I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Monarch Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. I felt right at home from the moment I walked in. The free breakfast was a wonderful surprise - the selection was impressive, and the food was delicious. But what really made my stay stand out was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend The Monarch Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. I'll definitely be back! Rating: 5/5 stars

Bien que le bar ouvert tard à 2h du vendredi au samedi et 4h du samedi au dimanche ait entraîné un flux constant de personnes, qu'elles arrivent ou quittent, certains doivent avoir porté des cloches ou des chaussures, Le bar était très bien, le petit déjeuner du lundi a pris près de 45 minutes pour arriver, le café était déjà fini 35 minutes plus tôt ! Pas sûr si c'est vrai, mais il y avait une session de photographie en cours sur le sol lundi, le photographe était aussi le chef, donc suggérez que les chefs livrent ses sessions de photographie une fois que ses tâches de chef sont accomplies ... juste une suggestion ...not sur qui fait les notes, mais je pense que les hôtels peuvent affirmer être tout ce qu'ils veulent ...cette chose a été plus de 3* que 5* de mes expériences

Hôtel propre, bien équipé. Les chambres sont simple et propre. L'hôtel est un peu isolé, seulement 2 resto autour et aucun commerce. Ideal pour le repos mais très éloigné de Vigan. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et consistant. Le personnel est charmant et souriant. Le seul point negatif c'est la piscine très sale jamais nettoyée. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

I liked the hotel, my room, and the beach was great however it had a feeling that it was descending into decrepitude. The gym was very shabby. There was no central bar or shared lounge area to mingle (temporarily closed). To get a drink I had to go into the Chinese restaurant which was then impossible to work on my laptop with a casual drink as I had intended. At breakfast it was quite possibly the worst coffee I've ever had and the eggs were also dubious. Toast was make your own but there was no toaster - only some grilling oven that would take 10 minutes to make your toast - less than ideal once you had already put your food on your plate....

Our go to hotel when travelling in Ilocos Norte. The hotel staffs are friendly and efficient. They have comfortble rooms and excellent service

It was okay. But for that price you could get a 4 star stay in Thailand.

Value Star Inn offers a very great stay. Free breakfast is very good!

Le personnel est si chaleureux et accueillant. La chambre elle-même est propre et dispose de toutes les choses de base dont nous avons besoin. En outre, les petits-déjeuners gratuits sont des bombes. Un repas peut être pour deux personnes, un service très généreux.

Grand hôtel en termes de propreté et de service au personnel. Le petit déjeuner buffet était également très bon. Vous serez heureux de réserver cet hôtel de luxe à Vigan.

Stayed 2 nights, visiting families. I would say the rooms are nice and maintained since opening, it is spacious which is surprising for 3 stars hotels. The area is in the downtown as well where different stores, restaurant, hospital is available. I definitely recommend it to others specially those passing the area that would want to have a good place to rest.
