Établissement calme, accessible facilement (bus aéroport à 10 minutes maximum à pied), personnel très agréable et petit-déjeuner également de bonne qualité.

L'hôtel est situé à quelques minutes en bus du quartier des bars. L'extérieur paraît un peu vieillot, mais l'intérieur est très propre et charmant. La literie était moelleuse et j'y ai très bien dormi. Un supermarché se trouve à proximité, ce qui permet de faire facilement ses courses. Le choix au petit-déjeuner n'est pas immense, mais il est plus que suffisant et délicieux. Je reviendrai avec plaisir lors de mon prochain séjour à Saint-Sébastien.

L'endroit était impeccable, les chambres spacieuses et la salle de bain très bien équipée. On n'entend aucun bruit venant du couloir et on y dort très bien. Le seul inconvénient est son emplacement un peu éloigné du centre-ville, même s'il y a un bus qui permet de s'y rendre en 40 minutes.

L'hôtel est situé dans une zone de 4 étoiles, à proximité de la ville de l'hôtel. La location n'est pas très centrale, ce qui signifie que vous devez compter sur les bus ou taxis plus souvent que prévu pour atteindre la vieille ville et les principales zones touristiques. La plus grande frustration était que le téléphone dans la chambre n'était pas en service pendant toute la période, malgré le rapport de la question. Le premier jour, même pendant un séjour 4-day, l'eau n'a été fournie qu'au cours d'un séjour, ce qui a été jugé inutilement insensé pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Globalement, l'hôtel dispose de bonnes installations et de confort, mais l'expérience de service et l'attention sur la convenance des clients peuvent certainement être améliorées.

**”BAD: Beware of the 'Upgrade'”** Our priority when booking was the room size and budget, so we reserved a 32m² City View room. At check-in, the hotel staff offered us an ”upgrade.” He said that for an additional €25 per day, we could ”upgrade,” so we agreed. However, while the room did have a Sea View, the size was downgraded to just 21m². I told them that paying €25 to have a smaller room was a downgrade, but they insisted that the view had been upgraded. I asked to be moved back to the room we originally booked, but the staff ignored my request for an entire day. Let me ask you this: if you went to see a new landscape, and the view changed, how would you describe it? You wouldn’t say the landscape itself was ”upgraded,” would you? You’d say the view was different or better. The following day, I finally got a response from the staff. They told me I’d need to pay an additional €70 per day if I wanted a 32m² Sea View room. While the hotel facilities and scenery are excellent, the staff are focused entirely on business and seem to aim to squeeze every extra euro from their guests. In the end, we ended up paying the €25. **Beware of the 'Upgrade.'”**

Beautiful hotel, amazing facilities to work from, one of the best gyms that I’ve been to, it would have been so much more seamless if parking, gym etc were included in the price. Especially if the pool provided by the gym is not available, not having to pay for the gym one would make more sense

Choose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city. What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage. The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers. We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom. The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.

L'hôtel était bien situé, au-dessus d'un arrêt de bus et à proximité d'une station de métro. Le petit-déjeuner était correct, avec un réfrigérateur et de l'eau en bouteille. L'établissement avait l'air chic, mais le goût laissait à désirer. J'y ai passé deux nuits et c'était acceptable. Le seul problème concernait l'agencement de la chambre : les toilettes et la salle de bain étaient trop éloignées et cette dernière n'était pas fermée, ce qui faisait qu'il y avait de l'eau partout après la douche. Le lit était juste à côté de la salle de bain. Mis à part cela, tout s'est bien passé.

Whilst the facilities of the room are good the communication is absolutely woeful. We tried for 3 days to contact the property after they sent the pre-registration email through ALL of their channels - email, Whatsapp and phone call with not one response. It came to the day of arrival and with no response we had to try via Trip.com and finally got to live chat with a person who then followed up with the hotel. Needless stress for us that could have been avoided with a simple reply. Whilst we had an enjoyable stay the public areas are very dark (the walls and ceiling are painted a very dark grey) and similarly in the bathroom of the room - seemed a very odd colour choice. Also, we could smell what others were cooking in their rooms. Finally, (not the hotels fault) but we had noisy neighbours in the room above and as the floors are timber we could here them (or their kids) making noise til 1 am. Overall, disappointed.

Nous sommes arrivés sans une voiture avec des bus de Bilbao. Nous n'avons pas facile de trouver un hôtel avec piscine et à LaGuardia ainsi fonctionné parfaitement. Recommander pour le prix
