Everything seems a bit dated and scruffy looking. The rooms are not as clean as they should be and the grounds are very untidy. The pool is looking tired. we are frequent visitors and have been several times over the last few years and this may be our last visit. Breakfast as always is top stars. shame they let it go and haven’t spent any money or time in the building and surrounding grounds.

L'hôtel n'est pas loin de l'aéroport d'Heathrow, il est également plus de quarante minutes pour rentrer à West London le week-end. Le transport est pratique. Vous pouvez également stationner gratuitement, vous sentez mieux en général, vous pouvez ré commander.

Stay here a few weeks and had a much better experience. Checkin told we are full and you have to take a twin bed. Then asked to pay, however I had already prepaid. The room had a window which was an internal view. Bath struggled to stay filled as issue with plug. The light above the bath flashed on and off for a while then stayed off. The attiutide from reception was poor, we are full , nothing we can do!

Easy to find, good parking, nice staff spa complicated prefer a all in with room price. Enjoyed the stay will use again. Value for money.

Great hotel, short walk to town centre to see all the wonderful historic sites. Spa was lovely with sauna, seam room, relaxation room, jacuzzi and small pool. Dinner was delicious, room and bed comfy, slept really well. Wouldn't hesitate to use on any return visits.

Room was lovely and no complaints. However, breakfast was an absolute shambles. Waiters/waitresses trying to seat people at table where clearly people had their phones/drinks on. We went at 9am and considering breakfast shuts at 10:30 you’d expect there to be good options… wrong, when we went up, they had no beans bacon, a few sausages and barely any scrambled eggs left, no sliced bread by the toaster.
