Hôtels 5 étoiles à Goa, Inde

The hotel is very clean, the staff are attentive and polite. The gym is very small and has few equipment. Excellent location. However, the daily rate is too high for what the hotel offers. This is probably because it is a tourist area. I asked for a room with a view of the beach and they gave me a room on the first floor where you couldn't see anything.

Отель очень хороший, отличный сервис, красивый вид. Пляж общий и учитывая, что это северный Гоа, то грязноват, очень людный и по сравнению с южным Гоа конечно сильно проигрывает. Очень просторные и чистые номера. Завтраки так себе, ужасный момент, что нужно стоять очередь чтобы попасть на завтрак, это вообще кринж конечно. В целом отель на 4+.

Начну с лучшего: персонаж шикарный, начиная со входа и все с кем нам довелось взаимодействовать, вежливые, улыбчивые, искреннее настроены помочь и максимально удовлетворить все ваши адекватные потребности - это просто пушка, мегареспект. Приезжали всего на ночь с семьёй, это была вынужденная остановка, но к отелю это отношения не имеет, утром на завтраке нам приготовили лучший за все время омлет с молоком, потом мы спросили кашу, которой не было и какао, парнишка даже не знал что это такое, загуглил и нам все сделали! Территория красивая, дорога на пляж приятная, номера прекрасные!  Песок на пляже мелкий, скрипучий как снег - просто рай!! Ну и минусы которые требуют категорического внимания: 1. Пол в номере был ОЧЕНЬ грязным, мы приехали поздно вечером, уложили детей, приняли душ, ходили там по номеру, а утром посмотрели на свои ноги и офигели. Жена ради прикола взяла салфетку и провела по полу - лучше бы этого не видеть🤣 2. В бассейне очень чистая вода, сам бассейн с разной глубиной, очень комфортно - НО, в детской, более мелкой, зоне бассейна просто невозможно находиться, очень сильно тянет мочой из туалетов, прям воняет именно на уровне воды и метр выше. Если отплыть в противоположный конец, там все хорошо, проветривает.  3. Мы с проблемой не столкнулись, но мне кажется маловато лежаков на бассейне и пляже(8 шт), возможно пляжные лежаки больше актуальны для европейцев, тогда должно хватить.

La chambre est très confortable et confortable, et vous avez une chambre confortable et confortable. La location était idéale. La piscine était cependant un décevant spectacle, et il semblait y avoir une surabondance de chlore ou d'autres produits chimiques dans l'eau qui l'a faite inconfortable de nager. Les yeux ont mal échappé après quelques minutes dans la piscine ... c'était fondamentalement inutilisable tout au long de mon séjour qui était malheureux. Les chambres sont très confortables et très confortables, et les chambres sont très confortables et très confortables. J'espérais que le personnel qui s'est rendu sur le chemin supplémentaire pour créer un environnement plus accueillant. Globalement, le Hilton Goa a beaucoup à faire en termes de chambre et de localisation. Ils doivent remédier à l'inégalité chimique de la piscine et injecter plus d'hospitalité dans leur service pour être excellents en tant qu'hôtel premier 5*. La fondation est là, mais quelques trucs pourraient faire de cette un véritable hôtel de classe mondiale.

Il est clair que l' hôtel n' est pas nouveau , il y a 30 ans il était cinq , et très apparemment pas mauvais , aujourd' hui il est maintenu à un bon niveau . Par mer 2.5 km ( vous ne pouvez pas marcher) , constamment écorché , sur la piscine de 5 chelons.

Mon check-in n'était pas dans une bonne expérience, il y avait quelques problèmes avec la catégorie de la chambre, je comprends totalement que l'hôtel était pleine maison mais il docent signifie les autres clients souffrir, ***y des personnels qu'ils ont besoin Formation puis regardez très triste, Je dois leur souhaiter Bonjour ou soir, puis ils pourraient répondre, Je dirais que le personnel de F&B était en train de partir, Je recommande Noella,Danjita,Chef Dutta pour leur soins supplémentaires ils ont fait un très bon travail,Les variétés alimentaires sont particulièrement étonnants le petit déjeuner, Le club de santé certaines machines sont trop vieux,Le nom du conducteur de taxi Mahmood est très bon qu'il a été extraordinaire par sa hospitalité.

The stay was marvellous… thankyou to the team at front office who did our checkin , fnb who prepared and served the food with live, room service who made sure we get the room clean and organised when we are back. I will definitely book the same once I m back to Goa. Taxi stand is near and the area is very safe for the female travellers.

Wow! Wow! Wow! Thats what we can truly say about Doubletree! Nithesh, Syantika & Shivram the 3 of them really made our stay Great and Wonderful! They deserve the recognition for their service. The night we arrived, we were welcomed by Nithesh at the reception. The check in was quick and Nithesh followed us all the way to our room giving us information on the bfast, facilities, f&b and other details that we needed to know! Great Service, Nithesh! At the cafe during bfast, we were served by Shivram. He made sure we did not miss a thing! Shivram, we were looking out for you over the next few days, but maybe you were on another shift. Great Service, Shivram! Last but not least, Syantika! Although you are a newbie, you did not seem like a newbie at all! Your charm and must-do attitude, awesome! Both my wife and me felt, that your truthfulness in attending to a query that we asked you, and getting an almost immediate response, just speaks a thousand words! Keep up your good work and you will go a long way! Thank you also to the ***agement and team of Doubletree Goa!
