If you are planning a trip to the beautiful city of Berat, I cannot recommend Hotel Onufri highly enough. From the moment we arrived, our experience was absolutely fantastic. The hotel is perfectly situated right in the heart of the historic Mangalem quarter, and while navigating the steep cobblestone streets can be an adventure, the incredibly helpful staff made everything completely stress-free. They went out of their way to assist us with our car and ensured we were comfortable from the very first minute. Their warm hospitality and genuinely nice service truly set the tone for our entire stay. Our room was nothing short of amazing. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, perfectly blending traditional Albanian charm with modern amenities. You can tell the staff takes great pride in their property because the attention to detail and cleanliness in the rooms is flawless. However, the absolute highlight of our stay was the breathtaking scenery. Because of the hotel’s perfect position on the hill, our room provided a stunning, panoramic view of the famous ”City of a Thousand Windows” and the river valley below. Waking up to that view was unforgettable. If you are looking for an authentic atmosphere, caring staff, spotless accommodations, and some of the best sights in Berat, you should definitely stay here. We had a wonderful time and would return in a heartbeat!

Service was definitely the highlight at Gega Hotel. The staff were fantastic and really friendly. Our room was ok, but it looked different from the photos and description. There was no fridge, but when I pointed this out, the staff provided one. We did have issues with the aircon, though, which couldn't be fixed. However, our stay was comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

L’accueil parfait. Le petit déjeuner copieux avec des produits frais fermiers -excellent . La chambre spacieuse avec des finitions soignées et une décoration dans un style traditionnel vous plonge dans une ambiance chaleureuse qu’on emporte avec soi.

Fijn hotel, goed gelegen. Uitzonderlijk vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Heel goed ontbijt en restaurant. Boden ook wasservice.

C'est étrange. Il y a un grand oncle qui ne parle pas anglais à la réception arrière. Le séjour est de communiquer en anglais avec un homme par son téléphone. Une mère comme un administrateur est venue à ce moment-là, et elle a dit que le séjour était de trois heures, la chambre était mauvaise, je dis que la réservation confirmait que le séjour était de sept à douze heures. Elle a appelé une autre femme, et la femme anglaise au téléphone a demandé le message de réservation et son nom pour que l'homme me donne son mariage. Une bouteille d'eau, je trouve que de nombreuses chambres sont prêtes à partir quand je vais à la chambre. L'hôtel est nouveau et l'intérieur est propre. L'équipement est bon, c'est-à-dire le petit élévateur. Le bâtiment du toit peut entendre le bruit de la machine jusqu'à minuit. L'hôtel est très proche de la gare d'automobile à longue distance, à deux ou trois kilomètres de la vieille ville, et c'est une personne qui est facile à prendre le véhicule le matin.
