DDhanesh SharmaI recently stayed at The Lalit New Delhi and had a fantastic experience. I chose this hotel primarily for its location, as it is incredibly convenient for attending events at the Indira Gandhi Arena. It saved me a lot of travel time and hassle.
The property itself is grand and very well-maintained. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a great view of the city—it felt like a proper luxury experience. I was also impressed with the breakfast spread; there were plenty of delicious vegetarian options, which I really appreciated. The staff were courteous and efficient during check-in and check-out.
Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for luxury in central Delhi.

IInvitéThe hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. But the location helps to overlook a lot of the minor inconveniences.

Le paiement avait été effectué via Trip.com, mais le personnel a prétendu que la transaction n'avait pas été validée lors de mon départ. J'ai dû leur fournir un relevé bancaire et les détails de la réservation pour qu'ils puissent vérifier mon compte. Il a fallu plus d'une heure pour régler le problème.

Very clean! Bed and pillows are comfortable. I chose one that’s far away from the lift, and on high floor with a city view. It was very quiet, and nice natural light!
Shower and toilet were very clean. Strong powerful shower with very hot water available.
Amenities
Impressive that there’s a cafe that’s opened 24/7 downstairs that serves coffee, pastries and cakes. Gave a very good option in the middle of the night, and early morning should you need to grab something fast for an early morning flight. The coffee was good.
Lovely swimming pool, meant to try it out.
Location
Excellent location only about 7 mins walk from the main shopping complex and restaurants. Very decent restaurants available there and the food court provides wide variety. I tried out a restaurant this time and it was lovely.
Service
House keeping - was very good. Early evening the team knocked on my door, very pleasant, and asked if I had any needs. Very thoughtful, and they tried best to make me comfortable.
I had an enquiry about the smart tv functions. The gentleman came promptly, and was very helpful.
Airport pick up
Raju was very prompt, polite and friendly. Thank you! Especially appreciated that the pick up arrangement just had a sign of the hotel, vs having your name displayed on a big sign, which isn’t the case with many other hotels. Very thoughtful.
(Others: Don’t really need two tables in the room. If it can be replaced with a couch/ sofa would even be better.)
Overall: very comfortable stay, friendly staff, and will come again. Thank you!

Discutons des avantages et des inconvénients :
Avantages :
1) emplacement : 10/10 - il n'y a rien de mieux que cela.
2) service de restauration et qualité de la nourriture : 9/10 - les deux étaient conformes aux normes et bons.
3) Enregistrement anticipé : on nous a donné un enregistrement anticipé, ce qui est très appréciable.
Inconvénients :
1) État des chambres : 1/10 - très médiocre pour le prix. Dans une chambre, le drain de la baignoire était bouché par des cheveux - c'est dégoûtant !!
Dans une autre chambre, le robinet du lavabo principal était mal installé et la douche était si mal conçue que l'eau coulait partout.
2) service de la réception et réactivité : une simple demande a pris au moins 3 à 4 appels et une heure pour être réglée. Pas un 5 étoiles, c'est vrai.
3) taille de la salle de bain : trop petite pour ce qu'elle devrait être.
4) Équipements : très basiques. Rien de spécial du tout.
Expérience globale moyenne dans un hôtel 3-4 étoiles avec un emplacement 5 étoiles.

IInvitéQuel expérience merveilleuse. Nous avons été accueillis par un personnel si ami et gentil. Ils étaient rapides et faciles avec le contrôle et le check-out. La chambre était propre et propre. Le petit déjeuner était bon. Beau choix. La sécurité est excellente et très sûre. Le gestionnaire m'a même donné de l'argent pour le métro. Très reconnaissant. Ils ont aussi engagé des personnes souffrant d'une altération de l'audition qui sont extrêmement utiles et aimables. C'était chaud à voir. Bien fait. Je serai de retour pour sûr. Merci à l'hôtel limón.

JJasdevL'hôtel était agréable, mais en tant qu'enthousiasme aérienne, ma principale raison de choisir était la vue de la voie de course à l'aéroport de Delhi. Cependant, lors de l'enregistrement, j'ai été informé que ma catégorie de chambre n'offre pas de vue sur la voie de la course, et j'ai été donnée une vue sur le jardin.
Si cela avait été communiqué plus tôt, j'aurais pris en considération la réservation d'Andaz Delhi par Hyatt, qui avait indiqué qu'ils pouvaient répondre à ma demande. Sur la base de cette expérience, je n'hésiterais pas à recommander à cet hôtel de co-enthousiasmes de l'aviation qui apprécient la transparence dans ces demandes.
