I attended a wedding at this beautiful venue, which it had won awards for, and rightly so. The venue is ideal for weddings and conferences with a golf course as well. Close to vineyards and breweries in the area. The Vines, however do not have a vineyard or cellar door but do have a few vines in the garden area where our wedding was. The food on the night was delicious. The selection of wines were well thought out as well. Rooms were large, although outdoor seating isn't private and overlooks each room, tennis courts and even the ceremonial garden. There is a great pool and mini golf to keep the kids entertained. Staff were quite pleasant at the bar and restaurant but exceptional service was displayed on the night. I would seriously recommend a wedding and/or conference here.

Thanks Novotel for the nice experience. It was a very pleasant trip except my teen boy refuse to leave the room, bed & movie to travel around to see more of Perth.
The only thing that needs to feedback was when checking-in, there was a half drank bottle in the fridge.
Other then that, the front counter staffs & restaurants people are all very nice.

L'emplacement était plutôt pratique ! Les chambres sont propres et les lits sont moelleux. Le ménage a été rapide à ma demande pour réparer le coffre-fort de la chambre et apporter une serviette supplémentaire. Comme j'ai réservé une chambre double pour 3 personnes, je m'attendrais à ce que 3 ensembles de tous les utilitaires soient prêts, tels que 3 bouteilles d'eau, 3 serviettes et 3 tasses, mais il n'y avait que 2 ensembles chacun, et après le ménage nettoie la chambre la serviette supplémentaire est supprimé et non remplacé. Ce serait bien s'il y avait des peignoirs et des chaussons de chambre, qui n'étaient pas fournis.

Ça vaut vraiment le prix! L'emplacement est le point fort ! À 2 pâtés de maisons du quartier commerçant, de nombreuses options de restauration à proximité.
La chambre est bien entretenue et propre. Je n'ai jamais eu de problème de propreté. L'ascenseur ne fonctionne qu'une seule unité, pendant les heures de pointe, il peut y avoir du trafic, mais je n'en ai fait l'expérience qu'une seule fois au cours de mon séjour de 7 jours.
Le personnel lors de l'enregistrement et du départ est vraiment gentil et serviable.
Pas de brosse à dents disponible (peut-être faudrait-il le demander ?), ils oublient simplement de remplir le savon et le shampoing. Mais tout le reste était parfait.

It is my first time to leave comment in Trip.com.
The information provided by Trip.com didn’t mention the room has NO VIEW at all. It writes the room has window, but actually it is facing to another building.
We tried to ask for another room at the front desk, but the staff said the room type we booked has no view. I am really disappointed as it is not written in room details when I book the room from Trip.com.
Other than that, it is a fair 5-star hotel only with limited facilities, but definitely not qualified as a luxury 5-star hotel.

La chambre était spacieuse et les pièges étaient très confortables. Marco à la réception nous a vérifiés et il était très gentil. Le parking est très limité. Les plaques et les cutteries n'ont pas été nettoyées correctement, car il y avait des morceaux de nourriture sur les plaques et les fourchettes.

Le drain était un peu bouché. Mes pieds étaient presque trempés après avoir pris une douche. L'oreiller sentait aussi mauvais.
En plus de cela, le personnel de la réception est très sympathique. Si vous oubliez d'apporter un adaptateur, vous pouvez en emprunter un au personnel de la réception. L'emplacement est très pratique. Il ne faut que 10 minutes à pied pour rejoindre la ville.

Near to the main shopping area in Perth city. Easy access to all the brands and plenty of food options. 15 mins walk to the pier and 20 mins to botanical garden. Both worth walking around. Room was not that big but can still accommodate the 4 of us for 1 nite. For longer stay, suggest a bigger room.

IInvitéRecently came back from a 2-day staycation at Crown Towers. It was my first time staying here and I was mostly impressed.
Location: not in the city centre, but easily accessed by public transport and car (there are a number of carparks, I used the free one, but it just involved a little more walking). Since it is not in the city, there is not much in walking distance, but there is much to do within the Crown complex which includes numerous restaurants and bars, the ******, and walking along the river was quite pleasant.
Room: it had a luxurious feel and was pretty spacious. Since I booked the cheapest room type, I was told at check-in that there would be no view, and that proved to be semi-true, I mean, I had a view of a roof, a carpark, some apartments, and a tiny sliver of the river. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were soft like clouds. The robe was also very soft and quite thick - there was only one included in my room which was fine but I called reception to let them know so they could make a note of it. The room was appointed with all the usual toiletries and coffee/tea with the Nespresso machine being a nice touch. I was pleased that there was a decaf pod, however it was not replenished on the 2nd day and I resorted to the instant decaf. The bathroom was huge with separate compartments for the toilet and shower, there were 2 sinks and the bathtub was big. The room controls were done by a tablet which was handy, except that it mostly didn't work. Luckily there were wall controls for the lights and the curtains. One side of the curtains (drapes) did not work so it had to be pulled across by hand. The tablet also displayed the various restaurants and bars in the complex (as well as up to date menus) and other things that were available (such as the pool, gym, spa etc). You could also order room service from the tablet without needing to call. Room service was a little pricey as you would expect with a $7 delivery charge. A mini bar was also available but this was quite expensive. Housekeeping also seemed to come quite late in the day.
Staff: the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional and I didn't have any issues.
Check-in/check-out: on checking in, there was a bit of a line and it took nearly half an hour before I was able to get to the front, but once I got there, check-in was quick and efficient. On checking out, there was still a bit of a line but it moved quickly. There was also an option for express checkout.
Amenities: There was a pool, gym, spa etc. but I didn't make use of any of these.
Other things: I recommend TWR bar as they served some quite nice cocktails in a beautiful setting, food at the Merrywell was tasty, but you need to order food at the counter and then drinks at the bar. I think an option for a QR code ordering system would be beneficial in this scenario. Food at Junction Grill was also tasty, and the ****** was the same as usual, although I hadn't been in there for quite a number of years. The gaming machines produce cash vouchers now (which can be redeemed at machines), which is much more handy (and hygienic) than having to collect dollar coins.
Overall, it was a nice stay and I would maybe stay again, however at this price point I was expecting just a little more.

IInvitéWe always love staying at the adnate as a couple wanting to be in the best place to get to the nightlife and also as a family as they have the interconnecting rooms, we can still have our space from the kids. The staff are great. They do an amazing white chocolate passionfruit martini at the bar. The pool is great . The only thing I would say needs to be improved are the pillows as they are hard and skinny but otherwise everything else is perfect.

TTanyaI was disappointed with my stay and wouldn't consider this a 5-star hotel. The lobby was incredibly small, and the large mirror at the reception was confusing, making it easy for guests to accidentally walk into it. Surprisingly, there were no toiletries provided in the room, so we had to call staff just to get a toothbrush delivered. The hotel robe was very low quality, almost resembling a kitchen rag, which was a letdown.
The swimming pool was also tiny and didn’t allow for much relaxation or enjoyment. The breakfast spread was pretty average—nothing impressive or memorable. Overall, I didn’t enjoy my stay.
The only real highlight was the beautiful view from our room, which was truly stunning. But for a 5-star experience, I expected much more.

Ppetrina yeoWe stayed as a family with a 2year old. I wouldn't consider this a 5 star, perhaps more of a 4 star.
When we arrived late at night, tired from a long drive, there was no bell boy to assist us with luggage direct to room, and esp with a kid in tow it was difficult. However one of our bags broke and the staff did help us get a bag from their store.
Also no toothbrush was provided upon check in day and we found out next day only that it has to be requested, seriously, this is a very basic necessity to have at least for 1st day.
The decor was intended to be classy but we found it a tad bit dark.
The worst part was the bed was way too soft and sunk in, I had a backache the next days. :(
On a positive note the bath tub was huge, toilet was spacious with 2 sinks! My kid enjoyed the bath tub. Also they did prepare the cot in the room when we arrived and I was very pleased.
The next day I asked for high chair and it was timely placed at our room when we got back. Overall the staff were responsive.
Also the breakfast was Ala carte, not buffet, but it was nicely cooked - however they did not offer a kids menu.
The location is close to cbd shopping but do take note parking at hay street has day charges/hourly charges which you should factor to the value of your stay. Most shops closes early around 5pm by the time we got back from our day trips.
Overall this hotel was more for couples or business stay and not so kid/family friendl, but that's just my opinion!

IIvy Heng XYCe n'était pas ma première fois dans un Hilton doubletree mais celui-ci était plutôt décevant.
Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel vers 19 heures, l'enregistrement a été un jeu d'enfant, sauf qu'il n'y a pas de porteur pour nous aider. Nous avons de nombreux bagages mais heureusement le réceptionniste. Jessica nous a aidés à porter les bagages avant que mon mari ne revienne du parking. Le parking est à quelques pas et ce n'est pas très pratique.
S'il vous plaît, évitez le petit-déjeuner. Notre chambre était livrée avec le petit-déjeuner mais le petit-déjeuner était vraiment mauvais ! Tout était dur et froid, il n’y avait même pas de café comme du cap ou du flat white disponible. Lorsque nous l'avons demandé au serveur, nous n'en avons pas été informés, mais les frais de café ont été facturés au tarif de notre chambre.

Franchement, j'aime la disposition des pièces mais le ménage a encore quelques améliorations à apporter. Bien que nous ayons activé le bouton « Veuillez nettoyer la chambre » avant de partir pour la journée, la chambre n'a été nettoyée que lorsque nous avons appelé à notre retour. On nous a dit que la chambre n'était nettoyée que sur demande ! (Mais nous avons demandé pour toute la journée). La réceptionniste qui a répondu à l'appel m'a proposé de changer uniquement la serviette mais j'ai insisté pour que ma chambre soit nettoyée. Lorsque l'équipe de ménage est arrivée, il a seulement changé la serviette (et a oublié la serviette de bain principale) et aucun aspirateur n'a été fait. Le climatiseur était éteint car quelqu'un avait peut-être ajouté de l'eau à la bouteille, mais l'équipe d'entretien ménager n'a pas non plus vérifié et rempli correctement. (307)
L'emplacement est pratique, à proximité de nombreux restaurants sympas mais juste en face d'un magasin pour adultes.

IInvitéArrived and was greeted cordially. Clear instructions on where to go to find our apartment. I couldn't park in the allocated spot undercover due to the neighbour taking up more than one car space. So we had to park further away from our apartment. At least we could park! Our room was upstairs yet I had booked a ground floor. Didn't matter! It was clean and tidy. It was very noisy in the front bedroom due to the wind from the storm that night. My daughter had to swap bedrooms due to the noise. The beds were comfortable and warm. I had an even nicer attendant upon check out. Overall it was a lovely stay. The hotel is not brand new and does look a little tired but it is not as bad as some places I've stayed. I would recommend it for families as it is easy to find and has easy access to Busselton and all it's delights.

CCStevensGreat thing about this place - location. This was a major factor as to why we decided to stay here again, especially having to take a train to work. The moment you step out of the hotel, you can see the entrance to the Perth Underground station. It's also central to a lot of cafes and restaurants (groceries, convenience stores and pharmacies too!).
The AC was cold enough and no noise coming from the other rooms. The bed was just a bit uncomfortable as it seemed like they were to separate beds put together and one side was firmer than the other one.
It just sucks that you need a credit card to be able to book (for someone who doesn't have one) if you're booking via trip.com/expedia. You are able to use a different card at the hotel if this is something you're also worried about. From what I could understand from the staff, this shouldn't be a problem if you book directly through them. It's just a trip.com/expedia thing.
Hopefully you won't have to call their reservation line though - the lady who took my call was so impatient and rude (outsourced staff). The front desk staff was the complete opposite though!! It was unfortunate that we weren't able to check in early as the hotel was fully booked, otherwise, check in/out process was pretty smooth - would definitely consider coming back.
