MMAOYONGC'est à la femme d'aller voir son fils. L'hôtel est facilement accessible. La salle est en fait assez grande. La variété du petit déjeuner n'est pas grande, mais c'est aussi très bon. Il y a de nombreuses places de parking et le stationnement est pratique.

IInvitéThe hotel was immaculate and the staff were so friendly. The pool was a great way to keep the children entertained, and they even had some pool toys available over the weekend. The Christmas decorations were absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was cooked to perfection—I’m sure there’s a fantastic cook on staff. Coffee and tea are complimentary in reception and always in a clean area.
The one-bedroom king suite had a lovely kitchenette, which was perfect for cooking up a storm. The location was great, just a short walk to a shopping centre, Target, Dave’s Hot Chicken, Chipotle and a few other shops. It’s also a short drive to town, and there’s plenty of parking available.
The room is usually cleaned upon request, but once you ask, it’s done.
One thing that could have been improved was the sofa bed. It was quite uncomfortable, and since we booked the room for a family of four, it would have been lovely if the bed had been made for us on the first night. Unfortunately, we noticed some reddish-brown stains on the mattress, which were quite unsightly and could have been blood or some kind of spillage.

Nous sommes une chambre réservée trois mois plus tôt. Nous avons été mis à jour par l'hôtel. Très satisfait 👍
Nous avons dîné au restaurant du 1er étage de l'hôtel à 7h30. J'aurais dû manger du dragon, mais il est peut-être tard. Le dragon n'a pas changé de viande bovine. Le goût est également 👍
Les deux personnes ne peuvent pas manger un peu...

PPorcupine12tradeBest hotel I have ever stayed in. The location is great and convenient, rooms are clean spacious and nicely deco. Most impressive, the staff are very friendly and helpful. My children and I stayed at AC mid December. We are so thankful and grateful for their help when our bus back to Boston did not turn up after a 2-3hr wait at the bus stop and it was -11degC in the evening. We had to wait for another 7hr for the next available bus. We needed a warm place to wait in and we decided to head back to AC hotel, hoping to wait at the lobby. The young lady at the reception was sympathetic and kindly suggested we rest at the lounge and make ourselves comfortable. the staff at the lounge after hearing about our situation came over to offer snacks and gave advice about our bus. Shortly after, the young lady at the reception offered us a room so we can rest better till we could catch the next available bus. Thanks to AC hotel staff, they made our wait so much more comfortable and turned an unfortunate event into a heart warming experience.

IInvitéLa chambre était spacieuse, confortable et très confortable, avec deux lits confortables et deux télévisions. La cuisine était également très bien équipée avec des tasses, des plaques, des outils et tout ce qu'on avait besoin.
Le petit déjeuner a été un bon prix, mais je suggère d'offrir plus d'options non porcines, comme le poulet ou la viande bovine, car beaucoup d'invités ne mangent pas de porc.
Une autre zone d'amélioration serait la piscine, qui n'était pas contrôlée par la température et nous n'avons donc pas eu l'occasion de nager pendant notre séjour.
Globalement, nous avons eu une expérience merveilleuse et nous envisagerions certainement de rester ici.

IInvitéHotel is centrally situated in Burlington. Check-in was smooth with a tasty chocolate chip cookie each. However, pool was very cold. We heard a lot of other guests also complaining about the temperature. Was mostly only kids that went in several adults went in up to the knee and then got back out. Breakfast the 1st day, a lot of food was missing and we had to keep asking for it to be restocked. It was also long to get a table. Second day, was a lot better. Breakfast was included in our reservation.

IInvitéVery nice place and location excellent. When I first checked in, I was underwhelmed by the lack of help from the girl at reception. I asked her if there were any pumpkin patches locally and she told me to Google it. Another reception lady later gave me a whole list of local activities without even asking. The whip was lovely but the online menu is not the same as the one in the restaurant. There is no cheese board available for example. Parking was tough at times. Other than that the place was very nice and staff were lovely.

One issue I had during my stay was at least twice someone tried to enter my room without knocking and the door was stopped by the door latch. I assume it was hotel staff as the door was opened without my 2 access cards. But no knocking or calling of room service before the door was opened and by the time i went to open the door, no one was outside

IInvitéThe hotel was clean and in great condition. The staff was fantastic and friendly and always went the extra mile. The breakfast was great with many options and again the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Pool was clean and the kids had fun. I would 100% stay at this hotel again and I recommend it to others. Their service, care, friendliness and customer service should be a benchmark to all hotel and customer service representatives
