The stay was great , there was butler help us arrange for station pickup and drop off . There was souvenir given to kids. However the front office staff wasn’t that helpful , we couldn’t use T3 to book taxi, the staff did not help us book a taxi, only ask us to flag taxi on the road ourselves . The smart system didn’t respond too well, wanted to open the curtain by voice command but couldn’t work, and the washing basin couldn’t drain water very well , need to use hand to open the drainage to release water.

Beautiful hotel. Grand entrance with chandelier. Easy check in. Warm welcome from staff. Hotel staff Assisted with every request and made the holiday pleasant. Room had beautiful river and city views. Was actually better than the pictures online. Breakfast location: High ceilings and full windows overlooking the city and river. Spacious. Great selection of different cuisines. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

First night we were assigned rooms that are on the lower floor but second night our rooms were on higher floor - Floor 9. Rooms in floor 9 are refurbished and more modern feel . The hotel is a bit distance from Changchun station, about 15 minutes walking distance but it's worth to stay at this place. There's actually buses from Changchun station but I didn't take it. The room and toilet in the room is clean. The water pressure is good to have a good shower! The staff in the hotel are friendly especially the 大姐who are serving the breakfast! You can always see the smiles on their face! The breakfast at the hotel is yummy too! Overall, this is a nice hotel to stay! You will never regret to stay here. Price is affordable and their service is good. Oh ya, not to forget! There's washing machine and dryer here in the hotel and it's free of charge! 😀

The reception service staff was good and helpful especially that lady who works in the day time. She has guided me on the whereabouts within the surrounding of the hotel. She recommended a nearby big mall within walking distance whereby you can find all the local stuffs including a food court at the top of the mall where you can get reasonable good Korean food. Hotel was conveniently surrounded by big shopping mall. Getting food & buying stuffs was relatively easy.

Our stay at Park Kairos was amazing! The staff are very friendly especially the VIP manager’s service. Location of the hotel is also excellent and most importantly, it is well decorated and clean. Enjoyed our stay in the Korean style room. The staff even prepared a fruit platter for a birthday celebration. Highly recommend!

IInvitéThe staff were very kind and we were impressed by their sincere attitude toward the guests. We booked the Gyegok trekking through Trip.com, but as foreigners, we had trouble communicating with the trekking company. The manager helped us, and we had a wonderful time that will remain a pleasant memory. If we have the chance to come to Changbai Mountain again, we would definitely choose this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We are truly grateful for the warm hearts of all the staff. Also, grilling skewers and enjoying a glass of soju in the hotel parking lot was an unforgettable delight.

IInvitéWhat a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families. For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though. I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective. Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building. I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle. But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat. The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient. It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C. There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort. Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol. Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding. We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day. The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around. Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back. We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

Prime marrow bone. 🦴 Reality, however, is a scenic winter obstacle course. The hotel is thoughtfully scattered across three separate buildings — one for check-in and breakfast, another for hot springs, and because suspense is important in life, the Food Plaza lives in yet another building. In winter. On ice. With wind that slaps. Not exactly age-old-dog friendly. I waddled. I shuffled. I negotiated with my knees. At one point I believe my soul lagged behind and had to catch up.
