Équipements : La chambre avec vue sur la rivière était très agréable. La télévision diffusait des programmes, la connexion Internet était stable et la chambre était équipée d'un panneau de contrôle intelligent. Le lavabo était à une hauteur idéale, ce qui le rendait confortable. Le matelas était très confortable. Propreté : Satisfaisante Service : Satisfaisant. Les réceptionnistes, Xiao Yuan et Xiao Li, étaient très sympathiques. Ambiance : Le quartier était relativement calme.

Avantages : Le service est excellent, surtout la réceptionniste qui était chaleureuse et courtoise. L'emplacement est pratique : la station de métro est à une courte distance à pied, la Tour de la Grue Jaune n'est pas loin, et la rue piétonne de Jianghan est à quelques centaines de mètres. Environnement de l'hôtel : les installations sont neuves, propres et hygiéniques. Désavantages : L'hôtel est situé aux alentours du 50e étage et partage le même immeuble avec d'autres hôtels, ce qui rend l'attente des ascenseurs peu pratique. Il y a des travaux de construction en bas, ce qui rend la marche difficile et l'endroit sale et désordonné.

En tant qu'hôtel cinq étoiles, le service, l'environnement et l'emplacement au bord de la rivière sont tous excellents. Il est très pratique de se rendre aux attractions touristiques des environs, la rue Lihuangpi est juste en bas et le Bund de Hankou est de l'autre côté de la route. Nous avons essayé la piscine et le spa de l'hôtel, et les enfants se sont beaucoup amusés.

Our recent stay in a two-bedroom apartment with a fantastic night city view was enjoyable, with a few minor hiccups that didn’t overshadow the overall experience. Check-In Experience:** The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and complimentary drinks, setting a welcoming tone for our stay. They provided detailed information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. Room Quality:** Our two-bedroom apartment was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a stunning night view of the city skyline. The modern decor created a cozy atmosphere, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen area was well-equipped, with coffee machine, washer and dryer, making it easy during our stay. Amenities:** The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, sauna and jacuzzi. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the restaurant, with Wuhan noodles made to order. Location:** Located above a vibrant mall, Somerset Hotel provides easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. The subway exit in the basement makes getting around the city incredibly convenient. While the highway is nearby, the hotel maintains a peaceful atmosphere, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day. Service:** Overall, the service was excellent. Staff members were attentive and quick to address any concerns. A special shoutout to COCO who went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay. She was proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, making our experience even more enjoyable. Additionally, Manager APRIL deserves high praise for all the wonderful arrangements she made for our visit.  Conclusion:** Somerset Hotel is a lovely place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the city. With its friendly staff, great amenities, and prime location, we would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, yet convenient getaway. We’ll definitely consider returning in the future!

Throughout the stay, service remained consistently excellent—whether arranging transportation or providing local tips, the staff were attentive without being intrusive. We could control lighting, temperature, and curtains via a tablet, making for a highly customizable stay. The beds were comfortable, and the room was equipped with a large smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and plenty of charging points. The bathroom was equally impressive, with high-end fixtures, a rain shower, and quality toiletries. Small touches like beautiful floors in the bathroom enhance the luxurious feel. The overall design reflected the hotel’s commitment to modernity without sacrificing comfort. Its smart technology enhanced our experience, and the hotel’s attention to detail ensured comfort and ease. From the online pictures, the hotel and its premises looked dated. However, the warm ambience with soft lightning, spacious walkways and pastel decorations made us look forward to returning back to the hotel everyday. You can't fault the location of the hotel - there are 2 entrances to ensure easy access to where ever you want to go. One entrance gives immediate access to pickups and dropoffs, Jiqing street, not mentioned endless restaurants, shops and street peddles lining up on both sides of the streets. The other entrance gives immediate access to the bustling pedestrian streets, McDonald's, KFC, and other countless eating and shopping options, including souvenir shops, so you could easily grab something before you depart. A mall links to the hotel as well. You could also see a group of seemingly retirees dancing outside every morning. You could also opt for food and parcel delivery and then hotel's trusty robot will deliver to your room, if not, the front door desk will assist to store for you till you collect. The room we stayed was huge and the hotel service staff was very helpful. Many items at the breakfast buffet provided by an external vendor (so we were told) was cold when we went at 7am, such as the dim sum items like the bao and dumplings, and the cooked food like fried noodles. Many of the diners were complaining amongst ourselves. However, the staff there said the food is cooked anyway, so we could still eat them. When I reflected to the front desk, we were given some other breakfast options to make up for our bad experience. A male staff even gave us some toys and souvenirs that made us smile. It is not about getting freebies. I like that the various hotel staff at the front desk cared about guest experience and tried their best within their capacity to show that they want guests to feel happy staying at the hotel. Strong hotel support is really very important to travellers because our itinerary begins and ends with the hotel. So kudos to all the hotel staff who attended to us during our stay. Usually we won't return to the same hotel so as to try other options. But I think we will return to Dorset the next time we visit Wuhan again.

Service environnemental de cinq étoiles, la réception de Chen Coo sont très enthousiastes et les femmes sont très enthousiastes. Le site recommandé de Yi City est très bon**, l'introduction de la viande bovine de la route est également très claire. Il a également été envoyé un produit spécial. Il y a une distance de la zone commerciale. Il y a encore un peu de chaleur sur la route! Le salon de la saison complète de 5.0 est toujours un salon de chaleur, il a une atmosphère culturelle, des insuffisances, l'élévateur est séparé, attendre longtemps. Le salon de chaleur de la maison est recommandé!

酒店環境整潔乾淨，房間佈局大方典雅，設施齊全，乾濕分離的佈局很舒服，前台服務很好，有求必應，熱情大方價格也合理，停車場也很大，出入很方便，下次有需要還會選擇這家酒店

이창(의창) 여행 최적의 위치입니다 장강 부근에 입지해 뷰가 매우 아름답습니다. 가급적 장강뷰를 선택하시길 바랍니다. 야경에 취해 밤을 지새울 수 있습니다. 바로 옆 완다광장(만달광장)이 있어 맛집이며, 엔터테이먼트를 즐기기 용이합니다. 또 약 5분 거리 산샤(삼협) 선착장이 있습니다. 2026년 봄에 개업한 만큼 신축이라 더욱 새롭습니다. 다만 화주회 그룹의 계열사이긴하지만 직영이 아닌 가맹점이라 조금의 차이가 있습니다. 세탁실에 세탁과 건조가 무료나 세탁기가 엘지제품이 아닌 자체 발주한 제품입니다. 헬스장은 트레드밀 2개 뿐이고 자전거나 기타 운동기구는 없습니다. 조식은 여느 촨지(전계)호텔처럼 깔끔합니다. 이창 특색 요리인 홍요우빠오즈(홍유포자)가 제공된다고 했지만 필자가 묵은날에는 없었습니다. 그래도 홍요우미뻔이 제공되어 맛있게 먹었습니다.

Propre et doté d'un décor à la fois simple et élégant, le restaurant est globalement excellent et offre les meilleures prestations de la région, malgré sa situation à la fois à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur des bâtiments principaux et dans les espaces publics. C'est sans doute le restaurant le mieux équipé du secteur. Un surclassement gratuit et le petit-déjeuner offert aux enfants étaient inclus. Malgré un manque de personnel, le niveau de service est resté élevé et le personnel s'est montré très patient. Le seul point à améliorer concerne le petit-déjeuner. Le choix proposé doit être élargi et, surtout, l'attitude du personnel doit être améliorée. Une brique de lait était presque vide et, malgré l'arrivée de deux groupes de clients, aucun autre n'a été ajouté. Pire encore, le personnel a marmonné : « S'il n'y a pas beaucoup de clients, ajouter une autre brique de lait serait du gaspillage », ce qui était extrêmement désagréable. La température du restaurant était également trop élevée, ce qui était inconfortable pour les clients portant des manteaux en hiver lorsqu'ils se déplaçaient entre les deux bâtiments.
