Un hôtel absolument excellent ! La vue, l'environnement, les installations et le service, tout est de première classe. Ce qui m'a le plus impressionné, c'est le service. L'hôtel était bondé, mais tout était impeccablement organisé, de la réservation d'une table au restaurant à l'emprunt de vélos, en passant par l'aide pour trouver une table au petit-déjeuner et la gestion des zones de piscine et de plage, sans oublier le centre de fitness et d'activités. Tout était parfait. Le personnel est incroyablement aimable, chaleureux et attentionné. J'ai séjourné dans des centaines d'hôtels à travers le monde, et celui-ci est particulièrement satisfaisant. J'avais réservé pour 5 nuits et j'ai eu l'impression que ce n'était pas assez !

The overall trip was enjoyable, but the hotel definitely needs renovation. The bar felt uninviting—very dark, with only a few tables and no good music, which made the atmosphere quite disappointing. They also charge 200 NTD per person each time to use the sauna, which seems unreasonable. As a hotel guest, I would expect amenities like this to be included. If I have to pay extra for basic facilities, it defeats the purpose of staying at the hotel. Overall, the experience with these aspects was quite frustrating and felt unnecessary.

J'y ai passé trois nuits et, dans l'ensemble, c'était bien. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, juste au-dessus de la gare de Wanhua. Depuis l'aéroport de Taoyuan, il faut compter 50 minutes de métro jusqu'à la gare centrale de Taipei, puis une correspondance avec la compagnie ferroviaire taïwanaise jusqu'à la gare de Wanhua, ou bien deux arrêts de métro jusqu'à la station Longshan Temple, puis une courte marche. Même les jours de pluie, je n'ai pas été mouillé. L'hôtel disposait de toutes les commodités et la nourriture était bonne. Le seul bémol était le temps d'attente souvent long pour les ascenseurs.

La chambre était incroyable - immense et propre ! J'ai apprécié l'espace, les toilettes automatiques avec bidet, les gels douche de Crabtree, les serviettes en nombre suffisant, la balance, la table, la chaise et le canapé. Les chambres ne sont pas vraiment insonorisées, on pouvait entendre les bruits des autres chambres mais c'était quand même tolérable. Service - la réception était super serviable, sympathique, joyeuse. J'ai vraiment senti que leur service était sincère et excellent !! Ils ont donné de bonnes recommandations pour le petit-déjeuner, m'ont aidé à appeler pour vérifier si les restaurants avaient la nourriture que je cherchais, m'ont aidé à réserver un transfert à l'aéroport. Le service au petit-déjeuner était également excellent ! Petit-déjeuner - très digne d'Instagram !!! J'ai apprécié le choix de boissons, les plats principaux étaient corrects, les pains étaient vraiment délicieux. J'attendais avec impatience le petit-déjeuner tous les jours Salle de sport - était équipée d'eau et de serviettes et même d'une salle de bain. Très impressionné. Le seul inconvénient est l'emplacement. C'est assez proche du quartier de Zhongshan, mais marcher dans la chaleur estivale jusqu'à la gare n'est pas une blague. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de nourriture délicieuse dans les environs. Mais Uber est relativement abordable, donc si vous acceptez de vous déplacer en Uber ou de marcher un peu jusqu'à la gare, c'est tout à fait parfait.

À mon arrivée, j'ai seulement présenté l'emplacement du restaurant et je n'ai rien expliqué d'autre. Lorsque j'ai voulu ajouter le petit-déjeuner, il m'a été indiqué que c'était 498 yuans de 6h30 à 8h30, et que c'était 598 yuans pour vérifier. après 8h30. Il n'y avait aucune explication selon laquelle il s'agissait d'en acheter un, d'en obtenir un gratuitement. J'ai dit que je voulais 6h30, je suis allé manger et j'étais toujours hébété, je devais me rattraper plus tard. pour acheter un coupon repas de 498 avant d'agir. C'était très peu professionnel et avait une mauvaise attitude. C'était un hôtel 5 étoiles avec un service 1 étoile. Il n'y avait pas de fruits de bienvenue dans la chambre et les lumières étaient faibles. pas de toilettes à chasse d'eau et il faut mettre des pièces pour laver ses vêtements. Le vieil hôtel a une enseigne 5 étoiles et a besoin d'être rénové Le petit déjeuner est très ordinaire et ne vaut pas son prix. proche du marché nocturne, et dispose d'un parking...

It was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience! This hotel really checked all the boxes for a comfortable and family-friendly getaway. The highlight for us was the tatami-style bed in the room. It’s low to the ground, which made it absolutely perfect for our toddler and 1-year-old. We didn’t have to worry about them rolling off the bed, and it even doubled as a safe, spacious play area during the day. The kids loved crawling and jumping around, and we parents could relax knowing they were safe. The private hot spring in our room was the best part of the stay. After a long day of traveling and exploring, being able to soak in the hot spring was exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding while the kids napped or played. Orient Luxury Hotel in Jiaoxi is a fantastic choice for families, especially those with young kids. The tatami-style beds, private hot spring, and thoughtful service made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly hotel in Yilan, this is definitely a great option. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back for another visit! The grandparents especially loved it—it was so convenient for them to enjoy the hot spring without having to leave the room. It really helped us recharge for the next day! The breakfast buffet was great! There was a good mix of Western and local ********* dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. The kids enjoyed the pancakes and fruit, while the grandparents appreciated the traditional congee and hot tea.

Excellent and very friendly service throughout my entire stay from doorman to concierge to front desk to housekeeping to restaurant to gym. Great location next to Shandao temple MRT and within walking distance to Taipei station, nice restaurants, cafes and the famed Fuhang soy milk. I also enjoyed the excellent lunch buffer at the hotel restaurant Kitchen 12 at incredibly reasonable price. But please note that Marriott Bonvoy platinum elite or higher tier members do not receive the usual executive lounge access or free breakfast if you book via Trip.com (you need to book directly with Marriott to enjoy the benefits).

The Room: The room itself was a highlight. It was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The best feature was the large window that faced the train station, with a stunning backdrop of the mountains. It was incredibly scenic and made the room feel bright and open. While the room was comfortable, I did notice that the overall design and some of the furniture felt a bit dated. It's clean and functional, but don't expect a super modern aesthetic. Amenities & Service: This is where the experience was a bit uneven. The gym was quite disappointing. It only had a stationary bicycle and a treadmill. There were no weights, no multi-gym, nothing for anyone hoping for even a basic strength workout. It felt more like an afterthought than a proper facility. On the other hand, the service had some truly thoughtful highlights. When we asked for ice, the hotel staff kindly delivered some to our room, which was a nice touch. The Special Touch: The most memorable part of the stay was a small, heartwarming gesture. The hotel provided us with complimentary postcards. The unique part? They offered to mail them for us, but not right away. They will send them exactly one year later. It's a lovely idea—a little time capsule from your trip that arrives as a surprise in the future. Overall: Hotelday Hualien offers spacious, comfortable rooms with beautiful mountain views, and its proximity to the train station is a plus for travelers.
