A convenient location that is 15 minutes walk from the high speed rail station. However, if you are not familiar with local directions, you have to navigate through the railway transit station which is huge and confusing. The hotel is located at people's road which is in front of the railway station. You can take a cab which cost around CNY 9 - 11. Drivers in this region are quite hot blooded but they are kind in general. Decent and cozy place to stay. Breakfast buffet served on the second floor starting at 7:30. The sky is bright around 5:30 in the morning.

Le personnel de la table frontale ne vous fait pas sentir bienvenu, tirer un visage long tout entier, n'a pas expliqué en détail pendant le contrôle, par exemple, combien était le dépôt, le petit déjeuner, etc. La chambre est très vieille, la bowl de toilette n'a pas une fonction plus chaude que je l'obtiens dans tous les autres hôtels aussi cher que 80yuan par nuit. Le petit déjeuner est très bon , c'est la partie la plus agréable de cet hôtel. Location sage, juste à côté de l'hôtel a une mini-mart 24, rien d'autre, il faut cabiner plus loin pour plus de nourriture et de centre-ville. Près de la gare de Jilin, un cabine 8-10 yuan se déplacer. Notez que le frais de collecte de l'hôtel est de 200 yuan. Enfin, en criant au nettoyeur de la chambre, ils ont les travaux les plus fatiguants mais super utiles et toujours se féliciter avec vous de grand sourire.

C'est un hôtel un peu ancien, mais la corbeille de fruits quotidienne était une attention appréciable. Les chambres n'étaient pas insonorisées, et la salle de bain entièrement transparente de la chambre double m'a vraiment déconcertée (ceci n'est pas une critique de l'hôtel en lui-même). De plus, le lavabo était face au lit, et le robinet trop court pour remplir facilement l'eau. Je ne le recommanderais pas pour deux personnes. La chambre était également trop petite ; il n'y avait pas assez de place pour les bagages. Mis à part cela, j'étais plutôt satisfaite.

Had 2 nights stay at Yake Town Hotel. The hotel is big with 2 double beds and 2 single beds. Comfortable for families of 5. There are many good 东北菜 eateries around. 5 min walk across the road is 重庆胡同步行街, where there are food and shopping available. Will definitely stay there if visiting Changchun again.

The frontdesk ladies are superb; courteous, smiling, plus plenty of greetings! Extremely helpful. The rooms are clean, plus the central air-conditioning system functioned very well. The location is convenient with bus stations nearby to take you to places of interest and Changchun Railway station. Highly recommended. Free breakfast was very basic, though.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hyatt Regency Changchun. The service is truly top-notch — the staff are exceptionally friendly, and their responses are always fast and helpful. Whenever we needed assistance, they handled everything promptly and professionally. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of choices, making mornings very enjoyable. The only small point to note is that some of the furniture is a bit dated, as the hotel has been around for quite some time. However, this did not affect our overall comfort or experience. Overall, a great stay with outstanding service and a fantastic breakfast.

First time to changchun for holiday then to changbaishan. Chosen this hotel as non smoking and bigger room for a family trip. The most surprise to me is the self service laundry washing and drying including steam ironing in a common room. Easy to use and nice room set up-clean and tidy. My kids has get used to have daily shower, this really helped me a lot easpecially in a winter. Secondly, the reception serive is excellent, polite and approachable. Thirdly,to compliment on the room cleaniness: simpliest set up but has all the necessarity ready, xiao du service,and tleritories..didnnot find any dirty corner in the room. Excellent

Needs in-house training to serve international clients. We ordered a bottle of wine on each of the two nights we stayed there. The wine was good. One waitress didn’t know how to open a twist top; the other waiter didn’t know the ice bucket for the white wine, neither offered us any opportunity to taste the wine before pouring out. We didn’t mind. It just assured us that Changchun has not been spoilt by the international tourists,but Shangri-La is usually synonymous with high quality service elsewhere.

IInvitéWhat a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families. For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though. I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective. Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building. I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle. But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat. The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient. It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C. There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort. Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol. Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding. We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day. The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around. Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back. We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

Prime marrow bone. 🦴 Reality, however, is a scenic winter obstacle course. The hotel is thoughtfully scattered across three separate buildings — one for check-in and breakfast, another for hot springs, and because suspense is important in life, the Food Plaza lives in yet another building. In winter. On ice. With wind that slaps. Not exactly age-old-dog friendly. I waddled. I shuffled. I negotiated with my knees. At one point I believe my soul lagged behind and had to catch up. One whiff and I nearly cancelled the stay on the spot. Room Rescue Cue Mr Hong Dejian—calm, English-speaking, and clutching the keys to redemption. He patiently showed me alternative rooms until we found one that didn’t smell like a poker night. Had I left, I would’ve missed what came next. Comfort Food = Home Dinner delivered a miracle: stewed chicken with potatoes and mushrooms. One bite and—boom—mummy’s cooking. After days on the road, I finally found food in China that tasted like home. Tail wagging resumed. Care Beyond the Call Mr Hong returned with a portable heater, pointed out city landmarks, and even taught me how to take a non-reflective photo (yes, this dog learns fast).
