From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel like part of the family. A huge thank you to Aziz at reception and El Houssaine, who were both absolutely exceptional. Their kindness, warmth and genuine care made our stay so special. They didn’t just provide great service, they made us feel like we were staying with family, and that’s something we’ll never forget. We came to celebrate our anniversary, and without us even asking, they surprised us by setting up a beautifully romantic dinner table. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our celebration incredibly special. It’s the little touches like this that create memories that last a lifetime. One evening, we got back from the Medina in the early hours after an adrenaline filled adventure exploring the bustling streets and markets. We mentioned that a nice cup of tea and some biscuits would be perfect to help us unwind, and by the time we arrived back, Aziz already had everything waiting for us with a smile. It was such a simple but incredibly thoughtful gesture that perfectly sums up the level of hospitality we experienced throughout our stay. A special thank you also goes to Yousara, for her warm greetings every single morning. The breakfasts were fresh, delicious and prepared with so much care. Starting each day with wonderful food made every morning something to look forward to. Thank you as well to another wonderful Aziz (who served us in the restaurant). Every day he looked after us so well, and when he realised our phone charger wasn’t working, he kindly lent us his own charger without us even having to ask again. That level of kindness and generosity says everything about the people who work here. And to the wonderful gentleman who welcomed us each morning at breakfast with a big smile and great energy, you made every breakfast feel special and set the tone for the day. We never forgot your warm welcome. Thank you for always making us feel so at home. The lunch and dinner deserves a special mention too. The chef is simply outstanding! Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared and full of flavour. Honestly, the food here was far better than what we had at several of the rooftop restaurants in the Medina. We’re already missing every meal! The rooftop is something truly magical. Watching the sun set with the Atlas Mountains stretching out on one side, while the moon slowly rose above them as the sun disappeared on the opposite horizon, was breathtaking. No words, and certainly no photographs, can do that view justice. It’s something you simply have to experience for yourself. The hotel itself has everything you could want, stunning views, wonderfully comfortable beds, peaceful surroundings and an atmosphere that instantly helps you relax. It truly felt like a home away from home. To Aziz, El Houssaine and the entire team, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You didn’t just make our anniversary special, you made our whole trip unforgettable. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine hospitality are what make this place so unique, and you are all a huge credit to the hotel. This wasn’t just a hotel stay, it was an experience we’ll treasure forever. We already miss everyone and can’t wait to return. Quelle expérience incroyable de séjourner dans ce Riad. À notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis par Karim, qui nous a fait visiter le Riad et nous a offert un thé sur le toit. Il nous a donné une carte et nous a expliqué tout ce que nous devions savoir sur la région et sur les moyens de se rendre à tous les sites touristiques. Le Riad est situé dans un quartier idéal... à proximité des tombeaux Saadiam et à seulement quelques pas de la place principale. Les taxis sont faciles à trouver et peuvent facilement se rendre jusqu'à la porte du Riad, ce qui en fait un endroit idéal. La chambre était magnifique, d'une propreté impeccable et les installations étaient incroyables, nous avons dormi profondément chaque nuit et avons adoré la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner du matin était également un régal. Vous êtes accueillis par un membre du personnel sympathique et nous avons adoré le petit-déjeuner sur le toit que nous avons pris chaque matin. Le spa est également merveilleux. En couple, nous avons opté pour un forfait hammam traditionnel, suivi d'un massage, et c'était super. Encore une fois, le personnel du spa, les installations et l'expérience globale étaient absolument incroyables. Une mention spéciale à tous les membres du personnel du Riad : les plus sympathiques et les plus arrangeants que j'aie jamais eu le plaisir de rencontrer, en particulier Karim, Muhammad, Mustapha et un autre monsieur dont j'ai oublié le nom. Ils ont été si gentils et serviables, nous saluant avec le sourire à chaque fois que nous les avons vus et faisant tant d'efforts pour rendre notre séjour fantastique. Si vous envisagez de réserver ce Riad, faites-le immédiatement. Vous ne le regretterez pas. Lorsque nous reviendrons à Marrakech, nous séjournerons à nouveau ici et je le recommanderai à tous ceux que je connais. I love the ambience, the decor and above all, the service that this riad has given from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff member that greeted us was very helpful and informative, and there were two night shift members who were incredibly helpful arranging our early breakfast (because we had to leave super early) and accompanied us to show the safest way to the square at the crack of the dawn. Even when we got lost on our way to the riad, the staff member also picked us up and helped us with our belongings. I would definitely recommend this riad to friends or family who want to make a trip to Morocco, especially Marrakech!

Stayed here recently after booking through Trip.com, and overall it was a really relaxing and unique experience. Location: The villa is about 30 minutes from Marrakesh city centre, so it’s definitely more on the quiet, countryside side. That’s great if you’re looking to unwind away from the chaos of the Medina, but just keep in mind you’ll need a taxi or arranged transport to get around. Ambience & Property: The place feels like a peaceful retreat. The pool area is beautiful, well-maintained, and surrounded by greenery and palm trees. Plenty of loungers and shaded spots to relax, which makes it perfect for a chill day. The architecture has a rustic Moroccan charm with small villa-style rooms that add to the cozy vibe. Rooms & Comfort: Rooms are simple but comfortable. Not ultra-luxury, but clean and nicely designed to match the overall aesthetic of the property. It feels more like staying at a private villa than a typical hotel. Service: Staff were friendly and helpful, though service can feel a bit laid-back at times (which honestly matches the vibe of the place). Food & Facilities: The poolside setup is great for relaxing, though food options might be limited compared to larger hotels. Best to plan meals or head into the city for more variety. Overall Experience: If you’re looking for a calm, aesthetic getaway with a beautiful pool and peaceful surroundings, this is a solid choice. If you prefer being close to the action, this might feel a bit too remote. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4/5) Great for relaxing, but location may not suit everyone.

L'intérieur est très propre et coloré, comme vous pouvez le voir sur les photos. J'ai apprécié l'eau minérale et le sèche-cheveux puissant dans la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner était également délicieux. Cependant, le quartier autour du riad n'est pas très sûr et de nombreux arnaqueurs proposent leurs services. Les femmes voyageant seules doivent être vigilantes. Le riad est également assez éloigné des principaux sites touristiques. J'ai aussi profité d'un massage, qui était excellent. Tout le personnel était très courtois.

Place is nice and clean, staff was also very helpful. However, do note that the address is not the actual address of the riad. I am travelling alone, and only booked this riad because it was right beside where my friends are staying. I only found out when I arrive that it is a 4-5mins walk from the actual address stated on trip.com. Which was very misleading and they should update the correct address. Kudos to the staff who was very nice to walk me out many times, as I prefer to have someone walk me in the early mornings, and at night. Provided water, and also very helpful and friendly. Another issue I had was that I arranged an airport transport to pick me from the airport, and was told the driver will be carrying the hotel sign with my name. I could not find the driver and panicked, again because I was travelling alone. I had to call the riad to realise that the driver was not carrying the correct sign, but another name similar to Riad Dar Massai, and did not have my name on it. Which was honestly impossible for me to recognise which is my driver. The sign should be made clear to guest first time in Marrakesh to just show ”RIAD DAR MASSAI + name of guest”. Finally, the aircon was great, but blankets were really thin. I know they provided extra blankets but I did not use it. So I am very cold at night. Apart from the few drawbacks, it is overall a beautifully designed Riad, I actually really loved the interior architecture, and the rooms are clean and spacious, showers are hot and nice.

Superbe hôtel avec une superbe piscine sur le toit. La chambre était impeccablement propre et le personnel était formidable. Amal était au top ! Elle était tellement attentionnée et attentionnée, nous avons adoré notre séjour. Merci infiniment, nous reviendrons.

Les chambres étaient bien, l'emplacement était bon. Ils annoncent des chambres climatisées, mais en réalité, elles ne l'étaient pas. Les chambres étaient équipées de la climatisation, mais elle ne fonctionnait pas.

Le service de l'hôtel est très insatisfaisant. Je me suis rendu compte que mes médicaments importants ont été oubliés dans la chambre d'hôtel. Appelez l'hôtel pour aider à arriver à Rabat. L'hôtel a affirmé que je ne pouvais pas m'adresser à moi-même. Comment faire pour un touriste étranger? Je vis à l'hôtel, ce n'est pas un truc qui veut aider l'hôtel à l'étranger.

Nous avons passé une excellente nuit. La chambre était très agréable et sécurisée, et idéalement située à proximité des attractions touristiques. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la cuisine locale en arrivant le soir. Un grand merci au réceptionniste, qui était vraiment très sympathique !
