We stayed 2 nights. The counter staff were friendly and able to help us in our queries on where to eat and shop. Housekeeping was polite and greeted us whenever they meet us in the corridor. The room was fine and voice activated which was great as we can instruct it to open the curtains and adjust the curtains. The view was great with the ceiling to floor windows. Overall the experience was a pleasant one.

Nous avons dû être légèrement surclassés, passant à une chambre avec baignoire en porcelaine et non en bois, mais sans petit déjeuner inclus. L'hôtel est ancien mais bien rénové. L'hôtel est dans un quartier populaire avec de très nombreux restaurants et de nombreux commerces offrant un aperçu de la vie des gens ordinaires (tels que les marchés ouverts ou couverts, les étals de boucher...). C'était très simple de trouver de quoi acheter pour prendre le petit déjeuner dans la chambre. Le parc public du peuple est très proche, il est extrêmement animé avec les gens pratiquant la danse, le chant, tai chi... La literie est bonne, en tout cas pas trop dure pour le dos délicat des occidentaux. L'accès à l'eau de source chaude dans la chambre est très agréable. Comme on le voit sur les photos de l'hôtel, on a en effet accès au spa d'eau de source chaude, il s'agit d'une piscine chauffée (environ 30°C) et d'un bassin d'eau chaude à 42-44°C (l'eau de source sortant à 53°C). Le coin de spa, à l'extérieur de l'enceinte de l'hôtel, n'a pas été rénové, il est vieillot mais cela n'enlève rien au plaisir de tremper dans l'eau de source dont la composition doit être particulière pour laisser la sensation d'une peau douce après s'y être trempé. Tous les clients sortent de l'hôtel en peignoir pour faire les quelques pas jusqu'au spa où il suffit d'indiquer son numéro de chambre.

L'expérience de séjour est encore globale, mais les détails de l'hygiène sont inquiétants. Le petit déjeuner est riche, le plat est affiné et l'attitude du personnel de service est plus enthousiaste. Cependant, la nettoyage des chambres d'hôtes doit être renforcée, et il convient de prêter attention à la question de la désinfection des insectes. Il est souhaitable que la prochaine fois, la qualité de l'hébergement soit améliorée et que cela ne se produise pas.

Cet hôtel est un établissement de premier ordre parmi les maisons d'hôtes, tant par sa propreté que par son emplacement. Je tiens à féliciter sincèrement les propriétaires qui se sont investis pleinement dans la gestion de cet établissement. J'espère que davantage de touristes visitant Sanya verront ce message, car il offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix et encourage les entreprises consciencieuses. Aijing International Hotel in Wenchang 2024/02/06-08 Front desk not really helpful. Just want you to go as it was the whole time ”OK, OK...” and ”I'll take you to your room”... But no help with luggage, nor an answer if the kitchen would have something for me to eat... I sent my list of allergies (gluten, dairy, egg, honey and soy) to the hotel's wechat the evening so that they could give it to the kitchen... First room: The fridge was not cold. Bathroom floor wet and entrance floor dirty 😰 The manager came and was friendly and helpful. He helped me with my luggage to another room 8505, which was larger. Here the fridge was also not really making cold and switched off when going out. They couldn't give an extra card for electricity. In the morning the manager showed me the different food at the buffet that I could eat, but I never received the pork etc, he promised the previous evening, for breakfast nor answered my message when I asked if I should wait for it... For breakfast I could eat the fruit and in a steam basket a piece of corn-on-the-cob, sweet potato, yam and taro. They also had corn flakes. Interesting they had 3 milk options: cow milk, soy milk and coconut milk... The second evening I spent an hour on Wechat with reception to find out if the kitchen could prepare something for me with my allergies - I did give it the previous evening.... Then I went for a walk on the beach... When I came back, they hadn't prepared the fish! The manager gave me a coconut with a straw to drink the juice... So I only wasted my time to find out if they could prepare something - I did give them my list in Chinese of what I cannot eat...😰 Luckily I always have some food with me... The fish tanks are outside the dining room so you can choose your fish fresh.... As in most places in China 😊 Swimming pool was empty. Good comfortable beds. Down duvets. Nice spacious room with little balcony, but balcony has a concrete wall, not glass to see through... From the premises you go directly onto the beach! Very nice quiet environment away from the crowds! After the fireworks at 21:00 the outside lights were switched off and then you only hear the sea... If you do not have transport, it is a bit far, but if you want to go and rest for a few days, away from crowds, then this is a good place 😎🤠🌻🏝️🏖️ Thete are charging facilities for electric cars... @

Équipements : Les toilettes et la douche sont séparées, et il y a même deux baignoires. Bien que nous ne les ayons pas utilisées, des housses de baignoire jetables étaient disponibles. Hygiène : La décoration générale est blanche, ce qui ne laisse pas transparaître la saleté, et il n'y a pas d'insectes. Environnement : La décoration donne une impression d'espace. Service : Le personnel est courtois. Minibar gratuit : Nous n'avons pas bu, j'ai oublié. Pour les photos Instagram/Douyin : C'est parfait, très joli. We had a wonderful stay at Hampton by Hilton Old Qilou Street and would highly recommend it to families and Muslim travellers visiting Haikou. The hotel staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We especially appreciated their assistance in helping us order halal food through *******. For Muslim travellers, there is no need to worry about food options. A halal restaurant is located about a 10-minute walk from the hotel within the Old Qilou Street area. The food was delicious, affordable, and easily accessible. The hotel’s location is fantastic. Within just a few minutes’ walk, there are plenty of shops, restaurants, souvenir stores, toy shops, and clothing stores. Everything you need is conveniently located within 5–7 minutes from the hotel, making it a great base for exploring the area. Convenient stores also located right beside the lobby. There’s a massive wholesale building for clothes just right next door! We were also delighted that the hotel provides kids’ amenities, which was a thoughtful touch and made our family stay even more comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would gladly return in the future. Thank you to the team for your warm hospitality and excellent service!

Cet hôtel est un hôtel d'aéroport correct et pratique, très proche de l'aéroport. Il propose une navette aéroport toutes les demi-heures, mais il est également possible de se rendre à pied au terminal. Il y a aussi un outlet à côté pour faire du shopping et se restaurer. Les installations sont relativement neuves et fonctionnelles. La plupart du personnel de l'hôtel est consciencieux et serviable, à l'exception de quelques-uns dont l'attitude est un peu moins bonne, ce qui est compréhensible pour un service de nuit. Un merci spécial au personnel d'entretien ménager, qui est chaleureux et accueillant, et qui aide autant que possible les clients à résoudre leurs problèmes, y compris en fournissant un câble de recharge à un client voisin, même si ce n'est pas sa tâche. Il y avait une légère odeur de fumée persistante dans la chambre à l'arrivée, mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel, c'est la faute du client précédent qui a enfreint la règle d'interdiction de fumer.

It was a really great stay! The front staff were super helpful and friendly. I’m a solo traveller exploring Hainan so had to work out the logistics of hiring a car , the front staff were super helpful in providing suggestions beyond places to visit. The rooms were clean. I had a garden facing room, and the cleaning staff were really great in cleaning my room everyday. Haikou doesn’t have a metro so being close to qilou old quarter meant I could walk around, but my advice would be to taxi around as it’s cheap, or hire an e-bike if your comfortable riding.
