Équipements : La chambre avec vue sur la rivière était très agréable. La télévision diffusait des programmes, la connexion Internet était stable et la chambre était équipée d'un panneau de contrôle intelligent. Le lavabo était à une hauteur idéale, ce qui le rendait confortable. Le matelas était très confortable. Propreté : Satisfaisante Service : Satisfaisant. Les réceptionnistes, Xiao Yuan et Xiao Li, étaient très sympathiques. Ambiance : Le quartier était relativement calme.

Avantages : Le service est excellent, surtout la réceptionniste qui était chaleureuse et courtoise. L'emplacement est pratique : la station de métro est à une courte distance à pied, la Tour de la Grue Jaune n'est pas loin, et la rue piétonne de Jianghan est à quelques centaines de mètres. Environnement de l'hôtel : les installations sont neuves, propres et hygiéniques. Désavantages : L'hôtel est situé aux alentours du 50e étage et partage le même immeuble avec d'autres hôtels, ce qui rend l'attente des ascenseurs peu pratique. Il y a des travaux de construction en bas, ce qui rend la marche difficile et l'endroit sale et désordonné.

L'hôtel était propre et confortable. La salle de sport et la sauna étaient bien entretenues. C'était le anniversaire de ma copine et le concierge a aidé à organiser un gâteau complimentaire à envoyer dans la chambre. Globalement, une belle expérience!

They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

Quanji Hotel, Xiangyang review I spent two nights at Quanji Hotel in Xiangyang, and I left with a mix of impressions some solid wins, one or two quirks, and a sense that this place knows what travelers like me actually want after a long day of sightseeing or meetings. First impressions - Exterior and lobby: Modern, clean, and uncluttered. The lobby feels calm, not trying too hard to impress you, which is nice after a long train ride. The check-in process was smooth, with staff who spoke enough English to help, but not so much that you felt talked down to. - Location: Pretty convenient depending on what you’re here for. It isn’t in the center of Xiangyang’s busiest streets, but you’re within a comfortable walk or short ride to key spots, plus there are eateries nearby that aren’t overhyped tourist traps. Room and comfort - The room itself was a solid 4-star vibe: tidy, well-lit, and surprisingly quiet for a hotel in what feels like a busy area. The bed was comfortable—firm enough to support a good night’s sleep but soft enough that you don’t feel like you’re lying on a board. - Amenities: Decent desk space if you’re traveling for work, reliable Wi-Fi, and a reasonable layout. The bathroom was clean with good water pressure and a practical layout. A few small things felt a touch “budget-first” like standard toiletries and a shower curtain rather than a glass enclosure—but nothing deal-breaking. - Cleanliness: Overall good. Housekeeping did a thorough job during my stay, and I didn’t notice any telltale corners being overlooked. It’s the kind of place where you feel comfortable dropping your gear and not worrying about dirt or mess. Service - Front desk and staff: Friendly and helpful. They stood by for recommendations on dining and local spots without turning the conversation into a sales pitch. When I asked for directions or a printout of an itinerary, they were efficient and patient. - Housekeeping: Prompt and discreet. No intrusions at odd hours, which I appreciated.

1. Hotel location is perfect as the Three Gorges Tourist Center is just diagonal opposite the hotel, and Wanda Shopping Mall is also just next to it. 2. The hotel is new, and the smell of the new wooden furniture is too strong and I guess that's why some of the doors of the unoccupied room (included mine) were open which I personally felt a bit uncomfortable as any guess may just step in to any room to do something silly. 3. I stayed for 3 nights, and 1st 2 nights was ok but on the 3rd night, someone checked-in and occupied next to my room, I was in the middle of my sleep and suddenly a piercing sound entered my ears, the sound last for almost 1 min and it seems not ending and so I contacted the counter to seek for help, the counter staff explained that the location of the toilet of room# 1310 is next to the bedframe of room# 1309, they can send me the ear plug for time being and let me change the room the next day. I told them I will be checking out the next day and I am not use to sleep with an ear plug, I hope the sound will end soon and I also tell the staff to escalate this matter up. During my check-out, the counter staff had asked how was my stay and I told her the incident too. I told her that I am not happy especially when the hotel said they can help me to change the room on the next day, my comment was if the hotel already know of this problem, so why are they still arrange guest to stay in room# 1310?? At the end of the day, I am being given some snacks and small souvenirs and 2 bottles of mineral water as compensation. My question to the hotel: why put the blame on the design/layout and not employee training?? Why you know this is the problem but yet still allow the problematic room to be occupied? For the seek of the reputation of the hotel, please shut down the problematic room until you fixed the problem!

This hotel is wonderful, beds and rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The staff were exceptional kind, especially Claire Shang, who was working at the front desk. She speaks fluent English and a number of the staff know English as well. Every time I have family or friends visit me, I get them a room at this hotel. Can’t recommend it enough. Plus the breakfast is cheap but yummy, and you can order specific dishes you want like an omelette or scrambled eggs. Plus local Chinese dishes. Also they have a cute robot that can bring amenities to your room if you need them.

Hébergement : La chambre était très propre et belle, avec un balcon et un excellent éclairage et ventilation. La literie est confortable et j'en suis très satisfaite. Les toilettes sont également conviviales. La température de l'eau du bain est modérée, la quantité d'eau est suffisante et les détails sont très bons. OK : Le transport est très pratique, il est très proche de la ligne 2 du métro. Il y a toutes sortes de snacks, de restaurants de spécialités, de bars, de cafés et de boissons dans les environs. Le Bund est juste devant la porte. à quelques minutes à pied du bord de la rivière et de Lihuangpi Road. Que vous preniez des photos ou visitiez des lieux célèbres, les monuments et les musées sont très pratiques. Manger : L'hôtel propose un petit-déjeuner riche et délicieux. Il existe toutes sortes de collations et de spécialités dans les environs. Vous pouvez prendre le petit-déjeuner et goûter aux spécialités de Wuhan. ① Mangez un bol de nouilles sèches chaudes. Expérience : C'est très pratique pour le robot de livrer les choses. Les petits frères et sœurs à la réception sont doux et polis sans sacrifier le service. Les souvenirs et l'eau minérale offerts au départ sont très chaleureux. L'a**osphère générale de l'hôtel est très historique. La lumière du soleil dans la pièce brille sur le sable et le style semble en place. Il est plein de style républicain, simple et élégant, et dégage une a**osphère raffinée. C’est un hôtel qui offre une très bonne expérience même si vous ne voulez pas partir. J'y retournerai avec ma famille et je le recommanderai à mes amis.
