The rooms are new but The environment outside the rooms and lobby are not great. Problem is u must get past the old main building to get to the hotel lobby. So the entire ambience is ruined. The hotel lobby and amenities were good and new. But the lift interior from ground floor to the hotel lobby (level 8) were so old. Service stuff: v polite and tried their best to answer all questions. Front desk was prompt in attending to my requests. Unfortunately, it was a little harder to sleep through at times because the room was near the elevator (?). It sounded like pulley machines were operating around 5/6am. I really don’t know what it was. Overall, I would still give atour chain a chance since they seem to put in effort in terms of their amenities and keeping the room clean but I would lookout for one that is in a much better location and where the building is much newer. r

Nous avons dû être légèrement surclassés, passant à une chambre avec baignoire en porcelaine et non en bois, mais sans petit déjeuner inclus. L'hôtel est ancien mais bien rénové. L'hôtel est dans un quartier populaire avec de très nombreux restaurants et de nombreux commerces offrant un aperçu de la vie des gens ordinaires (tels que les marchés ouverts ou couverts, les étals de boucher...). C'était très simple de trouver de quoi acheter pour prendre le petit déjeuner dans la chambre. Le parc public du peuple est très proche, il est extrêmement animé avec les gens pratiquant la danse, le chant, tai chi... La literie est bonne, en tout cas pas trop dure pour le dos délicat des occidentaux. L'accès à l'eau de source chaude dans la chambre est très agréable. Comme on le voit sur les photos de l'hôtel, on a en effet accès au spa d'eau de source chaude, il s'agit d'une piscine chauffée (environ 30°C) et d'un bassin d'eau chaude à 42-44°C (l'eau de source sortant à 53°C). Le coin de spa, à l'extérieur de l'enceinte de l'hôtel, n'a pas été rénové, il est vieillot mais cela n'enlève rien au plaisir de tremper dans l'eau de source dont la composition doit être particulière pour laisser la sensation d'une peau douce après s'y être trempé. Tous les clients sortent de l'hôtel en peignoir pour faire les quelques pas jusqu'au spa où il suffit d'indiquer son numéro de chambre.

🏨 L'hôtel a l'air moderne, le design de l'entrée est très complet, et à la première vue, il est bon de se sentir plus à deux fois ～ 🛏️ La chambre est large et propre, le lit est doux et confortable, la lumière est douce et l'expérience du sommeil est très bonne ✨ 🌐 Espace de salon ouvert, sol de marbre avec une lampe de râpe fine, ambiance avancée et chaude 🌟 🍜 Le petit déjeuner est riche, la soupe chaude est belle, pleine, chaque bouche est satisfaisante 😋 🍳 Production de cuisine ouverte sur le terrain, nourriture fraîche, personnel de service intime 👏 ☕ Le secteur du café est complet, le paysage urbain à l'extérieur de la fenêtre est inexistant, la cérémonie du matin est remplie de 🌞 L'expérience de séjour globale dépasse les attentes, les détails reflètent la qualité, il est recommandé 👍

Nous avons été très satisfaits de la chambre ; elle était propre et bien équipée. Située dans un quartier résidentiel très chic, elle offre un cadre magnifique. À notre arrivée, la femme de ménage, Xiao Han, nous a fait visiter la chambre et nous l'avons réservée immédiatement. Nous avons été particulièrement touchés par le fait que la machine à laver de la chambre présentait un léger dysfonctionnement et que le personnel ait fait venir quelqu'un à notre porte à deux reprises pour nous dépanner. Toute notre famille a été extrêmement satisfaite du service rendu par la femme de ménage Xiao Han.

Aijing International Hotel in Wenchang 2024/02/06-08 Front desk not really helpful. Just want you to go as it was the whole time ”OK, OK...” and ”I'll take you to your room”... But no help with luggage, nor an answer if the kitchen would have something for me to eat... I sent my list of allergies (gluten, dairy, egg, honey and soy) to the hotel's wechat the evening so that they could give it to the kitchen... First room: The fridge was not cold. Bathroom floor wet and entrance floor dirty 😰 The manager came and was friendly and helpful. He helped me with my luggage to another room 8505, which was larger. Here the fridge was also not really making cold and switched off when going out. They couldn't give an extra card for electricity. In the morning the manager showed me the different food at the buffet that I could eat, but I never received the pork etc, he promised the previous evening, for breakfast nor answered my message when I asked if I should wait for it... For breakfast I could eat the fruit and in a steam basket a piece of corn-on-the-cob, sweet potato, yam and taro. They also had corn flakes. Interesting they had 3 milk options: cow milk, soy milk and coconut milk... The second evening I spent an hour on Wechat with reception to find out if the kitchen could prepare something for me with my allergies - I did give it the previous evening.... Then I went for a walk on the beach... When I came back, they hadn't prepared the fish! The manager gave me a coconut with a straw to drink the juice... So I only wasted my time to find out if they could prepare something - I did give them my list in Chinese of what I cannot eat...😰 Luckily I always have some food with me... The fish tanks are outside the dining room so you can choose your fish fresh.... As in most places in China 😊 Swimming pool was empty. Good comfortable beds. Down duvets. Nice spacious room with little balcony, but balcony has a concrete wall, not glass to see through... From the premises you go directly onto the beach! Very nice quiet environment away from the crowds! After the fireworks at 21:00 the outside lights were switched off and then you only hear the sea... If you do not have transport, it is a bit far, but if you want to go and rest for a few days, away from crowds, then this is a good place 😎🤠🌻🏝️🏖️ Thete are charging facilities for electric cars... @

L'hôtel est situé dans le village de Tianya. Que ce soit en voiture ou en taxi, on ne peut y accéder qu'en se garant à l'extérieur et en marchant, ou en prenant un petit bus touristique. Le bus coûte 5 RMB par personne pendant la journée, et un supplément de 1 RMB après minuit. Nous étions en voiture, et Sanya n'était qu'une étape d'une nuit pour nous, car nous avions un vol tôt le matin le lendemain. Nous ne connaissions pas les règles de gestion du village et, en apprenant que nous ne pouvions pas nous rendre directement à l'hôtel en voiture, j'ai été un peu contrarié et j'ai regretté d'avoir réservé ici. Cependant, une fois arrivés à l'hôtel, en effectuant le check-in à la réception et en admirant la vue sur la mer depuis le hall, j'ai pratiquement pardonné l'impossibilité de se garer devant. 😀 Comme nous ne restions qu'une nuit, nous n'avions pas réservé de chambre avec vue sur la mer. Mais une fois dans la chambre, nous avons jeté un coup d'œil à la chambre voisine avec vue sur la mer et avons immédiatement changé de catégorie, ce qui a tout effacé sur le coup. 😂 L'emplacement de l'hôtel est excellent, la plage est juste en bas et il y a beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. L'hôtel dispose également de son propre restaurant avec vue sur la mer, et les prix ne sont pas excessifs. L'hôtel propose également des séances photo de voyage, mais nous n'avons pas eu le temps cette fois-ci. On peut faire du paddle sur la plage pendant la journée, et le soir, la plage est très animée. Cette fois, c'était juste un passage éclair, mais la prochaine fois, nous resterons quelques jours de plus pour en profiter pleinement. Je tiens également à souligner l'amabilité du personnel de l'hôtel, qui explique tout très clairement en cas de question. 👍

We had a wonderful stay at Hampton by Hilton Old Qilou Street and would highly recommend it to families and Muslim travellers visiting Haikou. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We especially appreciated their assistance in helping us order halal food through *******. For Muslim travellers, there is no need to worry about food options. A halal restaurant is located about a 10-minute walk from the hotel within the Old Qilou Street area. The food was delicious, affordable, and easily accessible. The hotel’s location is fantastic. Within just a few minutes’ walk, there are plenty of shops, restaurants, souvenir stores, toy shops, and clothing stores. Everything you need is conveniently located within 5–7 minutes from the hotel, making it a great base for exploring the area. Convenient stores also located right beside the lobby. There’s a massive wholesale building for clothes just right next door! We were also delighted that the hotel provides kids’ amenities, which was a thoughtful touch and made our family stay even more comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would gladly return in the future. Thank you to the team for your warm hospitality and excellent service!

English: 5/5 — Highly Recommended! Don’t let the older exterior fool you — the inside of the hotel is surprisingly modern, comfortable, and well maintained. We booked the family-friendly kids’ room, which was absolutely adorable and came with an extra bed for our 6-year-old. The room was very spacious and even included a separate play/mahjong area, complete with a cute little tent that our child loved. The room itself was very clean, and the city view from the windows was beautiful, especially at night. We took a video tour of the room, so some of the screenshots may appear slightly blurry. The hotel also has a small kids’ playroom on the first floor, which is really cute and a great bonus for families. The staff were extremely friendly and responsive, especially the front desk team and Xiao Liang. They answered all my questions thoroughly and were very helpful. On our last night, I needed to use the laundry room but had trouble figuring out the machine settings. Even though it was late, a staff member came upstairs very quickly and patiently showed me how to use the washing machine — excellent service. The location is another big plus. People’s Park is right next to the hotel, and we enjoyed walking there every morning to see locals exercising and socializing. There are also many malls and shopping centers nearby, all within walking distance, making it easy and fun to explore and window shop. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Haikou. 中文: 五星好评，强烈推荐！ 千万不要被酒店外观略显陈旧的建筑迷惑，酒店内部其实非常新、舒适，而且维护得很好。 我们预订的是亲子家庭房，房间非常可爱，还为我们 6 岁的孩子准备了加床。房间空间很大，另外还有一个独立的娱乐/麻将区域，里面有一个小帐篷，孩子特别喜欢。 房间整体非常干净，从窗户可以看到城市景观，尤其是晚上，夜景非常漂亮。我们拍了房间的视频介绍，所以截图可能会稍微有点模糊。 酒店一楼还有一个小型儿童游乐区，布置得很可爱，对带孩子的家庭来说是一个很贴心的加分项。 酒店的工作人员都非常友好、响应迅速，尤其是前台的几位小姐姐和工作人员小梁。他们耐心、详细地解答了我所有的问题，服务非常周到。我们入住的最后一晚需要使用洗衣房，但我不太会操作洗衣机。虽然已经很晚了，工作人员还是很快上楼，亲自教我如何使用洗衣机，服务真的非常贴心。 地理位置也非常棒。酒店旁边就是人民公园，我们每天早上都会去公园散步，看当地人锻炼身体、休闲聊天，氛围非常有生活气息。周边还有很多商场和购物中心，步行就能到，非常适合逛街和随意探索。 下次再来海口，我们一定还会选择住在这里。

À Sanya, j'ai déniché une maison d'hôtes avec vue sur mer où j'ai eu envie de faire la grasse matinée jusqu'à midi ! Le Wutong Jiuli est niché dans les ruelles bleues et blanches du village de Tianya, où toutes les maisons ont des fenêtres bleues et des murs blancs. Chaque rue mène à la mer, ce qui donne une impression de Santorin ! La maison d'hôtes se trouve à Bailong Street, au bout de l'artère principale, c'est très calme. Le soir, on n'entend que le bruit des vagues, parfait pour des vacances relaxantes loin du bruit.~ La chambre est d'un style wabi-sabi blanc pur, avec des murs en micro-ciment et des meubles en rotin, le design est au top sans tomber dans le cliché des influenceurs. Allongé sur le lit, on profite d'une vue sur mer à 270° grâce aux baies vitrées, on peut paresser et admirer les magnifiques couchers de soleil orangés ! La baignoire fait face à la mer, se baigner le soir en regardant le crépuscule, c'est d'une poésie absolue ✨ Les articles de toilette incluent même du dentifrice Ora2 et des brosses à dents roses, tellement mignon ! Le service de conciergerie est disponible 24h/24, ils nous aident avec les itinéraires, lavent le linge et nous emmènent en voiture jusqu'au bout de la rue pour les bagages 🍃 La plage est à quelques dizaines de mètres en bas, et il y a un marché de nuit et des concerts au bord de la mer. Boire un verre en écoutant de la musique avec la brise marine, c'est tellement chill 🎶 C'est déjà sur ma liste de maisons d'hôtes incontournables à vie ~
