C'est très bien. Il faut aller au sauna au premier étage pour découvrir les coutumes exotiques et les différentes cultures.

The highlight of our stay at Bad Hotel Überlingen was definitely the spa area. It felt very new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The sauna resting area, in particular, stood out—it connects directly to a garden, and from there you have a beautiful view over Lake Constance. Stepping outside for fresh air between sauna sessions, with that view in front of you, was genuinely relaxing. The gym, on the other hand, felt a bit disappointing. It’s quite small, and strangely, there were no weights available. It seemed like all the equipment was locked away in a physio or personal training room, which made the space feel incomplete for anyone wanting a proper workout. Breakfast was a much more positive experience. The selection was excellent, easily better than what I’ve come across in most German hotels. Everything was well presented, and the refilling was always timely, so nothing ever felt empty or neglected. That said, the service was a little inconsistent. One staff member—a dark hair runner in the restaurant—handled a small issue with a pepper grinder poorly, initially dismissing the concern instead of checking it. Thankfully, another server stepped in quickly and resolved the situation before it escalated further. Parking is available either at the hotel or at the car park across the street, both at €17 per day, which is straightforward but something to factor in. What really ties everything together is the location. The surroundings are beautiful—the lakefront promenade is just there, perfect for a walk, and there’s a nearby park with a charming tower that adds to the scenery. The Bodensee-Therme Überlingen is also just around the corner, making it easy to extend that spa-like feeling beyond the hotel itself. In the end, Bad Hotel Überlingen is a place where the setting and spa experience really shine, even if a few details—like the gym setup and some service moments—don’t quite match the overall potential. This is one of the very few hotel I would love to stay over again.

The most perfect hotel for a 2 night trip to Baden-Baden. A super cool hotel in a brilliant location near to the thermal baths, shops and restaurants, parks and bus stops to the airport and Merkur (amongst other must visit attractions). I cannot fault this hotel at all and we were blown away by how great it was. Every detail was considered and executed perfectly. I was expecting a budget experience from the incredible price paid but there is nothing budget about it at all! Our room was spotless, the perfect size and very comfortable. Super comfy beds with heavy down duvet and 2 different sized pillows for each person. Soft fresh towels and good quality toiletries in the bathroom. Perfect well considered lighting throughout the room. Ample storage and hangers. Clothes steamer, hairdryer, kettle, safe and coffee machine in the room. Good power shower with 3 settings. We had a roadside room and experienced no noise at all. Check in and check out (which isn’t until 12noon which was so handy!) was super easy and quick and the hotel accommodated us a little early which was very kind. Super cool lounge area with a vending machine to access drinks and snacks. We didn’t use this service (as we didn’t find out until our last day) but the hotel reception is able to hire plug adapters if you need and had umbrellas and bathing bags should you want it to visit the spas. The gym was accessible 24 hours but again we didn’t use. We did use the luggage storage room which is secure and free which is perfect! I cannot recommend Tribe enough!!

En termes d'équipements de base, l'hôtel est bien équipé pour répondre aux besoins des voyageurs. La literie est douce et confortable, la climatisation et l'eau chaude fonctionnent parfaitement, et les tables, chaises, la télévision et le Wi-Fi sont tous fonctionnels. L'agencement des chambres est compact mais spacieux, idéal pour les courts séjours d'affaires ou de loisirs. Par rapport aux années précédentes, le niveau général s'est nettement amélioré. La propreté est également irréprochable. Les draps sont changés rapidement, les bureaux et les sols sont nettoyés, et la salle de bain est impeccablement propre, sans laisser de traces d'insalubrité, pour un séjour rassurant. La plupart des membres du personnel que j'ai rencontrés étaient très polis, et les formalités d'arrivée et de départ se sont déroulées sans problème. Les quelques petits soucis signalés à la réception ont été réglés rapidement.

C'est le meilleur appartement dans lequel j'ai séjourné (le meilleur en 18 ans de voyages indépendants à l'étranger). Ma première réaction en emménageant a été : « Une nuit, c'est trop peu. » Il a tout ce dont j'ai besoin. Il est pratiquement neuf et bien agencé. Il y avait même une place de parking juste devant chez moi, et il est tout près du musée Mercedes-Benz. Je le recommande vivement. Après mon séjour, j'ai immédiatement consulté le site web du groupe pour voir ce qui se passait dans d'autres villes.

Un hôtel absolument parfait ! Spacieux et lumineux, avec un design superbe. Il comprend deux chambres, une intérieure et une extérieure, et le canapé-lit de la chambre extérieure est incroyablement confortable et d'excellente qualité. La vue depuis la fenêtre donne sur la rue, et le son des cloches de l'église porté par la brise crée une atmosphère sereine et paisible… Un style que mes enfants et moi avons absolument adoré ! Les boissons et les en-cas en chambre étaient copieux et inclus dans le prix. Le règlement des frais de service peut se faire par carte ou en espèces, ce qui est très pratique. La bonde du lavabo de la salle de bain était cassée, nous avons donc appelé le service client. Dès que la porte s'est ouverte, un jeune homme charmant de la réception est venu la réparer. Sans un mot, il a ôté sa veste et l'a réparée en un clin d'œil. Cette capacité à faire plusieurs choses à la fois n'est pas propre à la Chine ; mon enfant a dit qu'attendre un réparateur pouvait être interminable…

The hotel itself was comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the other staff members I encountered during my stay were friendly and helpful. However, my check-in experience was extremely disappointing. I booked a Deluxe Room for 2 adults and 1 child through Trip.com. The booking clearly showed 2 adults, 1 child, and I had also submitted a special request asking for the sofa bed to be prepared before arrival. At check-in, the receptionist informed me that the sofa bed had not been prepared because the reservation allegedly showed only 2 adults. When I showed my booking confirmation, which clearly stated 2 adults and 1 child, she insisted that the hotel had not received such information. I understand that communication issues between the hotel and booking platform can happen. However, what disappointed me most was the receptionist’s attitude. There was no apology, no effort to assist, and no willingness to find a solution. Basic information such as the breakfast location and hotel facilities was only provided when I specifically asked. When I requested her name in order to provide feedback, she refused and replied, “I do not need to tell you.” This review is not about the sofa bed itself, but about the unprofessional and unfriendly service I received during check-in. Fortunately, the rest of my stay and interactions with other staff members were much more pleasant.

Avantages - Hôtel génial dans un emplacement central. Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'au centre-ville. Très proche du tram U6 qui va directement à l'aéroport. Restez dans la chambre 520 pendant des nuits. La pièce était spacieuse avec des lumières vives. Le lit était grand et confortable. Le personnel est jeune et énergique. Inconvénients : le petit-déjeuner manque de variétés. Envoyer un message au personnel via la tablette/iPad fourni dans la salle mais pas de réponse. Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas.

Wir waren jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal hier und sind wieder rundum begeistert. Das Hotel überzeugt mit einem modernen und sehr schönen Spa-Bereich, einem hervorragenden Service sowie einem tollen Ambiente. Auch die Lage ist perfekt. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder!

La chambre est moyenne, les installations de l'hôtel sont assez bonnes, il y a un sauna et une piscine, mais il faut payer un supplément.
