This hotel is perfect for families . Nice rooms and big clean. Close to the city centre. Just next to shopping mall. Friendly staff. I would recommend it.Mukemmel otel . Genis ve guzel odalar. Kibar personel. Tavsiye ederim. Tam aileler icin.

1-Just to mention that i request password for wifi and im not understanding the reception guys in the first call due to my turkish language is week so he canceled the call after that they canceled the calls 2 times so i go to the loopy to take wifi password !! 2-Also there is no toothbrush and toothpaste in the room

La chambre est excellente - un grand lit (Taille du roi, comme indiqué) avec une bonne maternelle, plusieurs types de coussins (si vous n'aimez pas les coussins dans la chambre, ils peuvent être changés à la demande). La douche était propre, il n'y avait pas de problèmes d'eau (pression et température). Dans le plan de service - il est difficile d'expliquer, les employés ne connaissent pas l'anglais et beaucoup plus le russe, mais quand ils ont compris qu'ils les voulaient, il n'y avait pas de problèmes de mise en œuvre (par exemple, pour clarifier les informations, pour apporter une cage, etc.). ) Location - adapté pour ceux qui sont sur la voiture, il y a un petit parking à l'hôtel.

Het hotel was over het algemeen voldoende, maar naar mijn mening geen 4 sterren waard. Het ontbijt was prima qua hoeveelheid, maar miste echt smaak. Zeker in een stad als Antep, die bekendstaat om haar heerlijke keuken, had ik hier meer van verwacht. Het hotel zelf oogt verouderd en is duidelijk toe aan vernieuwing. Hoewel het beddengoed en de handdoeken schoon waren en ik geen zichtbare vlekken of vuil heb gezien, is er wel sprake van achterstallig onderhoud. Al met al een acceptabel verblijf, maar er is zeker ruimte voor verbetering, vooral gezien de classificatie als viersterrenhotel.

Le centre de la ville est très bien construit et inspecté, et il a été très bien construit et inspecté 2 fois dans le passé. La chambre avec douche était si propre.

C'est loin d'être le véritable Hampton. Nous avions réservé une chambre non-fumeur, mais on nous a attribué une chambre fumeur. Nous avons donc changé de chambre, et le lavabo était minuscule et bouché. Le savon était tellement imprégné de produits chimiques qu'il était impossible de le rincer. Le petit-déjeuner et le personnel étaient corrects. Le parking était également bien.

This hotel is a bit depressing and sure needs a lot of renovations. You will notice the moment you get to the reception. Nevertheless, the location is great (10 min walk from the center) and once we got to the room, the feeling is better. If you don't smoke, make sure to ask for a non smoking room. Decent cleanliness as well. It is what is it: an Ibis that becomes just a place to sleep. The staff barely speaks any English.

Otel merkezi bir konumda bulunuyor,ulaşımı ***et rahat. Çalışanlar ilgiliydi kendilerine teşekkür ederim. Kahvaltısını deneyemedim ama herkes çok övüyor. Temizlik çok güzeldi. Konakta kalmak güzel bir deneyim oldu.

The hotel is 2 Stars, and I was aware about that from the beginning, therefore I didn't try to evaluate the hotel against higher levels. Nevertheless, the hotel is very reasonable for the price paid, the staff are very friendly. Location wise, the hotel is in the centre of the city, easy accessible everywhere by foot, anything you want is just few minutes walk away. I believe the layout of the room could be improved by just moving the furniture around, therefore the guest would have more spacious areas, and my only taking against the hotel is that it is dated, all what is needed is just new wall painting and sanding the wooden floor. On the other hand, the bathroom is newly renovated and very reasonable.

Very clean, neat, great staff. Spent only one night, but will definitely choose the same place for my next visit.
