A question to think about, ‘What makes a hotel a luxury one?’ To me, it’s luxury because of the hospitality of the staff, quality of the property and the food they provided totally exceed travellers’ expectations, and as a result, we would love to pay more for the experience. Some staff really tried their very best to help me during my stay while some just didn’t. Upon arrival, I tried to communicate with the staff that I’d like to cancel my third night’s dinner because of the change of my plan. At first, I booked six meals in total and I’d only want to cancel one dinner and they said I needed to pay 100% for the cancelled meal because they have already bought the ingredients. Okay, I tried to understand that because they had already taken away my credit card and there’s nothing I could do about that and I thought it must be a very nice meal and that’s why they insisted that. Disappointingly, the portion was so small and paying the same amount of money I could get so much better food in 虹夕諾雅 or any other five star onsen hotels in Japan. As a result, I went to bed feeling hungry and eating the snacks I bought for myself :( The food portions are like a bento instead of a proper meal. ) Also, the Western style breakfast was so overpriced and the avocado in the omelette was not fresh at all. One more thing to note is that the complimentary champagne service they provided to their guests. It’s a nice experience but maybe I’m just a lady travelling alone and I couldn’t speak Japanese at all, the waitress didn’t serve me the same way as she served other people in the cafe. When all of them got two glasses of free drinks, one cocktail and one champagne, she only gave me one champagne and didn’t offer me the cocktail. And the day after, there was a nice staff who served me properly and I finally realized that I am entitled to two drinks. (Sigh)The experience was like buying a Chanel bag. The bag was pricey but the chain of the bag just suddenly fall apart while you are using it for the very first time. My advice is: Don’t use their catering services especially for the in-room dining plan. There are so many better choices out there in the city. The room and the service of the staff are great tho.

A peu près de la gare Shin-Omiya, il y a le Mi Nara Shopping Mall, qui dispose d'un grand hypermarché et de plusieurs boutiques vendant des vêtements abordables y compris les vêtements des enfants. A Mi Nara, vous allez à gauche de l'hôtel, vers l'hôtel JW Marriott. Recommander fortement :  - Mont Yoshino (soutenant des pistes de randonnée) beaucoup de persimmon, kiwis, pomégranate. Nous avons pris 4 heures de marche pour compléter l'ensemble du Monte Yoshino (de droite avec des sabbats à gauche avec un restaurant, des arbres fruitiers).  Places à explorer près de l'hôtel:  1️⃣ Mi Nara Shopping Mall – Perfect pour les produits de vente et les produits essentiels quotidiens, avec des prix plus abordables que le supermarché Aeon. 2️⃣ Montbell Village & Bellside Café – Un grand endroit pour les appareils extérieurs, et le café serve de délicieuses pizzas, pâtes et pâtes. - Demandez au personnel de l'hôtel une copie imprimée du calendrier de l'autobus 28 à Montbell (la station de bus est juste devant JW Marriott). De Montbell, il est une courte promenade à Hard Off / Off House, où vous pouvez navigar une sélection amusante d'articles secondaires vêtements, sacs, jouets, et biens de ménage. - Le petit-déjeuner buffet offre une bonne variété et vaut le prix ¥3,000 par personne, payable au bureau frontal. - La chambre était propre et confortable. Je recommande de louer un humidifier si vous avez un nez sec en raison de l'air froid. - Un bus de transport gratuit est disponible vérifiez avec le personnel de la lobby pour une copie imprimée du calendrier.

Reception, Lobby, Restaurants and all public areas were impressive although I did not have any meals in the hotel. 2.Service at the reception  counter was good and extremely helpful. 3.Room 1049 was clean but a bit disappointing for a twin room for a Nikko hotel. The toilet and furnishing has lost the glitter through the years. 4.There were no USB ports available so charging electronic devices was a challenge although reception was helpful in providing adapters which enabled me to charge some of all my devices. 5.The next night I checked into another twin room in a Nikko Hotel, this time into The Hotel Nikko Himeji and it brings me memories of my  previous stays in a Nikko Hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are clean, tidy and well-furnished with comfortable beds. The staff are friendly, polite and always ready to offer help. The location is great, close to public transport and local attractions. Breakfast is delicious with a rich variety of choices. Overall, it’s great value for money. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back next timeThis hotel is an ideal choice for business trips. The environment is quiet and pleasant, perfect for rest and work. All facilities work well and the room is spotless. Service is efficient and thoughtful. It enjoys a convenient location with easy access to downtown areas. I’m really satisfied with my experience here and would recommend it to fellow travelers.Absolutely amazing accommodation! The hotel has a cozy atmosphere and lovely decor. Every corner is kept neat and clean. The service is warm and attentive. It’s situated in a nice area, making sightseeing super easy. I enjoyed every moment during my stay. Reasonable price and great quality. It’s truly a fantastic place to stay.

J Wanhao a échoué dans la sélection de Liang Liang. J'ai fait des lunettes très délicates. Il n'y a pas de paysage ni de végétation verte dans les chambres. Il n'y a pas d'hôtel commercial à la bordure d'une route. Il n'y a pas de qualités de qualité. Deux tiers de la chambre est à la bordure de la route. Quelle est la grande timideté que j'ai changé. Le cabinet est calme. Il est à dix minutes de route à la gare de Xiang Liang, trente minutes de transport. Il est inconvenant de voyager en location. Il n'y a pas lieu d'attendre à la porte de l'hôtel plus de dix minutes pour venir. Le service est enthousiaste, mais il se passe une erreur. Le poste de petit déjeuner a pris des choses et a réorganisé le restaurant de la VIP. Il n'y a pas de récit à la ligne de contact. La chambre est de 5 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Il n'y a pas de chaleur. Il y a un restaurant occidental à l'extérieur du restaurant. La porte n'est pas très bon. Il y a beaucoup de travailleurs étrangers. Aucune recommandation d'héberger Fufu est directement dans le parc. 3000 Plus de 2 000 personnes ont un petit déjeuner et un chaud pour se débarrasser. Il n'y a que deux mille personnes à la place.
