Excellent service de personnel, en particulier Mme Yamada san, elle est super patiente, amical et nous assure que notre bagage sera arrangé quelques jours après notre départ de Comfort Hotel à un autre hôtel à Nagoya, de sorte qu'il ne arrive pas trop tôt avant notre arrivée Comme nous sommes en train de faire le retour aux autres préfectures avant de retourner à Nagoya. Excellent service et un petit déjeuner aussi. Je recommande entièrement un séjour dans Nagoya ... Juste que la poule peut être fluffier (trop plat) pour le confort.

This hotel has an excellent location — right in front of Hisayaodori Subway Station Exit 4, which made getting around extremely convenient. There’s also a 7-Eleven just next door, and right behind the hotel is a lively district filled with restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarkets, and malls. It connects directly to Oasis and Sakae, so everything is within easy walking distance. I chose a shower-only room since I rarely use a bathtub. The sink being located outside the bathroom was actually a plus for me, as it provided better lighting for makeup. The room also had a large window, which made the space feel more open and comfortable. One of the main reasons I didn’t use the shower much is because the hotel has a really nice public bath. It’s very comfortable, with both indoor and semi-outdoor areas. I absolutely loved this facility — it was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The hotel also collaborates with a luggage courier service that can send your suitcase to a building next to Nagoya Station (not directly inside the station), which is very convenient. I booked a room with breakfast, and although the selection was simple, everything tasted really good. There were real, hearty dishes, soup, some Western options, as well as desserts, coffee, and tea — all complete and very comforting. Some of the menu items also changed daily, which I really appreciated. I was very happy with the food overall. The lobby is beautiful, with high ceilings, large windows, and very comfortable sofas. The staff were generally helpful, but I did encounter one issue. Aside from 2 staff members (who I believe may have been of Indian descent), the Japanese staff did not speak English. While I understand this can happen, I think having basic English skills would be very helpful, especially since this hotel accommodates many international guests. When I asked about the luggage courier service, I felt like I was being passed around between staff. Another staff member came out to assist, but unfortunately, they also did not speak English and did not attempt to use a translation app. Instead, they tried to explain using pen and paper, which made the situation quite confusing. I felt there was very little effort to communicate clearly, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It has great facilities and an unbeatable location. I hope the communication aspect can be improved, as I would definitely stay here again when visiting Nagoya. Thank you!

J'ai réservé cet hôtel après avoir cherché une chambre double relativement spacieuse. Le copieux petit-déjeuner inclus pour notre séjour de 4 nuits était un vrai plus. Le menu du petit-déjeuner est assez régulier, mais mon enfant et moi avons particulièrement apprécié le curry et la côtelette de porc. La chambre était nettoyée en profondeur chaque jour et deux bouteilles d'eau étaient fournies. En sortant sur la droite de l'hôtel, vous trouverez immédiatement un petit parc avec une aire de jeux et le centre commercial Alpen Nagoya. En allant à gauche, vous apercevrez Don Quijote à 5 minutes et le restaurant de gyudon inspiré par Takumi Kimu. Komeda Coffee et Tebasaki sont également à 5-7 minutes, alors n'hésitez pas à y faire un tour. Les environs étaient propres et sûrs. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 4 nuits à Nagoya. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Everything is good, good location (located near the AEON supermarket, just walk across the road and you will see a train station), quiet and less crowded compared to central nagoya, and the room is quite bigger than other hotels in japan

I recently stayed 9h Nine Hours in Nagoya and had a pleasant experience overall. One of the biggest advantages of this hostel is its excellent location. It is conveniently located near Nagoya Station, making it easy to travel around the city and to other destinations. There are also plenty of cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, which made my stay even more convenient. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The sleeping pods are located on a different floor from the shower area, changing room, and luggage storage. On the positive side, this setup helps keep the sleeping area quiet and comfortable. I was able to rest well every night without being disturbed by noise. However, the separation of the facilities can be a little inconvenient. If you forget something in your luggage or need to grab an item, you have to take the elevator and move between floors. In addition, the shower and grooming area can get quite crowded during peak hours, especially in the early morning and late evening. At those times, you may need to wait for a shower, hair dryer, or space to get ready. Despite these minor inconveniences, I really enjoyed my stay. The hostel was clean, comfortable, and well-organized, and I would happily stay here again when visiting Nagoya.

L'hôtel est tout près du métro, à quatre ou cinq minutes à pied. Je ne l'avais pas remarqué avant de réserver, mais cette rue a une ambiance un peu particulière le soir, haha, mais ce n'est pas gênant. Il y a un Lawson's et un FamilyMart juste en bas, ainsi qu'un fast-food Matsuya. Plusieurs restaurants très bien notés se trouvent à proximité, mais je n'ai pas eu le temps de les tester ! L'hôtel est à environ six ou sept stations de métro du Nagoya Dome, sans correspondance, soit environ 20 à 30 minutes, ce qui est très pratique ! Le personnel de la réception était très sympathique, mais l'heure d'arrivée était stricte : possible uniquement à partir de 15h. Il y avait des sièges libres pour se reposer, et l'hôtel proposait même le petit-déjeuner ! Je ne l'ai cependant pas pris ! La chambre est petite mais elle est bien équipée. Elle est parfaite pour une personne, aucun problème majeur ! Si vous venez au Nagoya Dome pour un concert, vous pourriez envisager cet hôtel ! 🫶🏻

The room was clean and comfy. Staff were really nice and friendly. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast as well, like homecooked food, very comforting. And I love that they provided a warming eye mask free of charge everyday! It came with the towels. Excellent service!

Idéalement situé ! Depuis l'aéroport international de Chubu, on prend la ligne Meitetsu jusqu'à la gare de Nagoya, et l'hôtel est à environ 600 mètres à pied. Il y a trois supérettes (7-Eleven, FamilyMart, Lawson) juste à côté de l'hôtel, et un grand supermarché Aeon à 800 mètres. C'est super pratique pour se restaurer et se déplacer. La chambre, avec ses 19 m², est plutôt grande comparée à d'autres hôtels, propre et bien rangée. Le check-in est très facile, et pour le check-out, il suffit d'insérer la carte dans la machine. C'est un hôtel avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

Super friendly staff and great location. If you want to stay in the central area but also like a peaceful neighborhood this is the perfect place.

L'hôtel est propre et bien rangé, la décoration est simple et moderne, la chambre est spacieuse, vous pouvez ouvrir vos valises à volonté, et il n'y a aucun problème si vous avez plus de valises. Le service est très sympathique. Je reviendrai ici la prochaine fois si j'en ai l'occasion. Convient aux voyages d'affaires et aux voyages en famille.
