Lors de mon récent voyage à Florence, j'ai eu le plaisir de séjourner à l'Anglo American Hotel. Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été globalement agréable et je le recommande vivement à d'autres voyageurs. Tout d'abord, l'Anglo American Hotel bénéficie d'un emplacement exceptionnel. Situé au cœur de Florence, il offre un accès facile aux principales attractions de la ville, notamment le Duomo, le Ponte Vecchio et la Galerie des Offices. Son emplacement central m'a permis d'explorer la ville à pied et de m'immerger pleinement dans sa riche histoire et sa culture. L'hôtel lui-même dégage une atmosphère charmante et élégante. L'intérieur est décoré avec goût, alliant éléments classiques et touches modernes. Les espaces communs, comme le hall et le salon, sont accueillants et offrent un espace confortable pour se détendre après une journée de visites. Le personnel de l'Anglo American Hotel mérite des éloges. Dès mon arrivée, ils se sont montrés sympathiques, professionnels et attentionnés. Ils étaient toujours prêts à répondre à toutes mes questions et demandes, et leurs connaissances locales et leurs recommandations ont été précieuses pour m'aider à explorer la ville et à découvrir des trésors cachés. Ma chambre était spacieuse et bien aménagée. Le lit était confortable et les équipements, dont une télévision à écran plat et un minibar, répondaient à mes attentes. La propreté et l'ordre de la chambre ont été maintenus tout au long de mon séjour grâce à la diligence du personnel d'entretien. Bien que l'hôtel ne dispose pas de restaurant, il propose un délicieux petit-déjeuner buffet chaque matin. Le choix était varié et adapté à tous les goûts et préférences alimentaires. J'ai particulièrement apprécié les viennoiseries fraîchement sorties du four et la sélection de fromages et de charcuteries locaux. L'absence de salle de sport ou de spa au sein de l'hôtel a été un léger bémol. Le personnel a toutefois été très serviable et a fourni des informations sur les salles de sport et les options de bien-être à proximité, s'assurant que les clients puissent y accéder s'ils le souhaitaient. En résumé, mon séjour à l'Anglo American Hotel Florence a été une expérience agréable. L'emplacement privilégié, le personnel attentionné et le confort des chambres ont contribué à un séjour mémorable dans cette belle ville. Si l'absence de certains équipements a été un léger inconvénient, elle n'a pas eu d'impact significatif sur ma satisfaction globale. Je recommanderais l'hôtel Anglo American aux voyageurs à la recherche d'un hôtel bien situé au centre de Florence, bien aménagé et doté d'une ambiance charmante.

I was there with my wife for 7 days-6 nights. The location is great, we used it as a base for our daily trips by car. The Apartment was ok, the water in the bathroom sink couldnt go throught fast, which was not that nice. The reception in the night shaft was very kind and friendly. The reception in the day shaft was very uncomfortable, he discussed every single word you said and never try to solve your problems in an easy way. As we checked in, the night shaft told us after we have asked that we could get 1 time free cleaning cause we are staying for 7 days. I told the day reception one day before, and the day after we called and asked when they are comming? The answers were like you are asking a politician why he lost in his elections. Welllll we dont knoww, maybe 10, maybe 3pm, we said sir we want to go out, we dont want to do that before we close our door and be sure that no body is comming. Again he started to philosophize every single explanation. Alot of other examples. In general, the employee can be a problem solver, or making it more complicated. Te kind thing was that i asked him to print me two papers, he did (after telling me to go to the website and search for their email during he has a business card in his hands). The breakfast for extra 12 euro per person was not good, unhealthy, and very very simple and cheap. Not even a fresh juice (juice machine full with sugar instead). First day not any kind of egg, we asked why, they said it is sunday we didnt get egg! Only mini croissants, mini butter, jam, toast, bread, little of salad leaves, if you dont catch the first dish of fresh tomato, you will not see it again. I would not pay more than 5 euro for this breakfast. The place itself was very calm, green, big, and beautiful. It is on the top of the mountain, you have a wonderful restaurant nearby, nice area to walk throught. Good connected to the highway (8-10 minutes to the highway). The gym was very old and neglected. The pool was closed as we we were there.

Ho soggiornato all’Hotel Continental per una notte il 16 agosto e ho trovato la mia esperienza mista. Sebbene sia un hotel a 4 stelle, ho notato alcune aree che potrebbero beneficiare di una ristrutturazione. Posizione e servizi: La posizione dell'hotel è sicuramente un punto a favore, essendo direttamente sul mare e dotato di una grande piscina. Tuttavia, ho riscontrato un inconveniente riguardo al servizio in spiaggia. Non mi era stato comunicato che era disponibile solo fino alle 12:00 del giorno seguente. Questo dettaglio è stato svelato dalla bagnina, che mi ha informato che avrei dovuto pagare per una mezza giornata se avessi voluto rimanere in spiaggia fino alle 16:00, quando ho dovuto lasciare la struttura. Camera e pulizia: La camera era piuttosto piccola e ho notato che i vetri delle finestre erano sporchi, il che non ha contribuito a una buona impressione al mio arrivo. Colazione: La colazione era nella media e, sebbene non avessi molte alternative disponibili, l'ho trovata abbastanza buona per iniziare la giornata. Prezzo: Infine, il prezzo che ho pagato per una sola notte mi è sembrato piuttosto elevato rispetto ai servizi offerti, soprattutto considerando che stavo cercando un soggiorno più accessibile. In conclusione, l’Hotel Continental ha un buon potenziale grazie alla sua posizione, ma ci sono aspetti che necessitano di miglioramenti significativi per giustificare il prezzo e le aspettative di un hotel a 4 stelle. Spero che la gestione prenda in considerazione questi suggerimenti per offrire un'esperienza migliore in futuro.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton in Sienna, and my experience was nothing short of excellent. Grand hôtel. Excellent emplacement et accessible à la plupart des attractions. Contrôle agréable et vous pouvez indiquer que tous les membres du personnel étaient extrêmement agréables et utiles. La cuisine avec salle de bains, une grande chambre avec lit confortable et des pièges.

L'emplacement est pratique et le service de chambre et de petit-déjeuner est plus européen et traditionnel. Ce fut une bonne expérience. Cela ressemble un peu à un aristocrate royal, pas mal, pas mal, recommandé, recommandé. Le miroir de la pièce est rouillé à certains endroits, ce qui affecte l'apparence de la pièce.

Nice location good service, i’ve been there for my honeymoon was a wonderful experience.

First off, great crew at the front desk. Whether it’s answering my calls requesting the ironing board, or calling a cab for me the day of my departure, they were always available and willing to help. The issue is they might have overdone it in one instance when I put a note on the room door before leaving asking not to be disturbed and came back to see someone had gotten into my room, changed sheets and towels + “arranged” my stuff. Nice intention but got me confused looking for certain things. The gym was also a little disappointing: tiny, very limited equipment and only fit for one person at a time. It’s really a space to do yoga and stretch, with one treadmill. But it helped nonetheless. The real elephant in the room was the location. I found this hotel looking for a place in Florence and this is very misleading from the booking platforms. The city is Prato, there are no Ubers, public transit tricky to navigate (walk 10-15 minutes + take 2 buses and a train to get to Florence in a trip that totals 1h30 min on average) and taxis are rare + expensive (the cheapest I paid was 50€ for a 13 min trip to the airport). Not to mention most taxi drivers are clearly scamming you because they know you’re desperate, turning off their meters and asking you to pay cash. Overall, not my most memorable experience and would only recommend if you’re staying in Prato. If you plan to visit Florence and are tempted to book a cheaper hotel north of the city, think twice.

Ce ne devrait pas être un hôtel. Après l'enregistrement, on se sentait comme dans une maison folklorique. Il y avait un placard dans la pièce avec une cuisinière, des assiettes, des couteaux et d'autres objets complets, mais nous ne cuisinions pas. Les transports à proximité sont assez pratiques. Il y a un arrêt de bus à seulement quelques minutes à pied. L'environnement des toilettes est bon, ce qui est le meilleur parmi ceux où j'ai séjourné en Italie (même s'il y a des déchets qui ont été utilisés par les clients précédents mais qui n'ont pas été jetés). Mais comparé à d'autres, c'est déjà plutôt bien pour quelqu'un qui aime la propreté. Mais veuillez noter que si vous ne pouvez pas vous enregistrer entre 8h et 14h, vous devrez envoyer à l'avance les informations de votre passeport sur le WhatsApp du commerçant (je ne me souviens pas de l'heure, c'est une estimation approximative, le commerçant enverra un e-mail, veuillez donc vérifier votre boîte aux lettres). Dans l’ensemble, si votre budget est limité, vous pouvez choisir celui-ci. Ce n'est pas cher, n'est-ce pas ?
