Very nice hotel with spacious and nice rooms. The breakfast was awesome with many hot and cold options. The hotel is in a safe area, it’s just a bit outside of visiting areas, but with taxis and Ubers it’s not an issue. And the shuttle service to/from the airport is a real + The staff were lovely too. Recommend the place

Our experience was really disappointing, I paid in this platform the full price including taxes and the receptionist charged a double taxes saying was not hee Douro and hotel’s fault just law, here I’ll be adding the capture I took when I bought my service here and it said including taxes, she was so rude and also blaming me for don’t “understand”, read good , don’t understand I had to know they will be charging it , so unprofessional and gross with a client, I’ve been travelling for more than 10 years so try this platform and never had a bad experience till now, I recommend the hotel change their administrative staff they are not the people to treat with other humans. But I have to say the service staff I mean maids and the people in charge of breakfast were awesome, they would fix better in the reception they are so polite and clean, they k it how to respect other people. Gym is so basic but useful, breakfast so delicious, the fudge in the room was broken and no useful and nobody did nothing… last thing they referred my sisters iD, promised to deliver in the room and never did it so we had to go to claim it, this details from the receptionist, that rude woman and the unuseful manager too who said would be reviewing the reservation and who also said we have to claim to the website trip because was trip fault

Hôtel du centre-ville établi de longue date (à ne pas confondre avec son homonyme l'hôtel Tequendama, situé à un pâté de maisons). L'emplacement est pratique pour accéder aux transports en commun et à l'aéroport - même si cela peut au début sembler un peu intimidant, surtout la nuit, lorsque le quartier est beaucoup plus calme et qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup d'options pour se restaurer. L'hôtel lui-même propose des chambres spacieuses de style suite qui, bien qu'un peu datées, sont bien entretenues et très propres. Je n'ai pas non plus entendu de bruit de la part des autres clients. Le WiFi était un peu irrégulier et l'eau chaude pouvait prendre un certain temps à fonctionner (peut-être parce que j'étais à un étage supérieur). Le petit-déjeuner était copieux avec un certain nombre de plats locaux, qui pour moi étaient un peu lourds - donc peut-être que des options plus légères pourraient être envisagées. Je n'ai pas utilisé la salle de sport ni le spa, donc je ne peux pas commenter. Enfin, tout le personnel avec lequel j'ai eu des contacts était très accessible et professionnel. Je communiquais généralement en espagnol, mais je pense que le personnel de la réception avait au moins des compétences en anglais. Dans l'ensemble, je considère que l'hôtel offrait un bon rapport qualité-prix pour le prix que j'ai payé (environ 43 £ par nuit)

The hotel give the bare minimum of a regular hotel, which is just the room, room service and breakfast The room itself is fine, pretty comfortable, good place to work on the laptop, but doesn’t have basic amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste nor slippers, and doesn’t refill the shower cap every time room service cleans up, and they don’t refill the bottle of water like in others hotels And the breakfast was adequate at best, sometimes the food is too dry, the only thing I can actually call fresh is the bread, waffles, fruits, juice and hot beverages Lunch was ok, though the pizza I order was too salty, its seems that the only good where the more expensive meal which in hindsight makes sense, but neglecting the lease expensive makes it redundant adding it in the menu in the first place, makes it feel like they’re not sincere with people paying them for the food The staff was nice, the cleaning lady were very polite, and the people from the front desk and staff were very helpful and polite too But I definitely didn’t expect this from a hotel such Hilton, I definitely expected better

Dans la région des riches, dans le bâtiment de bureau, il y a des plats japonais, des plats mexicains, des plats locaux du Sud-Amérique, très pratique, le service est gentil et attentif. Recommandé.

Quel service merveilleux , vous partez bientôt de l' aéroport et trouverez le lieu où la camionnette vous ramènera à l' hôtel jusqu'à ce qu' ils vous ramenent à l' aéroport , tout le personnel est le meilleur , de 1 à 10 je leur donne 10 , gardez le bon travail , Les chambres sont propres, petit déjeuner buffet excellent, certainement la prochaine fois que je vole à Bogota , c'est le lieu que je choisirai, fortement recommandé 100% satisfait

Super endroit où séjourner. Cependant, il y a eu quelques problèmes lors de l'enregistrement. Ils n'avaient pas ma réservation, mais j'ai finalement obtenu une chambre après quelques échanges. Le mot de passe du Wi-Fi devrait être affiché dans les chambres. Je ne l'ai pas demandé pour ne pas surcharger le personnel, qui était vraiment très aimable. J'espère que ces problèmes seront bientôt résolus.

The Habitel Hotel is conveniently situated close to the airport, with a reliable shuttle service that adds to its appeal. The hotel comprises two sections, ‘Prime’ and ‘Select,’ with the ‘Prime’ offering slightly superior accommodations. My stay was generally satisfactory; however, the A/C in my room was broken, making it uncomfortably cold. After multiple visits to reception, the staff kindly provided a heater. This issue should ideally be addressed before guest check-ins. It appears the hotel is undergoing construction on the 1st floor, which was where my room was located, resulting in some noise. Despite these inconveniences, the delicious breakfast made up for everything! I highly recommend the Caldo de Costilla. Based on the food alone, I would definitely consider staying here again.

Comparé aux autres hôtels du même prix à proximité, cet hôtel offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix ! L’ascenseur émet parfois un léger bruit, il est donc préférable de choisir une chambre éloignée de l’ascenseur.
