 so it’s secure. It’s still a peaceful location in the heart of the city. If your priority is budget, accessibility of location and a comfortable place to stay, this might work for you.

My dad and I were looking for an accommodation just along the road, and we saw this one immediately, so the location is very convenient for travellers. I like GoHotels eco-friendly concept (no disposables, water is refillable, etc). They have free and safe parking for cars, which is always a main consideration for my dad. My dad enjoyed his stay, and he said that if he is travelling again and passes by Naga, he will choose to stay here. Thanks for accommodating us! ^_^
