Les installations de l'hôtel sont très nouvelles, à 5 ou 6 minutes de l'aéroport, très pratique, le bus de l'aéroport est demi-heure et peut être enregistré à la réception en avance, le véhicule peut être ouvert en avance. Le service de la réception est très bon. Le véhicule était de 6:20 à 10 minutes. Le serveur aide immédiatement à nous ramener et nous remercie beaucoup.

J'aimais le service de navette 24-hour aéroport. Les conducteurs étaient utiles et fournis des conseils sonores sur les départs aéroport. Le check-in de l'hôtel était facile. La chambre était propre et confortable. Je vais certainement rester ici encore.

Hotel is located near shops and restaurants. I had a room with 2 queen beds. The mattresses were not comfortable. The room was a little dated but clean. Service was average.
It’s was good choice for my budget.

I stayed in this hotel last year while forgot my ring in the room, the housekeeping team led by Cathy Walter helped me out by not only found my ring but also put lots of efforts in try get it back to me in another city. With my last min schedule change I left the country without being able to take the ring. Amazing that Cathy kept my ring for 6 months untill I return to US stayed in this hotel this week that see my ring right at check in at front desk. This is the best service and help a traveller out when needed. Great job for Cathy and team!

I am staying at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Frederick. It is a small but very pleasant and well-maintained hotel. The price–performance ratio is quite good. The rooms are nice, modern, and recently renovated. It is definitely a suitable option for anyone visiting this area.
However, I was honestly surprised by the way the hotel staff strictly follow internal policies instead of focusing on guest comfort and flexibility, even in situations where a more guest-oriented approach would have made the stay more pleasant.

Tout s'est passé parfaitement bien le tube chaud était ma partie préférée à être 8 mois enceintes certainement amour comment ils nous ont donné des serviettes illimitées sans aucune question Je suis certainement particulier Je n'aime pas la vapeur humide ou le sentiment sur ma peau.
Même si je nous ai pris une heure pour nous rendre visite avec une seule dame derrière le comptable, elle a fait un travail étonnant qu'elle s'est bien occupée de la pression.
Je recommande et resterai ici l'année prochaine pour notre anniversaire.

Grand endroit pour rester. Grand emplacement juste jamais I-95. Près des stations de gaz. Près de Dunkin Donuts, Dennys et Waffle House. Près d'un magasin mécanique. Grands prix. Grand personnel. Chambres propres et très belles. Très recommandé!

IInvitéThis hotel is a bit outdated and its reflected in the cleanliness of the bathroom and other facilities. I also don't like how they charge $35 for an ”early check-in fee”. It puts a stain on the whole stay and makes the hotel appear less hospitable. At least other hotels you have a loyalty program or a rewards program that offers certain perks, essentially this hotel has no perks for folks who are repeat visitors and it seems like a cheap money grab. 4pm is pretty much the evening time and during my time there it was freezing outside. Negative wind chill, dangerous snow conditions on the roads and sidewalks but I should pay a fee to get to my room early when it's ready? I was placed in a small room with a bed directly next to the window and no matter how high the temperature in the room was, I had goosebumps because I was freezing. There was zero insulation. I also booked this staycation so I can relax and watch cable. The first room I was placed in didn't even have cable and I called and let the front desk know, the person mentioned an ”engineer” was coming to fix the issue and an hour later, it never happened. I ended up getting moved to a different room that night because I advocated for how cold it was and the new room had a working TV, but initially it was so much back and forth with the front desk. Makes for a less enjoyable experience. I will say the were kind in the fact I forgot some items in the previous room and they made sure I received it safely. This is a great location if you're exploring Baltimore but there may be better options for a similar price point that's more hospitable. The tub was draining slowly and the water didn't get too hot. It made me even more excited to get home because my own shower pressure and experience is so much better. So it wasn't even luxurious in that sense. There was also hair in the shower. So for all the ”early check in fees” and waiting until after 4pm to ensure the rooms are ”clean” it seems my room was barely up to hotel standards. The comforter was also a mess so I just didn't have a positive experience.

IInvitéIt was clean. We slept well. Service was nice however amenities were disappointing. I chose based on photos but the pool was full of green goo and there was no pool table as pictured! Breakfast was good except no eggs and you had to ask for a yogurt! When asking for a second we were told, “no mas”!

JJay BrignacLe petit hôtel est un hôtel de 2 étoiles, et il est très bon de garder tout en perspective.
L'hôtel était très confortable, le bureau était agréable et répondait à toutes les questions que j'avais posées.
Notre 2ème étage était calme et très nouveau. Je crois que c'est un motel ”nouveau”, et tout était très frais à l'intérieur. Tous les équipements de la chambre fonctionnaient, ou faisaient ce qu'ils devaient faire. Je dis cela parce que trop de chambres de motel ont des outils, des ports USB, Il y a des lampes, etc qui ne fonctionnent pas ..., donc je ne prends rien pour accordé. Tout était parfait dans notre chambre, comme il devrait être. C'était un plaisir!!! Ce motel est près de HWY 50, mais nous n'avons pas entendu de bruit routier cette fois de l'année.
La location était confortable, comme je l'ai dit pour notre événement, et encore plus parce qu'un grand restaurant était juste à travers la rue. Le front du motel se dirige vers l'ouest (arrière vers l'est), nous avons donc une pièce du soleil de réglage, et en général l'atmosphère d'être si proche de l'eau. Il y a aussi l'exposition de l'arbre de Noël Kent Narrows sur la rue ainsi que le monument de Fisherman.
Le petit déjeuner au motel était inclus et contenait toutes les tarifs standards que nous avons attendus.
Tout cela, l'hôtel ajouté à cette courte, vous enlèverez un voyage de la région Baltimore très bien.

IInvitéI will start with the good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Now the not so good. We chose this hotel specifically because they advertised, on the website, that there was a pool, hot tub, free breakfast, and coffee in the lobby. We were visiting our grandkids, and wanted the pool so we could bring them to swim. Well, weren't we suprised when we were told that both the pool and hot tub were closed permanetly, and the clerk even mentioned that they knew it was still advertised as having them on the website. When we asked about the free breakfast, we were told if we wanted breakfast, that was an additional fee, again, some false advertising going on. When my husband went to the lobby the next morning to get some coffee, well no surprise, there was none, just a plastic jug of water. There was a coffee maker in the room with 1 pod, so we did use that. When we asked about some compensation for the false advertising, we were told no. We would not have picked this hotel, if not for the fact they advertised the pool, hot tub, and free breakfast. Oh and just to put a button on it, we went to the bar for a 12 oz bottle of beer. $7.25 for 1 beer, 12.00 for a glass of wine, we thought that was a bit steep, especially since the bar was in the lobby with no atmosphere. So, if you are just looking for a place to sleep, you'll be fine.

IInvitéI booked an overnight reservation for my husband's birthday celebration. The entire experience was unique and simply outstanding in every way! We were made to feel VERY SPECIAL by each and every staff member with whom we engaged. We were CONTINUALLY welcomed throughout the stay from the person who opened the car door and greeted us by name to the very knowledgeable concierges, the room service staff, the culinary staff, the bellman, the driver, Lottie Dottie and EVERYBODY! The hotel was very clean and beautifully adorned with pictures, books, furniture, plants and artifacts that told the story of the hotel. This includes the very accommodating bedroom with a comfortable canopy bed and a pristine, spacious and updated bathroom. One could ALWAYS count on soul-stirring music playing in the background of every public space. Each tune moved us to murmur the lyrics regardless of where we were and what we were doing. Ever had a snack attack? No worries! The room was well stocked with a variety of goodies and beverages to soothe those evening urges. And, finally, let me praise the food selections offered to us at teatime and breakfast. Homemade jam, almond butter, muffins, oat flapjacks, chicken sausage, eggs, and more! This was quite an awesome getaway! And, yes, we would do it all over again!

IInvitéThe hotel is new, clean and there's a very nice breakfast. It's a city hotel, so the room was smaller than other Hampton Inns, but comfortable with nice amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, usb ports) and a big TV. Home2suites shares the building and the floor. The self-parking is expensive ($20/day) and is a walk up a hill to a public lot.. The valet staff was nice and let me unload and check-in before parking. The front desk staff, however, was remote and unfriendy. It wasn't explained how parking worked - other than that the charge would be added to the room. It meant a trudge back to the car in a thunderstorm to get a ticket previously left in the car. It is to be validated at the front desk. I won't be going back. There was no maid service for a 3 day stay. Service is supposedly ”every other day.” I had to ask for extra towels and put trash outside the door when the baskets were full. (I also know nose rings are popular - but people wearing them are hard for me to look at. After seeing too many kids with runny noses, what looks like metal buggers coming out of people's noses, gives me a startling bad physical reaction - Sorry - can't help it.)

L'hôtel est situé dans une partie moins étrange du centre-ville, bien que je ne me laisse pas nécessairement aller à une promenade nocturne dans la zone.
La chambre était propre sans spots. L'entretien pourrait être amélioré car il y avait des portes et des trous cassés dans le mur. Au-delà de cela, bien équipé et tout était là et travaillé.
Le nettoyage n'est pas quotidien et dépend de la durée de votre séjour.
Le petit déjeuner buffet était bien, rien de spécial. Il y avait une limite, mais suffisamment d'options. Pour les fruits frais ils n'avaient que des pommes rouges, chaque jour.
Le bar était fermé pour le déjeuner pendant mon séjour.
Ils ont une petite zone d'affaires avec un ordinateur et une imprimante pour les invités.
La salle de sport était bien équipée.
Le personnel était ami, bienvenu et vous pouvez dire à tout le monde qu'il essayait de faire des invités une belle expérience.
Je pense à ce que je reviendrai.

Le restaurant a un petit déjeuner simple et peut être réglé temporairement pour le dîner du matin et du midi. Le personnel est très professionnel. Le personnel du restaurant est très enthousiaste.

IInvitéL'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bon de se rendre à l'intérieur de la ville. La chambre a tout ce qu'on avait besoin et a inclus 3 points de puissance sous les lampes de table. Tout le personnel et le service de la maison étaient amis, mais j'aurais souhaité que le bureau de front ait davantage de connaissances pour les voyageurs d'outre-mer.
Il est également convenablement situé près d'une zone de shopping. Nous avons nos cartes eSIM voyageurs de la boutique AT&T à proximité.
