J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel pendant une nuit. Le sentiment général était très bon. L'attitude du service à la réception était très bonne. Les jeunes hommes et femmes ont été très patients et ont aidé à résoudre le problème. Ils étaient très enthousiastes et le service était attentionné. L'emplacement était bon. C'était juste à côté de la gare, ce qui rendait le voyage très pratique. La chambre était également très propre. J'ai réservé un hôtel en fonction des commentaires et j'ai été très satisfait.

Un excellent hôtel. Propreté impeccable et personnel de réception très agréable. Situé dans une petite ruelle, à seulement 70 m de la route principale, l'hôtel est au calme, à l'abri du bruit de la circulation. La station de métro la plus proche se trouve à environ 250 m. Fortement recommandé.

Le service était très bon. Quand je suis allé dans la chambre pour la première fois, quelqu'un m'y a emmené et m'a confirmé à plusieurs reprises si la chambre était correcte. Ils m'ont également réservé une chambre ensoleillée gratuitement, ce qui a été une agréable surprise ! Les boissons et le café dans le hall sont gratuits. L'hôtel vient d'ouvrir l'année dernière et les installations et la décoration sont très récentes. L'hôtel est très économique et bénéficie d'un bon emplacement. Prendre un taxi n’est pas cher pour aller n’importe où. Dans l’ensemble, ce fut un séjour très satisfaisant. Nous reviendrons certainement ici la prochaine fois que nous viendrons à Dalian.

La chambre était super spacieuse et très calme, parfaite pour se dégager. Le lavabo était follement convenable, et j'étais pompé ils avaient en fait des équipements légitimes d'entraînement aussi ... Toutes les installations ont travaillé très bien et étaient de loin mieux que je ne l'attendais!!!

Service was okay, we could store our luggage when we arrived early. We were given the second floor room and it was right outside the laundry room. Walkable distance to the shopping street which was convenient for us! Easy to call a cab and travel around too. Room cleanliness can be improved as the sofa was a little dirty, floor kinda dirty too.

Room was clean and spacious! Location was central and easy to navigate. The hotel was equipped with Smart AI - ‘Xiaodu’ to control the room settings and robots to send the delivery to our room. The staff was also professional and prompt in their service, their manager was checking in our stay to make sure that we were always comfortable. Recommend!

地理位置很好 就在星海廣場周邊 星海廣場晚上會有熱鬧的市集和各種小吃 從酒店帶着孩子溜達着就過去了很方便 房間很寬敞 本來訂了兩晚 因為服務和位置確實沒得説又續訂了～ 酒店頂樓有一個小型的空中花園 甚至能看到部分噴泉和部分跨海大橋的燈光秀👍對於十一帶娃出行怕擠人羣簡直不要太友好了！！！訂的小黃鴨親子房 孩子非常非常非常喜歡 午覺甚至都是在小帳篷睡的～ 一個大床➕一個寬敞的上下鋪 一家五口出行也不會擠 非常適合大家庭選擇！旁邊就是網紅飯店碰海和海味當家 都是不錯的選擇 樓下還有湯泉 很適合第一次來北方的朋友感受一下東北洗浴的魅力！

PPizilinMa fille souhaitait découvrir les bains traditionnels du Dongbei à Shenyang. J'ai repéré cet hôtel sur internet au premier coup d'œil. Après avoir lu les avis en ligne, j'ai voulu le tester moi-même pour voir s'il était à la hauteur de sa réputation.
**Emplacement :** Rien à redire, c'est le centre-ville de Shenyang, un bâtiment emblématique visible de partout.
On peut prendre l'ascenseur directement du rez-de-chaussée jusqu'au 88e étage. D'après internet, beaucoup de gens se rendent au 88e étage pour y prendre des photos ou le visiter (un lieu prisé). Il y aurait donc un peu de monde. C'était effectivement le cas. À mon arrivée, j'ai constaté que la file d'attente pour le check-in était un peu chaotique, sans signalisation claire. J'ai fait la queue là où il y avait le plus de monde pendant quelques minutes. Le personnel du comptoir a réalisé qu'il y avait trop de monde et a demandé à un homme de maintenir l'ordre. Cet homme, le visage impassible, m'a demandé de changer de file. Je lui ai dit que j'attendais depuis si longtemps et que personne ne m'avait rien dit. Il m'a ignoré ! Cela m'a beaucoup déplu. Une simple explication de sa part aurait suffi.
Le Conrad le plus haut du monde, le meilleur hôtel de Shenyang, et le personnel de la réception vous accueille avec un air renfrogné ? À qui montrez-vous ce visage ? Si je ne cite pas votre nom, c'est par respect pour vous. En portant cet uniforme, vous représentez cet hôtel.
Quand ce fut mon tour, l'employée était très aimable. Elle m'a spécifiquement informée des heures de forte affluence pour le petit-déjeuner et des créneaux plus calmes. C'est un excellent point.
Je suis ensuite descendue dans ma chambre. La chambre était très grande et spacieuse. Rideaux électriques, toilettes intelligentes, porte-serviettes chauffant, salle de bain avec espace sec et humide séparé, snacks de bienvenue et boissons spéciales. Il y avait un petit inconvénient : la climatisation n'était pas assez performante, le rafraîchissement était insuffisant. Et personnellement, j'ai trouvé l'eau minérale un peu ordinaire, même si la quantité était largement suffisante.
Le lendemain, je suis allée prendre le petit-déjeuner. J'avais d'abord craint qu'il y ait trop de monde et qu'il soit difficile de trouver une place. Dans beaucoup d'hôtels cinq étoiles en Chine, les clients doivent se débrouiller pour trouver un siège. Mais le Conrad excelle sur ce point : pendant les deux jours, quelqu'un m'a accompagnée et m'a placé(e) à une table, toujours avec vue sur la fenêtre. Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement Lisa et Amanda. Leur service a balayé mon mécontentement initial. Il y a eu aussi deux incidents notables. Pendant mon repas, une employée rangeait la table d'à côté. En constatant qu'elle vacillait un peu, elle a immédiatement ajusté le pied pour assurer sa stabilité. La deuxième chose, c'est que j'ai vu un client faire tomber un œuf de caille sur la table en se servant. Une employée à proximité a dit que ce n'était pas grave. Je l'ai vue ramasser l'œuf tombé sur la table et le jeter directement. J'ai déjà vu des employés d'autres restaurants remettre en service des aliments ramassés par terre. Cela, ils l'ont fait particulièrement bien. Mon opinion sur le service de restauration a été immédiatement grandement améliorée. Rien que pour cela, et pour le service chaleureux de Lisa et Amanda, je séjournerai à nouveau dans cet hôtel la prochaine fois que je viendrai à Shenyang. Et je recommanderai cet hôtel à mes amis !

CCameo19Great location, across from Zhongshan square and 15 minutes walk to Russia street. The marina is a short 10-15 mini taxi ride. This hotel is like an old style China hotel, it’s kind of grand and is kept in relatively good condition, but it is dated with dark wood furniture and not in keeping with the high expectation of an InterContinental, especially compared with other cities. Also, there is a weird smell in the room, and the breakfast spread is limited, even in the club lounge. Also, there was no acknowledgment of my milestone birthday, which was disappointing. On the positive, the executive room is a nice size, bathroom is huge, shower is powerful, the condition is ok, bed and pillows are comfortable, no coffee machine, but free access to lounge with afternoon tea on both days and happy hour where food is served. The pool is large and up to 1.8m deep. The price is relatively good, so overall it was enjoyable. Thanks also to Grace who gave me a late check out and a magnet. I hope they refurbish the hotel soon, as it could be better, through it ain’t that bad ether.

IInvitéMy recent stay at the Hard Rock Hotel was outstanding! The room was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean – the perfect place to unwind with a great location near the beach. Dining was a highlight: the restaurant, which had a truly vibey atmosphere, made it even better by great live entertainment. I also thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing spa treatment. What truly set this stay apart was the exceptionally helpful management. They made me feel genuinely welcome and went out of their way to ensure all my needs were met. Highly recommend for comfort, fun, and top-notch service.

SSeanchorIl s'agit d'un hôtel-château purement européen rare bénéficiant d'un très bon emplacement, à deux pas de la place Xinghai. C'est très pratique pour manger et voyager, et il y a des voitures spéciales pour vous prendre en charge en haut et en bas de la montagne. La chambre est très grande. La chambre avec vue sur la mer fait face au pont transatlantique et la vue est très choquante. Les installations intérieures sont un peu vieilles, mais globalement correctes. Le service est chaleureux et attentionné. Le hall d'entrée est magnifique et impressionnant. Des spectacles interactifs pour les enfants sont également proposés l'après-midi. Il y a plusieurs ascenseurs dans le hall et il est facile de se perdre. La qualité du petit déjeuner est moyenne, hormis le prix élevé, tout le reste est satisfaisant.

1. The hotel is located right smack in the middle of action. There was a street food next door, with McD, Pizza Hut and KFC all within 05 mins of walking. There was a mall with a Walmart hypermarket at the underground level nearby. It is convenient for those who stayed more than a few nights and needed to provision for work in Dalian.
2. There is a university nearby, plus a hill overlooking the Dalian city which you can conveniently walk/jog up to in the morning/evening.
3, The room is sufficiently well spaced, the bed and pillows are comfy, the lights are decently illuminant, the shower water pressure strong and the temperature hot when you need it ; the room is well decorated, there is enough work space on the table, there is a fridge ; the basin, the toilet bowl, and the shower room are independent of each other. In other words, a well thought out room layout. The lighting control is well calibrated, the central air conditioning is quiet, there is a special pop-out plug points on the table for laptops and phone charging.
4. The breakfast is good, a bit of every kind, mainly Chinese dish but some Western oriented salad style vege/fruits for those who need it. Milk is available (not something to be taken for granted in China as milk is not commonly available)
5. There is a free laundry room for use, the detergent and softener are provided free-of-charge ; iron and iron board is available as well.
6. The hotel service is tightly run by its Manager who ensure the staff are always tending as soon as possible to the customers. A special thanks to reception staff 孙晓辉 for patiently helping out with China-specific app for about 30 mins.

TTokkiiiWe stayed at Atour Hotel Dalian Dongguan Street (大连市政府东关街亚朵酒店) during our first trip to mainland China, and honestly, this place was one of the highlights of our whole visit.
Right at check-in we were kindly upgraded to a suite, and the staff asked if we could leave a review — after staying here, that was an easy and enthusiastic yes.
Where do I even start?
The room was immaculately clean, super quiet, and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was impressive with strong water pressure and top-notch amenities — everything felt fresh and high quality. We had zero issues with housekeeping — everything was always perfect.
The staff were some of the friendliest we’ve met in China. Their English wasn’t perfect, but they tried so hard to help with whatever we needed, always with a smile and patience. That honest effort made a big difference.
Location is another major plus. This hotel is right by Dongguan Street, which means you’re walking distance to tons of restaurants, shops, and attractions. Pavilion Mall is super close too, and the airport is easy to get to — really convenient for arrivals and departures.
One small thing — the subway station is a bit of a walk, but the tram stop is very close, so getting around was still easy.
We didn’t try the breakfast since it wasn’t included, but honestly, everything else was so good that we really don’t even care.
To all travelers — especially Korean and Western visitors who might skip Dalian thinking it’s “not worth it” or don’t see many foreigners here — do yourself a favor and stay here.
This was hands-down one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere.
If we come back to Dalian, we will 100% stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended.

DDeor21J'ai lu des critiques selon lesquelles il existe un service de prise en charge et de dépose gratuit à l'aéroport. J'étais sur un vol de correspondance et j'ai atterri à 23 heures. J'ai appelé pour faire une réservation et c'était en fait après la prise en charge et le retour. Cependant, ma sœur était très fiable et a quand même fait la réservation pour moi.
J'ai été surpris quand on est venu me chercher à l'aéroport. La petite voiture d'affaires était propre, bien rangée et à l'heure. Le chauffeur m'a également aidé avec les bagages.
Il était tard quand nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel. Nous avons eu un surclassement gratuit. La chambre était propre et bien rangée. Le petit déjeuner était assez copieux. Le prix de 100 RMB+ était un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Le service était si bon qu'il a doublé mon prix. impression de Dalian.
Je tiens à féliciter ma sœur de nuit à la réception pour sa patience, son attention et sa fiabilité. Merci de m'avoir aidé à préparer des nouilles piquantes et aigres à trois heures du matin. Je vous souhaite que tout aille de mieux en mieux.
