Dans l'ensemble, l'endroit était incroyable, notre chambre ressemblait même aux photos, ce à quoi nous ne nous attendions pas. Nous avons payé 164 pln et avons pris deux buffets de petit-déjeuner qui n'étaient pas mauvais. Le troisième jour, ils ont semblé perdre notre réservation de petit-déjeuner. Ils ont dit que nous n'avions pas payé à la réception pour le petit-déjeuner, ce qui est vrai, nous avons payé au kiosque du buffet, mais ils n'ont pas semblé comprendre. Nous sommes simplement allés à Lidl pour éviter de payer à nouveau ou de nous disputer. Nous sommes descendus 10 minutes après l'ouverture prévue de la piscine pour le matin, mais le membre du personnel était toujours en train de la nettoyer mais il nous a laissé faire après une minute ou deux. L'eau froide pour les carafes à réglage froid n'est pas froide, juste légèrement plus froide que la température ambiante. Nous avons fini par les remplir et les laisser au réfrigérateur pendant la nuit pour avoir de l'eau froide, ce qui n'est pas idéal lorsque vous avez soif. La majorité du personnel avec qui nous avons eu affaire était génial et a compris ce que nous voulions dire après quelques éclaircissements car nous ne parlons pas polonais. Je recommanderais quand même cet endroit à tout le monde. Le rapport qualité/prix était tout simplement incroyable et il y a peut-être eu une erreur dans le système informatique qui a gâché notre réservation de petit-déjeuner. Ce ne sont que des détails mineurs que l'hôtel pourra, je l'espère, améliorer pour les futurs clients.

I was extremely satisfied with the hotel and its services. Although our flight arrived early, our room was already prepared, which was a very pleasant surprise and much appreciated after the journey. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. On our last day, we had to leave very early, and the hotel kindly provided us with a generous breakfast package to take with us — a thoughtful and excellent touch. The room itself was stylish and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. The bathroom was particularly impressive, featuring both a shower and a bathtub, which made our stay even more comfortable. Finally, I would like to highlight the staff, who were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay. They were always ready to assist us with anything we needed, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Really comfortable, affordable and beautiful hotel right next to the train station and a 10 min walk from the bus station. Unlike Western European cities and the areas surrounding main train stations, Poland feels much safer and cleaner, especially at night. Breakfast was delicious, service was excellent and check out at 12pm is a great bonus. Highly recommend.

We stayed for one night with business colleagues. The room was clean, the service was great, and the breakfast was delicious. Although the hotel has private parking, our van did not fit in the parking area. Other than that, everything was very good. Nice hotel, highly recommended.

My Standard Single Room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, making it a great winter retreat. The service was friendly, with the staff always ready to help. I loved the facilities, especially the free gym and relaxing sauna—perfect after a day of sightseeing! The only downside was a slightly outdated decor, but overall, I had a fantastic stay. My single room was spotless and cozy, perfect for winter nights. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring I felt right at home. The gym was a nice bonus, allowing me to keep up with my fitness routine even while traveling. Plus, the complimentary water on each floor was a thoughtful touch! Bardzo podobał mi się pobyt w tym hotelu. W związku z tym, że zamierzam zatrzymać się w tym hotelu w najbliższym czasie, Pani podniosła nam standard pokoju, żeby mieć porównanie. Pokój Executive jest duży, czysty i pachnący, mimo że na parterze było bardzo cicho. Bardzo wygodne łóżko, dodatkowo miejsce do pracy i odpoczynku (sofa i fotele). Trzeba też wspomnieć o bardzo smacznym śniadaniu i przemiłej obsłudze. Hotel może nie najnowszy ale godny polecenia.

Świetny hotel, pozytywnie nas zaskoczył. Wyśmienite śniadania z ogromnym wyborem, wysokiej jakości produkty, np szynka iberyjska czy świeżo wyciskane soki. Pokoje przestronne, dobrze wyposażone. Jedyne co to ściany cienkie, było słychać rozmowy sąsiadów obok.

Pobyt w hotelu Mercure Częstochowa – Moje wrażenia Ostatni weekend spędziłam w hotelu Mercure w Częstochowie i muszę przyznać, że był to bardzo udany pobyt. Obsługa:
Personel hotelu zrobił na mnie świetne wrażenie już od momentu zameldowania. Recepcjoniści byli uprzejmi, pomocni i bardzo profesjonalni. Na każdym etapie pobytu czułam, że jestem mile widziana – od uśmiechu przy śniadaniu po sprawne udzielenie informacji turystycznych. Obsługa w restauracji również zasługuje na pochwałę – kelnerzy byli dyskretni, a zarazem zawsze dostępni. Udogodnienia:
Pokój był przestronny, czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Duże łóżka z wygodnymi materacami, biurko do pracy, szybkie Wi-Fi i zestaw do parzenia kawy i herbaty – wszystko, czego potrzeba na krótki pobyt. Bardzo podobał mi się widok z okna – widać było Jasną Górę. Sam hotel znajduje się w świetnej lokalizacji, tuż przy alei NMP, co ułatwia zwiedzanie. Jedzenie:
Śniadanie w formie bufetu było naprawdę smaczne i zróżnicowane – świeże pieczywo, sery, wędliny, owoce, a także opcje na ciepło. Kawa bardzo dobra, co nie jest regułą w niektórych hotelach. Podsumowując:
