Huge spacious room, cabinets/mini bar area were slightly moist.. had the wet wooden smell. Breakfast was okish. Good for a one night stay if you're heading to the airport the next day. Less than 5mins walking distance to T1. Buggy is avail / staff can help you with your luggage to the terminal. Multiple eateries at the airport too if you're not into proper sit down dining at the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel during a recent business trip and had a very smooth and comfortable experience. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff were professional and attentive. The room was clean, quiet, and well-equipped with everything needed for work, including stable Wi-Fi and a comfortable workspace. Overall, an excellent choice for business travel. I would not hesitate to stay here again for future work trips.

Bit dated hotel. Location not near any good places but close to the airport. But design of the hotel is fantastic and great facilities such as Gym, Sauna, Swimming pool, several restaurants. Great stay if you want to stay near the airport and want to have some fun before your flight. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

Housekeeping was prompt, and the overall service exceeded expectations. The food quality at the in-house restaurant was also good. Hôtel absolument magnifique. Le personnel est aux petits soins. J'y ai séjourné quatre jours avec ma mère. Toutes deux végétaliennes, nous avons été ravies des attentions du personnel. Le menu est adaptable : nous avons pu déguster des crêpes, des pizzas et des tortillas végétaliennes. Il suffit de prévenir un peu à l'avance. Un grand merci à Karthikraja pour son service exceptionnel. Nous avons également profité du spa et avons reçu un massage de 90 minutes tout simplement divin. Nous avons adoré Mumbai et espérons y revenir bientôt, ou séjourner dans un autre hôtel Taj.

L'hôtel est magnifiquement construit, très proche de l'aéroport, pratique pour le transport, l'hôtel a une grande superficie, il y a un jardin à l'extérieur, la chambre est vieille et la couette est relativement fine. Les repas au restaurant sont délicieux.

Excellent suite rooms. Neat clean new construction . Nice closed swimming pool , very enjoyable . Gym is good . Restaurant serves great food . Matured understanding professional staff . We enjoyed staying there . Recommended for friends and family
