C'est très bien. Il faut aller au sauna au premier étage pour découvrir les coutumes exotiques et les différentes cultures.

The highlight of our stay at Bad Hotel Überlingen was definitely the spa area. It felt very new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The sauna resting area, in particular, stood out—it connects directly to a garden, and from there you have a beautiful view over Lake Constance. Stepping outside for fresh air between sauna sessions, with that view in front of you, was genuinely relaxing. The gym, on the other hand, felt a bit disappointing. It’s quite small, and strangely, there were no weights available. It seemed like all the equipment was locked away in a physio or personal training room, which made the space feel incomplete for anyone wanting a proper workout. Breakfast was a much more positive experience. The selection was excellent, easily better than what I’ve come across in most German hotels. Everything was well presented, and the refilling was always timely, so nothing ever felt empty or neglected. That said, the service was a little inconsistent. One staff member—a dark hair runner in the restaurant—handled a small issue with a pepper grinder poorly, initially dismissing the concern instead of checking it. Thankfully, another server stepped in quickly and resolved the situation before it escalated further. Parking is available either at the hotel or at the car park across the street, both at €17 per day, which is straightforward but something to factor in. What really ties everything together is the location. The surroundings are beautiful—the lakefront promenade is just there, perfect for a walk, and there’s a nearby park with a charming tower that adds to the scenery. The Bodensee-Therme Überlingen is also just around the corner, making it easy to extend that spa-like feeling beyond the hotel itself. In the end, Bad Hotel Überlingen is a place where the setting and spa experience really shine, even if a few details—like the gym setup and some service moments—don’t quite match the overall potential. This is one of the very few hotel I would love to stay over again.

The most perfect hotel for a 2 night trip to Baden-Baden. A super cool hotel in a brilliant location near to the thermal baths, shops and restaurants, parks and bus stops to the airport and Merkur (amongst other must visit attractions). I cannot fault this hotel at all and we were blown away by how great it was. Every detail was considered and executed perfectly. I was expecting a budget experience from the incredible price paid but there is nothing budget about it at all! Our room was spotless, the perfect size and very comfortable. Super comfy beds with heavy down duvet and 2 different sized pillows for each person. Soft fresh towels and good quality toiletries in the bathroom. Perfect well considered lighting throughout the room. Ample storage and hangers. Clothes steamer, hairdryer, kettle, safe and coffee machine in the room. Good power shower with 3 settings. We had a roadside room and experienced no noise at all. Check in and check out (which isn’t until 12noon which was so handy!) was super easy and quick and the hotel accommodated us a little early which was very kind. Super cool lounge area with a vending machine to access drinks and snacks. We didn’t use this service (as we didn’t find out until our last day) but the hotel reception is able to hire plug adapters if you need and had umbrellas and bathing bags should you want it to visit the spas. The gym was accessible 24 hours but again we didn’t use. We did use the luggage storage room which is secure and free which is perfect! I cannot recommend Tribe enough!!

En termes d'équipements de base, l'hôtel est bien équipé pour répondre aux besoins des voyageurs. La literie est douce et confortable, la climatisation et l'eau chaude fonctionnent parfaitement, et les tables, chaises, la télévision et le Wi-Fi sont tous fonctionnels. L'agencement des chambres est compact mais spacieux, idéal pour les courts séjours d'affaires ou de loisirs. Par rapport aux années précédentes, le niveau général s'est nettement amélioré. La propreté est également irréprochable. Les draps sont changés rapidement, les bureaux et les sols sont nettoyés, et la salle de bain est impeccablement propre, sans laisser de traces d'insalubrité, pour un séjour rassurant. La plupart des membres du personnel que j'ai rencontrés étaient très polis, et les formalités d'arrivée et de départ se sont déroulées sans problème. Les quelques petits soucis signalés à la réception ont été réglés rapidement.

Comme il s'agissait d'un établissement récemment ouvert, tout était impeccable et agréable. La chambre était équipée d'un micro-ondes et de tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, ce qui était pratique. La table ronde était parfaite pour les réunions de famille, les repas et les discussions sur nos projets de voyage. Le café était également offert, ce que nous avons apprécié chaque matin. Cependant, le quartier était encore en travaux, il n'y avait donc pas de supermarché à proximité. L'emplacement semblait un peu difficile d'accès par les transports en commun (U-Bahn).

J'ai été un peu déçu par l'hôtel pour cette gamme de prix. Les chambres étaient fonctionnelles, mais il aurait fallu plus d'articles de toilette. La chambre était assez petite, malgré un grand livre. Il faisait beaucoup trop froid dans tout l'hôtel. La climatisation ne pouvait malheureusement que rafraîchir la chambre, et non la chauffer, à la demande, car il faisait vraiment froid. La salle à manger et le bar étaient également beaucoup trop froids. Comme je l'ai dit, je m'attendais à plus de confort pour une nuit aussi chère. Le petit-déjeuner était correct.

The hotel itself was comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the other staff members I encountered during my stay were friendly and helpful. However, my check-in experience was extremely disappointing. I booked a Deluxe Room for 2 adults and 1 child through Trip.com. The booking clearly showed 2 adults, 1 child, and I had also submitted a special request asking for the sofa bed to be prepared before arrival. At check-in, the receptionist informed me that the sofa bed had not been prepared because the reservation allegedly showed only 2 adults. When I showed my booking confirmation, which clearly stated 2 adults and 1 child, she insisted that the hotel had not received such information. I understand that communication issues between the hotel and booking platform can happen. However, what disappointed me most was the receptionist’s attitude. There was no apology, no effort to assist, and no willingness to find a solution. Basic information such as the breakfast location and hotel facilities was only provided when I specifically asked. When I requested her name in order to provide feedback, she refused and replied, “I do not need to tell you.” This review is not about the sofa bed itself, but about the unprofessional and unfriendly service I received during check-in. Fortunately, the rest of my stay and interactions with other staff members were much more pleasant.

Quand vous entrez dans l'hôtel, il y a une odeur si agréable, l'environnement était également très bon😍. La chambre…. très propre et tout le personnel est sympathique. Mais ce qui me manquait dans la pièce, c'était un chausse-pied😅. Mais sinon, comme je l'ai dit, tout était très bien.🤗🤭

La chambre 326 était glaciale à mon arrivée. Le chauffage était déjà au maximum et impossible à augmenter. À la réception, on m'a indiqué que si la température ne baissait pas, je pouvais demander un chauffage d'appoint. Il faisait encore froid après le dîner, mais je ne souhaitais pas utiliser un radiateur d'appoint à une heure aussi tardive. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner, avec son café à la machine, est indigne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles, et le reste est médiocre et hors de prix.

La chambre est moyenne, les installations de l'hôtel sont assez bonnes, il y a un sauna et une piscine, mais il faut payer un supplément.
