L'hôtel est à seulement 5 à 10 minutes à pied du terminal de l'aéroport. Vous pouvez obtenir une chambre située à environ 2 minutes à pied de l'ascenseur. Mais les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. En ce qui concerne le bruit, vous pouvez entendre les avions décoller, la réception devrait donner la priorité aux clients ayant réservé et faire la queue pour ceux qui n'en ont pas, j'ai attendu 15 minutes pour qu'ils s'occupent des clients qui n'ont pas pu faire leurs affaires.

Le hall de l'hôtel offre une très belle vue depuis le 26ème étage. Il y a une odeur très fraîche de parfum océanique qui vous frappe le visage, vous donnant la sensation d'un hôtel haut de gamme dès que vous entrez. Les dames et messieurs dans le hall étaient très enthousiastes, prenant l'initiative de se renseigner et de pousser mes bagages. À mon arrivée, ils m'ont même dit que j'avais été surclassé dans une chambre de luxe. chambre avec vue, ce qui était une très bonne surprise ! Depuis la fenêtre de la pièce, vous pouvez voir la montagne Yantai, Moon Bay, la rue Chaoyang et la ville en un coup d'œil. Il est fortement recommandé aux amis qui voyagent à Yantai pour la première fois de choisir cet endroit. et peut être atteint à pied. J'ai hésité à réserver un hôtel Hilton auparavant, mais l'emplacement n'était pas pratique, alors j'ai finalement choisi Pullman, ça valait le coup !

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été absolument fantastique ! Je tiens à souligner le service exceptionnel de Ginny à la réception. Son sourire chaleureux lors de l'enregistrement et sa proactivité à anticiper mes besoins m'ont fait sentir le bienvenu dès le premier instant.
Une fois dans la chambre, j'ai trouvé l'air un peu lourd et j'ai voulu ouvrir la fenêtre pour aérer, mais elle était difficile à manipuler. J'ai contacté la réception pour expliquer la situation et, à ma grande surprise, Ginny a réagi immédiatement. Elle a rapidement coordonné l'intervention des services techniques et a assuré un suivi constant jusqu'à ce que le problème soit entièrement résolu. Sa patience et son enthousiasme tout au long du processus étaient remarquables, et j'ai vraiment ressenti qu'elle se souciait sincèrement de mon confort.
Ce type de service attentif et proactif est vraiment rassurant. Si tous les employés d'hôtel pouvaient être aussi dévoués que Ginny, l'expérience client serait grandement améliorée. Je choisirai sans aucun doute cet hôtel lors de ma prochaine visite et je le recommande vivement à tout le monde ! 👍

在聊城參加考試，就選擇了考點附近的這個酒店。交通很便利，步行十分鐘就能走到考點。考試過程也挺順利的，居住體驗不錯，服務人員的態度也很好。當時訂這個酒店的很多人都是考試的，現在考試結束了，回想一下還是挺有意義的。如果在三中，考試的話，這個酒店的距離很近，性價比高，推薦。

Bon emplacement, bon service, mais malheureusement, j'ai eu un problème avec l'eau de l'hôtel pendant mon séjour. Après l'avoir signalé au personnel, le problème a été rapidement résolu. Hormis la douche froide du matin, mon séjour s'est bien passé. Le buffet de l'hôtel est bien approvisionné et propose une variété de plats orientaux et occidentaux.

Stayed with an infant, specifically booked a non smoking room and despite confirming it at the front desk upon check in, we were given a smoking room. Apparently they're all the same except that it's cleaned before hand, strong smells still linger. The shower drain was partially blocked, water overflowed meaning unable to take a proper shower. AC was not the strongest as it couldn't cool the room to our desired temperature.
Otherwise clean and convenient location near the train station.

11331188****L'hôtel est idéalement situé, idéal pour visiter les attractions de Jinan. Les chambres sont très propres, dignes de leur classement cinq étoiles de longue date. Le service était encore meilleur, notamment celui de la responsable des relations clients, EIsa He Mengyao, qui s'est montrée très serviable. Elle a réservé une chambre à l'avance, nous a informés de la situation de l'hôtel, nous a donné des indications et nous a même fait revenir. Elle a toujours été attentionnée. Merci beaucoup. Je séjournerai certainement dans cet hôtel lors de mon prochain séjour à Jinan.

IInvité房間設施 : 雖然開業已久，但保養還不錯。浴室玻璃房居然沒看到水漬，膠條也沒發黴，倒是出乎意料。有個桌子特別好，吃飯娛樂很方便。酒店有配備洗手液，經過疫情事件，大家都習慣了回家洗手，有個洗手液真是貼心，酒店想的很周到。
早餐：出乎意料，不愧是老牌五星，早餐是按照正兒八經的五星標準出，手工鮁魚水餃超美味！
wifi：網絡很順暢，不卡頓。
床：床品舒服，床墊睡着很舒適。
位置: 地理位置優越，離金海灣棧橋很近。
停車：免費停車，停車位足夠。
服務：辦理入住流程順暢，服務耐心貼心，細節做的很到位，是一次很安心的入住，推薦大家選擇。因為此次是家庭旅遊，我們到房間的時候，服務人員已經在門口等候，給我們送來了第三份洗漱用品和拖鞋了。給一個大大的贊！

The first room we were checked-in had a broken window that couldn’t be opened and the reception didn’t know about it, although the window was closed with a tape and they should have known that this room had a problem. There were not many guests in the hotel and plenty of rooms to be offered.
In the next room we found out that the show was out of hot water. The problem was with the central supply system and instead of repairing it themselves, the hotel engineer was coming to our room claiming that we should discharge water for 5-10 minutes before hot water starts coming out. This kept going for almost an hour, we were tired and wanted to sleep because it was late evening. The problem didn’t require our assistance because the problem was with the whole hot water supply system, not with our exact room.
Also, they brought us a small heater to the room which I was surprised about, but then I understood that it was because the air-conditioner which had a heater mode, didn’t work well. I doubt that the hotel would have enough heaters for all rooms in case they had more guests. Without the heater it was quite cold in the room.
Next morning the house keeper came at 9-30 am!!!Which is insane. We were sleeping. I’ve never encountered a hotel at which the house keeper came that early and disturbed the guests.
Finally when leaving the hotel, we wanted to take those one-time use sleepers with us to use during the flight and found out to our surprise, that for 4 days we were living in the hotel sleepers were not changed even once. I called the reception, it was early morning (like 6-30 am) and they told me that the house keeper will bring us the sleepers when she comes to work. I told that we were leaving already and the reception promised to bring the sleepers asap. 10 minutes later nobody came and we went to check-out. At the check-out I asked for the sleepers again and told the receptionist that the taxi has almost arrived, so that she could bring us the sleepers first and then proceed with the check-out. She didn’t listen to me, still first processed the check-out and only after it went for the sleepers. So it basically took me half an hour and my nerves to get the sleepers that were supposed to be in my room from the very beginning.
The general manager talked to us after the case with the hot water and the house keeper coming early in the morning. He was very polite, but this doesn’t eliminate the fact that basic services in this hotel leave much to be desired.
On the plus side, very comfortable beds and clean spacious room.

XXiaobaibaibai－感謝朵蘭達LAB酒店（煙台金沙灘海水浴場店），當時到酒店比較晚已經晚上八九點了，酒店小姐姐幫忙升級了房間。酒店環境特別好，插卡後房間燈自動亮起，窗簾也是全自動的。
房間真的巨好，有浴袍，空間大，這幾天海風比較冷，但酒店裡很暖和！比之前在威海訂的酒店好很多，那家冷冷的，這裏一對比就超級好，還可以投屏看電視開心開心。yu
酒店人員非常非常好，入住後去外面吃燒烤，回酒店後過了一會就鬧肚子胳膊起紅疹。於是半夜凌晨一點多點外賣熱水袋，前台姐姐和外賣員幫忙給熱水袋灌熱水。後面因為起紅疹很害怕不敢睡，凌晨兩點左右，攜程網上的朵蘭達在線客服也有酒店人員回覆讓人真的很心安！
8號早上有酒店贈送的早餐很好吃😋，酒店餐廳的阿姨和前台的小姐姐幫忙介紹了附近的業達醫院。本來下午就要坐高鐵回北京來不及去醫院看病了，但酒店前台姐姐在預約已滿的情況下告訴我抓緊去線下掛急診，這才在前台兩個姐姐和醫務人員的幫助下加號看了病（本人從小到大第一次過敏起紅疹真的很害怕來着！）。
總之超級好，感謝🥹！

According to Trip.com’s grading system, The Madison Hotel is listed as a Trip Plus 4-star hotel, but based on our recent stay, we believe it falls short of that rating. While we had a mostly pleasant experience, there were noticeable issues that prevent us from agreeing with the 4-star classification.
The Positives
- Check-in & Staff: The reception team was friendly, and one staff member could communicate a little in English, which was helpful.
- Room Comfort: Our room was spacious and nicely decorated, with a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well and allowed individual adjustment.
- Amenities: We appreciated the complimentary bottled waters and two soft drinks restocked daily in the fridge.
- Location: The hotel is conveniently located inside Wanda Mall, making shopping and dining easily accessible.
The Negatives (Why It’s Not 4-Star)
- Cleanliness Issues: The room wasn’t cleaned to a 4-star (or even 3-star) standard. We found nail clippings on the bedside mat, indicating poor vacuuming.
- Shower Water Pressure: The water pressure in the shower was quite low, which was inconvenient.
- Breakfast Limitations: While the Asian food options were good, there were very few Western choices. Additionally, the Western cutlery felt sticky and wasn’t properly cleaned.
- Staff Sleeping at Reception: On our second morning, when we tried to check out early, the reception staff were asleep on the couches. We understand they may have been exhausted, but this is unprofessional for a 4-star hotel.
Final Verdict
The Madison Hotel is a decent option, but we’d rate it as a solid 3-star hotel, not 4-star. If you prioritize location and comfort over luxury service and cleanliness, it’s a reasonable choice. However, management should address housekeeping and staff training to meet higher standards.
Would we stay again? Possibly, but with adjusted expectations.
