Excellent and friendly service! Modern and clean hotel! We highly recommend this hotel. It’s modern and with spacious and clean rooms. And the staff is outstanding. We were very warmly welcomed by the staff and check in went super smooth. We got lots of information and it’s easy to communicate via the hotels WeChat. The staff didn’t speak so much English, but this was not any problem with translating apps and the translate function in WeChat. The staff felt us feel very welcome and they stood out as very professional and service minded. We have travelled a lot and the staff of Huanghe Xiyu hotel made a solid impression. The room was spacious and modern. It was very clean and nice. Good windows which could be opened. It also has mosquito nets. There were plenty water, a couple of complementary soft drinks and drip coffee and tea. Comfortable beds and several choices of pillows. The gym was also good. The breakfast was very good. Nice selections of diffferent items. Tasty and fresh. We enjoyed freshly made noodles and dumplings. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly and service minded too. Overall a very good experience which we do recommended.

Very clean hotel located in strategic area in the middle of the city. The view is breathtaking. I can see the whole city from my room. Spacious room and very comfortable. Breakfast is ok. But still i prefer the meal outside the hotel. The hospitality service could have been better. Yinchuan has great potential to be a tourism destination. And hospitality service is a game changer.

Le séjour en général est très satisfaisant. L'hôtel Vanda Liuhua est en bonne place à l'avant-garde de l'hôtel de luxe local, c'est une option stable pour les voyages familiaux. Le site est au cœur de la zone de Jiangxiu, à environ 12 minutes de route de la gare de Jiangxiu, le transport et le bureau sont confortables. La chambre est large et réglable, l'isolement sonore est très excellent, la qualité du sommeil est bonne ”lit de Wanda” et le couvercle multi-options est aidé par le couvercle, le bureau est adapté à un travail efficace et les détails de la garde sont séparés. Le petit déjeuner est riche, la réception est particulièrement enthousiaste, le retard de départ, le service est en place, le service est en ligne, le rapport de prix global est compétitif dans l'hôtel Jingjiang Gao Star. La prochaine fois, je reviendrai!

Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag. The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge. The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around. Thank you for a great stay.

Notre voyage à l'hôtel Tenel à Ningxia a été une expérience incroyable. Avant et pendant notre séjour, ajoutant leur service de butler WeChat fait tout super convenable ils aidaient facilement à organiser notre chambre et organisé service de chambre quand nous en avons besoin. À l'arrivée, ils ont pris soin de notre bagage et nous ont donné un voyage droit du compteur d'entrée dans notre chambre dans une confortable voiture de golf ! Le meilleur endroit pour rester à Tendel était que toutes les expériences de signature du désert étaient incluses. Experience le soleil et les étoiles du désert a fait de ce voyage un luxe vraiment unique. Reservation via Trip.com était rapide et sans problème.

We came to visit my mom who was unexpectedly hospitalized. The hotel is right across from the hospital. This is a brand new hotel. The staff, Ms. Candy Wang, had excellent attention to detail and service mindset. I told Ms Wang just incidentally that we were only there for a night but may need to extend it on demand due to family care requirements. Ms Wang gave me an upgrade to a bigger room in case my mom needed to come in to rest for a while before we catch the flight home. We exercised this option when my mom eventually discharged, which I am so grateful for. Ms Wang made sure that travel and breakfast was well taken care of. She also helped me in my busy state of affairs to take care of parcels that I received on behalf of my mom. We have travelled to many places and countries. This has been the best experience ever!

Que ce soit les installations de l'hôtel, les services ou l'environnement qui l'entoure, je me sens extrêmement satisfait et cela m'a laissé de profonds et beaux souvenirs de mon voyage. L'hôtel est ingénieusement conçu, les chambres sont décorées avec goût, les installations et l'équipement sont complets et chaque détail témoigne du luxe et de la prévenance. James, le majordome, offre un service de première classe. Dès la réservation, j'ai été contacté, informé et aidé. Lors de notre enregistrement, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement, accompagnés tout au long du processus d'enregistrement et avons été présentés en détail aux installations et services de l'hôtel. Durant notre séjour, le majordome a répondu à nos besoins à tout moment. Qu'il s'agisse d'une question de consultation ou du besoin d'organiser un véhicule, cela a été résolu rapidement, nous faisant sentir le soin méticuleux. La restauration de l'hôtel est également excellente Le Desert Diamond Hotel est un hôtel hautement recommandé.

非常好的酒店，性價比非常高，入住方便快捷，在商貿城旁邊，我乘車打車過來的，床單不是很舒適，其他一切挺好的。非常精緻的酒店，前台在5樓，反映出銀川城市形象。我們這次上海乘坐飛機過來的，參加的當地旅遊社遊烏海湖，西部夢幻大峽谷，內容很豐富全面，現在有團購套餐優惠預訂才363，其他費用加起來也500不到，性價比特別高的星級酒店。

La visite est dans la chambre de lit modérée de Rachel, la chambre est équipée d'un bureau, le bureau est très pratique. L'hygiène est inévitable, les produits de lit sont blancs et sans contamination, l'effet d'isolement sonore est excellent, la nuit est très calme. Le service est intime et la réception consulte les questions avec soin. Les installations sont aménagées, les prix sont abordables et les voyages commerciaux sont les premiers choix.

Relatively new hotel, clean lobby and rooms. Room was well designed and spacious with plenty of space , tables, chairs, and walking space. Service at front desk was excellent. The only downside side was the location. At the end of Aug 2025, there was major construction going on in front of the hotel in which the entire road was blocked off, leaving only a pedestrian walkway for access. The work stopped around 5pm, but they started early at8am the next morning ). It didn’t bother us as we left early for sightseeing. There were plenty of restaurants, and shops nearby , and it took us 15 min to walk to the main part of town. Overall good value for money.
