Very good breakfast, wide variety of selections. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but is conveniently connected with subway. The hotel is just next to the subway station.

L'hôtel est le plus proche de l'aéroport, à seulement 10 minutes en voiture, donc très pratique pour les longues escales. Le personnel est amical et efficace. La piscine est propre, agréable et charmante, la chambre est lumineuse, calme et propre Cet hôtel est également utilisé par les hôtesses de l'air et le personnel des compagnies aériennes comme Indigo.

L'hôtel est très proche de l'aéroport. Le personnel était accueillant et sympathique à l'arrivée. La propreté de l'hôtel n'était pas très bonne. Il y a une odeur désagréable dans la pièce (ça sent le pipi par terre). Je ne pouvais pas dormir à cause de l'odeur. J'ai payé pour un lit King size et j'ai reçu des lits doubles.

C'est un bon hôtel, très bien situé. Le personnel de la réception est très serviable, notamment M. Aryan, particulièrement aimable et serviable. Le restaurant et le petit-déjeuner sont corrects. Le personnel du restaurant aurait besoin d'une formation complémentaire en matière de service et d'accueil des clients. Le nouveau cuisinier, qui prépare les omelettes et autres plats, aurait également besoin d'une formation. J'ai dû rappeler le chef car la première omelette était crue et sans goût. Dans l'ensemble, mon séjour a été moyen, d'autant plus que je fréquente régulièrement cet hôtel.

Such a wonderful hotel! Everything you could possibly want, and all of top quality. Staff at all levels delightfully. Location - beside a very busy ring road. No problem with sound disturbance, but I wasn’t able to go out for a walk around the area - there’s nowhere to go, other than further afield by taxi of course. Would use this hotel again and again though.

Very nice hotel with close to the airport. Room is big but abit old. Breakfast and dinner was good with lots of selection. Will stay again.

Great staff, sadly the pool was closed for maintenance until 1 day after departure (not comunicated beforehand). Got some nice surprises for birthday!

I made 3 separate reservations at this hotel before my arrival because I was going to be in India longer than originally planned. I stayed a total of 9 nights. In my notes for the reservation, I asked if I can stay in the same room for the full duration. I booked a pool view twin room. When I arrived to the hotel, I made the same request, and the check-in staff ensured that I could have the same room. The room I was given only had one bed and faced a construction site. I then found out on my own that the pool was under renovation. The room also had a large crack on the window. I told the staff of the issue and requested a room change, and was told someone will come help me switch at a specified time. That did not happen. They offered no apologies. During my stay, my room key was deactivated twice (probably due to my separate reservations), the door to the room malfunctioned, the safe didn't work two times and the TV lost signal twice. Towards the end, I put up a do not disturb sign, but received an email and a phone call that wouldn't stop ringing asking me if I was sure I didn't need housekeeping. Overall, while it was not a bad experience, I felt I had too many unnecessary interactions with the staff for minor troubles.

J'ai passé un merveilleux séjour à l'hôtel Lalit de New Delhi. Dès mon arrivée, le personnel a été incroyablement accueillant et attentionné, me faisant sentir comme chez moi. La chambre était spacieuse, élégamment décorée et dotée de tout le confort moderne. Les restaurants de l'hôtel proposaient un choix fantastique de plats, avec un service exceptionnel. L'emplacement était également idéal, offrant un accès facile aux principales attractions de la ville. Globalement, j'ai été très satisfait de mon expérience et je recommande vivement l'hôtel Lalit à tous ceux qui visitent New Delhi.

I only stayed for 1 night before my flight but overall it was good - the room was nice and the staff were very helpful. The only small issue I had was that at the time of my stay the street outside was divided into 2 one way streets so it might be tricky if you need to cross/drive the other direction.
