The hotel was really lovely. Most of the time we were greeted with friendliness. It was very clean and tidy. We changed our room from a twin to a double and there were no issues with that. I was disappointed that the spa leisure facilities were closed as it was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Some of the decor is a bit dated but there are some lovely period features that enhance the hotels ambiance. A very good location for anyone arriving into Liverpool Lime Street.

Great location for shopping restaurants and local amenities and near to travel networks great bar and restaurant on site too friendly staff and good facilities my wife likes to walk down lord street and shop plus a large selection of small coffee shops to have a rest

The village Hotel in bromborough was massive, great staff and very clean. The bedroom we had was massive and had 2 double beds. Great sized bathroom.. we would definitely stay again

La location est juste devant l'aéroport de Liverpool, il est très confortable pour les passagers de vol et bien sûr le transport public au centre-ville est facile à accès. La chambre est propre, mais le lit/la couvercle peut être plus propre, le check-in/check-out est rapide, le personnel est agréable.

When we arrived, we noticed we had been given a far inferior room than we've ever had before. The view was terrible. There was no fridge which we have always had before and the room looked 'tired'...in need of TLC. I went to reception to tell them I was not happy. Anyway they did sort it. Gave us another room with a better view and the young girl on reception brought us an old, but working mini fridge.. so it worked out OK in the end ( I need a fridge to put some of my medication in.) Another lady on the desk was very curt when I said there was no fridge and stated....not all rooms automatically have a fridge in them. Sorry but I thought they did. Whoever makes loose leaf tea in the restaurant needs to learn it is 1 tsp of tea per person and 1 for the pot. In this case 3tsp of tea and not half a teapot full. I kid you not. See pic below. We got a refund for some of the tea, but nit for the cream tea my friend had. My friend had ordered a cream tea and me, just a tea. Yet they brought a pot of tea for 2, which is the wrong etiquette for an order like this. Hence we only got 2 cups out of it, because of the amount of loose tea in there. I think I have been spoiled by the superior standard of the rooms, when we have stayed before....I just presumed all their rooms would be like this

L'emplacement est parfait, en plein centre. Nous étions au 6e étage et, même la nuit, nous n'entendions aucun bruit. J'ai très bien dormi !

The service was excellent, the breakfast was plentiful, and the room was clean. The hotel arranged for us to stay on a high floor with views of Liverpool city center and the sea. This is my second time staying at this hotel.

Brilliant place near everything in Liverpool. Walked everywhere up to the Philharmonic Hall and back. Clean, all ameneties down to two coffee pods&milk to a pair of scissors. Comfiest bed / brilliant shower. Only meh was that we hadn’t (intentionally) brought a full plug for the electric sockets and not a single one of the four USB sockets worked. And it’s not on the waterfront …
