I especially appreciated the dry and wet separation in the bathroom—a small detail that makes a big difference in daily convenience. Service: The front desk staff were efficient and welcoming. Stayed for 6 nights. I do not usually give poor reviews as I know competition amongst hotels is tough but I do want to share my experience so that other customers can make an informed decision. Overall, my stay was alright but not outstanding (probably subpar for China’s hospitality standards). An aspect I enjoyed was the location. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Yanzhuang metro station. As this hotel is located in residential area, food/lifestyle options are largely catered to locals - not too worry as they are mostly modern and suitable for the younger crowds too. For the negative aspects: 1. I felt that the service provided by hotel staffs were mediocre at best. The vibes I got was that they hated their job and being there. Basic things was not done on check-in day. For eg. introducing the hotel and its facilities, establishing communications, and informing me of my entitlements - free afternoon tea on day of check-in, check-out timing, daily coffee etc. When I returned to the hotel to rest, they would stare at me coldly which made me fairly uncomfortable. 2. Daily housekeeping was done properly and thoroughly, although there was an incident where housekeeping entered the room at 10.30am when I was still asleep. I do feel its quite inappropriate to enter the room that early, especially on a Saturday. The hotel should strongly consider fixing the housekeeping indicator or implementing a mechanism so that housekeeping knows when to enter the room. 3. Maintenance of the room could be improved. For example, the toilet flush was barely working (required multiple flushes after each use) and the water temperature fluctuates a lot when showering. The light switches were not intuitive to use and some were spoilt too. In summary, I was taken aback by the subpar standard as other branches from this hotel chain has been excellent. While I enjoy the convenient location, I will probably not stay here again the next time I visit Zhengzhou. Please feel free to contact me if you require further information. Thanks.

L'établissement est assez proche de la station de métro et idéal géographiquement pour effectuer la plupart des activités sur Luoyang. Le personnel est très accueillant et m'a même aidé lorsque j'étais en difficulté en m'accompagnant à l'hôpital et la pharmacie. La chambre est équipée d'Alexa pour une gestion des lumières et fermeture des volets (il faut toutefois connaître du chinois pour l'utiliser). Un petit point négatif toutefois sur les toilettes qui s'activent automatiquement sans raison ce qui m'a poussé à débrancher la prise ainsi que la présence de beaucoup de calcaire dans la douche. Le responsable du ménage ne sait visiblement pas ce que veut dire ''Ne pas déranger''... Je n'étais pas particulièrement fan des petits déjeuners mais c'est certainement parce que ce n'est pas mon régime habituel.

Un grand centre commercial (Wanda Plaza) est situé à côté de la porte avec un énorme éventail de boutiques chinoises franchisées, à côté de KFC et Starbucks, et une bonne diffusion de marques de vêtements à prix abordables. De nombreux magasins vides font toutefois apparaître des tensions économiques sur ce marché. Le petit déjeuner est un tarif chinois standard, donc si vous attendez une gamme de céréales et de pains gourmets vous serez déçu. Tourner à la salle elle-même. Il n'y a pas de montre de chambre et un écran de télévision énorme qui tourne chaque fois que vous mettez votre clé dans la fenêtre, ce sont des annonces mineures. Je veux regarder mes propres médias sur l'écran de télévision. La chambre est de bonne taille et très calme. Le lit était ferme mais pas dur. Les cortinas de désert fonctionnent bien et les fenêtres peuvent être partiellement ouvertes. J'ai observé que toute réglementation non-fumeur n'a pas été observée par tous les invités. Peut-être dans les grands marchés qui sont plus répressifs. Il n'y a pas de service de laver les toilettes, comme je le sais. La salle de bains est mon principal souci et cela ne peut s'appliquer qu'à ma chambre. Le sol est plat, l'eau ne fluit pas naturellement vers le drainage, laissant la récession de douche toujours mouillée et un risque potentiel de moulage. Il s'agit d'un hôtel nouveau qui accueille principalement des voyageurs chinois. Si je suis préoccupé par le niveau de construction de la finition, je ne peux pas manquer au personnel pour leur attentiveté et leur amitié. Notez que les chambres sont sur les étages 18 et 19, donc attendez un peu de temps pour attendre le levage lent.

Ayant déjà séjourné ici en 2023 lors de ma visite au Mont Song et au Temple Shaolin, j'ai sans hésiter choisi à nouveau le B&B Songshanli pour ma nouvelle visite cette année en juillet. La raison est simple : c'est propre, hygiénique, pratique et le service est excellent. En voyant que nous étions trois, ils nous ont même proposé un surclassement gratuit de la chambre. Je le recommande vivement.

L'hôtel Huo Ho (Loungan Square Store) a une bonne expérience d'ensemble. L'espace de la chambre est vaste, la lumière est abondante, le soleil est très bon, les installations sont également nouvelles et vivent confortablement. Le parking est pratique et la conduite est très prudente. L'hôtel est seulement à 25, 26 étages, l'environnement global est calme. La seule insuffisance est que ma chambre est proche du restaurant. La porte du restaurant est à seulement 2 mètres de la porte, les temps de cuisine et de repas ont une incidence. En ce qui concerne le service, je dois faire un bain d'eau à la réception la nuit, je suis épuisé, comme si j'avais envoyé la station-service à côté!

Room rates are affordable yet room amenities are superb 👌 friendly and accommodating staffs from front desk, hskp, restaurant and driver 👌 What I didn't expect? 1. Early check-in without fees (usually kasi in Pinas may fees for early check-in and late check-out. I arrived 2 hrs earlier tanong ko kaagad sa front desk if I can check-in early ang sagot Keyi👌 without additional fees 2. Airport Pickup and Drop Off for Free 3. Clean, comfy and spacious room. Ofc, very tahimik ( I didn't feel winter inside napaka warm) 4. Lahat automatic like switch, 🚽 etc (expected sa China) 5. I only paid it for only 163rmb (around 1,300 php very good deals right? Kala ko just a very normal rooms but it was beyond my expectations 6. Breakfast for only 16rmb unli buffet (around 125php sulit na sulit ) 7. There's a gym inside, nearby supermarkets, near the airport and more.... I leave a thank you letter in my room upon checking out for my friend. Dunno if the hotel staff will contact the person, I just wanted to surprise him since I'm returning back to my country today. I'll definitely comeback in Zhengzhou and will stay again at Shi Hang Hotel 👌

La dame de la réception a envoyé la tasse à la chambre pour la première fois. C'est surprenant que j'ai pris une tasse de fruits et de fruits. Je suis profondément touché. Great hotel. I liked everything from the room to the attitude of the staff. The room is very spacious, with a modern interior. Everything is new and functional (without getting out of bed, you can turn on the air conditioner or close the curtains by pressing a couple of buttons). The room has a large bed with a warm blanket, a table with a sofa and panoramic windows overlooking the city. The breakfast is delicious and hearty, the choice of dishes is quite large (I am not very good at using chopsticks, so I was pleased with the presence of forks, this is the only hotel out of ten hotels in China in which I lived, which provided them). The staff is very helpful. The sociable and friendly hotel manager, with whom we had a very pleasant conversation. Thanks to the girls at the reception who helped me call a taxi to the train station and find a taxi in the parking lot. I arrived at the hotel at eight in the morning and was immediately checked in, which is a huge plus for the hotel (in many cases, you have to wait for the check-in time). There are suggestions: make a towel hook in the shower or next to it. When you go to the shower, you have nowhere to put a towel except on the toilet. And there are sockets in the room only for Chinese standard plugs, but not for European ones, do this at the reception so that the adapters are sold or you can rent them

Installations : Terrasse avec barbecue. Propreté : Très bien, propre, avec des chaussons fournis pour les enfants. Environnement : Très agréable, avec une variété de collations. Le propriétaire était très sympathique et nous a donné des conseils de voyage et des itinéraires. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et, en quittant la région pittoresque, il nous a dit qu'il viendrait nous chercher en voiture. Les enfants ont également dit qu'ils n'avaient pas apprécié notre séjour et qu'ils reviendraient ici la prochaine fois.
