Excellent hôtel, idéalement situé à proximité du marché aux poissons, offrant de nombreuses options de restauration. À moins de 30 minutes à pied du château de Nagoya, et à 5 minutes de la gare. Nombreux commerces et passages souterrains à proximité. Chambre confortable, oreillers et lit agréables. Climatisation silencieuse. Personnel serviable et sympathique, qui semble parler anglais.

Fantastic location and spacious rooms!This hotel is perfectly situated - just a 3-minute walk to Fushimi Station and about 8 minutes from the Osu Shopping District. The rooms are impressively spacious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.One thing to note is that the building uses a central air conditioning system, which can feel a bit warm at night. Since it was 0 degree Celsius outside, I found that keeping the window open while leaving the heater on created the perfect balance. Overall, a highly recommended spot for the convenience!

I have stayed here many times in the past, and every time I stay it seems like they have made more improvements. 2 years ago you had to ask for water, but it was available if requested, then last year water was on a small display with coffee, tea, and makeup removal kit, now they have added refrigerator with cold water bottles and a display with room temperature water bottles. This may seem small, but everything else is already very nice here, and they are still finding small ways to continue improvement. Staff is always friendly. Hotel is always clean. Hotel lobby has seasonal decorations which are very nice, and are related to Toyohashi area.

La chambre est spacieuse, propre et lumineuse, face à la mer Tous les sanitaires ont un tout nouveau toucher, avec séparation sèche et humide, La clé est qu'il est très proche du comptoir d'enregistrement et que l'hôtel fournit judicieusement des chariots à bagages. Tournez à gauche à l'entrée de l'hôtel et vous pouvez facilement rejoindre le hall de départ par l'escalier roulant. J'utilise toujours cet hôtel à chaque fois que je voyage. Nagoya.

5-star location, at Nagoya Station. Easily accessible to all the transport lines. The hotel lobby is on the 15flr and rooms above them. You can access to restaurants, Uniqlo, GU on the 12 Flr. It’s linked to JR Takashimaya on lower floors. We love the breakfast at Open House. By morning they serve breakfast and a French Restaurant at other meal times. Extensive breakfast spread, and excellent quality. Our room was spacious by Japanese standard.

I really loved my stay in this hotel! The room was bigger than I expected with plenty of light from the window and everything was really clean. The staff were very nice as well :)

Très bon emplacement près de la gare de Fushmi et prix raisonnable. Le personnel est vraiment bon et sympathique. Le directeur de la réception, Yamamoto San, est un exemple d'hospitalité exceptionnelle. Il parle bien anglais et a une bonne mémoire pour se souvenir de nous. On se sent vraiment comme à la maison. Serviettes propres, neuves et blanches. Les toilettes de notre chambre sont toutes neuves. Chambre habituelle comme dans un hôtel d'affaires normal. Le petit-déjeuner japonais est varié. Séjour très agréable. Je reviendrais. A côté se trouve un grand centre commercial/supermarché Terrasse Nayabashi. J'ai été très impressionné par l'excellent prix du bœuf Waguy et Nagoya Hida, prêt à manger pour une fraction du prix ailleurs. Le premier mars, j'ai été surpris de voir une nouvelle floraison luxuriante d'environ 60 (ou plus) cerisiers le long de Mitsukura dori à 1 minute de l'hôtel.

L'hôtel est très propre et situé juste à côté de l'aéroport, à quelques pas. Le mobilier est peut-être un peu vieillot, mais il convient parfaitement pour une escale d'une nuit.

The reason I came back to the hotel is because of staffs. All of them are so professional and feel try their very best to all customers. My children were also happy to receive their great and kind service. One thing to take note here for myself is, It’s better to make a reservation for dinner at the 2F buffet restaurant even weekdays. Last time we just dropped by and not many groups, but this time almost full.. however still lucky to have seats as my children wanted.
