The staff were very kind and we were impressed by their sincere attitude toward the guests. We booked the Gyegok trekking through Trip.com, but as foreigners, we had trouble communicating with the trekking company. The manager helped us, and we had a wonderful time that will remain a pleasant memory. If we have the chance to come to Changbai Mountain again, we would definitely choose this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We are truly grateful for the warm hearts of all the staff. Also, grilling skewers and enjoying a glass of soju in the hotel parking lot was an unforgettable delight.

What a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families. For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though. I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective. Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building. I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle. But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat. The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient. It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C. There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort. Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol. Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding. We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day. The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around. Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back. We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

Furthermore, the logistics are handled seamlessly; the shuttle service to and from the High-Speed Rail station was very convenient. For those visiting Changbaishan, the hotel offers a direct bus service (provided you have a ticket), which made my trip stress-free. I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Da Ling and Yin Ling. Their attentive care and constant check-ins throughout my stay made me feel truly valued and were the highlights of my trip. The dining experience was equally impressive. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurant served a diverse menu where every dish was flavorful. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed. I will certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit.

J'ai choisi le marathon de Jillin et choisi cet hôtel pendant un demi-jour. Bien qu'un peu loin de la ville, il est bon de prendre un truc et l'hôtel offre un petit déjeuner. La chambre n'est pas grande, mais les installations sont pas bonnes. La belle-selle est que le saloon de la chambre de la ville est aussi une fenêtre. La porte est inéluctable. Le soleil est réveillé dès le matin.

Les vacances étaient superbes. Xiao Hui, la femme de ménage (la numéro 2), était disponible 24h/24 et 7j/7. Très pratique et efficace ; je reviendrai sans hésiter.

Dès mon arrivée à la réception, j'ai pris l'initiative de vous saluer, de vous enregistrer, de m'emmener dans la chambre et de vous offrir des cadeaux attentionnés. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly. The cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been better maintained. The bathroom, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience. In terms of amenities, Hanting Hotel provided basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, which was reliable and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. However, I found the lack of a mini-fridge or a coffee/tea maker in the room to be a drawback, as it limited my convenience and comfort. C'était ma première visite à Harbin, et bien que j'avais lu de nombreux commentaires qui disent que ce village était beau, je me faisais encore peur du transport. L'emplacement est bon, dans une communauté, avec la ville de Qingshan à la porte, une cantine et un supermarché. Que vous conduisiez ou preniez une voiture jusqu'à l'hôtel, vous devrez inévitablement monter les escaliers après votre arrivée, ce qui ne convient pas à ceux qui apportent beaucoup de bagages. L'hôtel est très fréquenté à l'intérieur, tous les espaces sont exigus et comme il est situé sur une colline, il faut monter et descendre par l'ascenseur. Il existe de nombreux espaces d'activités publiques, adaptés aux skieurs qui aiment socialiser. Le petit-déjeuner est l'un des pires hôtels dans lesquels j'ai jamais séjourné. Le serveur a eu une mauvaise attitude. Il a accidentellement renversé du lait de soja et a été attaqué. Pour parler franchement, cet hôtel n'est pas comme un hôtel quatre étoiles, mais comme un B&B trois étoiles. En tant que B&B, le prix est exagérément élevé. Vous pouvez séjourner dans des B&B à proximité pour la moitié du prix.

L'emplacement est très pratique, juste après être descendu à la gare de Changchun, il suffit de prendre le passage souterrain et de tourner à droite pour arriver à l'hôtel. Le service est excellent, ils nous ont surclassés dans une chambre et les demoiselles de la réception sont très serviables. La chambre était propre et sentait bon dès notre entrée. Un point à souligner est la commande de la climatisation au chevet du lit, pas besoin de se lever. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux, on peut faire ses propres sandwichs et le café est très bon.
