Fantastic stay! We booked 3 nights, so the hotel provided free shuttle from Lijiang Railway station. The hotel has afternoon tea time from 2-6 pm while after 8-10 pm, there is also fire session for night tea. Our families are really happy. Breakfast is local noodles which is good; we have 1 day to leave hotel early, the hotel staff even prepare packing set of milk and crackers for us. Appreciated very much.The room is clean and like provided in Trip.com. Just only comment for drainage to fix. 6th floor hotel has really great view to see Jade Dragon Snow mountain especially on a sunny day. Hotel staff are really helpful and nice. Overall we are very happy with hotel staff, nice room and many hotel activities.

Choisissez cet hôtel est trop surprenant! Excellente position, autour de la zone de vue, la sortie est un petit magasin de nourriture, le voyage est super pratique. La chambre est propre et propre, la lumière est très ventilée, les lits sont doux et très solides et les produits de bain sont complets. Le service de la réception est enthousiaste et intime, vous recommanderez activement les plats de cuisine locale et de photographie, et vous rappelez intimement les attractions de jouer avec attention. L'environnement global est calme et inquiétant, l'atmosphère de décoration tropicale est remplie, le rapport coût-efficacité est très élevé, la prochaine fois que vous rentrez dans le marché de la mer sera toujours en séjour, fortement recommandée par les amis voyageurs!

L'hôtel de vacances en trésorerie pour les deux versions de l'Ouest. L'hôtel est vraiment choisi pour jouer avec la version de Nana. Il a un sentiment de qualité léger et un climat de vacances tropicales. Vous avez un bon voyage pour vous plaire ～ La décoration du salon est simple, la sculpture artistique et la fleur fine sont visibles partout, et la grande partie de l'atmosphère est facile à prendre. La disposition de la chambre est largement transparente, les lits sont doux et la peau est douce, la garde est complètement équipée, avec un cosmétique à la lumière est très amicale pour les filles aimantes et la baignoire est très intime. La plus étonnante est que l'hôtel soit une piscine extérieure, un arbre de paille rond plein d'esprit en Asie du Sud-Est. Les lampes de couleur de la piscine de nuit se sont éclaircies et le sentiment d'atmosphère est directement caché. Il a été spécialement prévu une zone d'eau pour enfants, il n'y a pas de place pour les enfants à voyager avec des pauvres, et les congés parents sont très adaptés. Le petit-déjeuner d'auto-service de l'hôtel est riche en plantes, en poudre de pâtes de fruits frais et en fruits frais. Vous pouvez manger un petit-déjeuner riche et chaud sans sortir de chez vous, et vous ouvrez un jour plein de rêves. La position géographique est confortable pour voyager, aller au marché de la lumière de la nuit de la révolution est très proche, voyager à la fois pour faire la économie de temps, l'hôtel n'a pas de consommation implicite dans son ensemble, le service est soigneusement attentif. C'est absolument incroyable de pouvoir admirer le lever du soleil sur les montagnes depuis son lit tous les matins. Cet hôtel est vraiment le nec plus ultra pour des vacances ; tout y est parfait, le service est impeccable et la restauration vaut le détour. Je tiens à mentionner en particulier un jeune homme charmant qui conduisait la navette : il était incroyablement chaleureux et sincère, passionné par son travail, et son sourire radieux égayait nos journées à chaque fois que nous le croisions. Même si les installations de l'hôtel ne sont pas les plus récentes, elles sont très bien entretenues, ce qui rend le séjour extrêmement confortable.

Le service est très agréable. La femme de ménage nous aidera à porter nos bagages jusqu'à la chambre, il nous a vu nous préparer à descendre et nous a immédiatement aidé à descendre nos bagages. Les conseils sur les hôtels envoyés par WeChat sont très complets, y compris les stratégies de restauration et de voyage en ligne. L'environnement dans le magasin est très bon, il y a deux petites cours très joliment décorées. Il y a de nombreux canapés dans l'espace public, adaptés à ceux qui veulent s'allonger. Malheureusement, ce voyage a été un peu précipité. Je viens, je vais certainement m'allonger et profiter du soleil tout l'après-midi ! Peut-être à cause de la basse saison, la femme de ménage nous a surclassés gratuitement dans une chambre, qui était de quelques mètres carrés plus grande que la chambre initialement réservée. La chambre était équipée d'une maison intelligente, comprenant des rideaux électriques, des toilettes intelligentes, des canapés confortables, un excellent humidificateur, des boissons gazeuses et des tapis de toilettes. Et ainsi de suite ~ La salle de bain dispose d'une grande quantité d'eau. C'est l'installation matérielle la plus nécessaire lors d'un séjour dans un hôtel/B&B en voyage. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et généreux, mais la cuisinière nous a également dit que si ce n'était pas suffisant, nous pourrions continuer à en rajouter Hahaha, nous étions pris en charge ! Je suis arrivé tard cette fois et j'ai raté le thé de l'après-midi. Je prendrai certainement une tasse de café la prochaine fois que je viendrai !

Although Xi Shuang Ban Na UrCove claims they are a smoke-free hotel, from what I have seen this is not really true. I suggest People who are allergic to cigarette smoke or have health issues related to cigarette smoke definitely go somewhere else. I saw guests as well as hotel employees openly smoking in the front lobby of this hotel. Front desk clerks and supervisor saw this but not only said nothing to the offenders but when I complained about this, the front desk clerk ignored me and glared at me for complaining. Bedroom: very spacious and clean. beddings and sheets were very clean and comfortable. Toilet: was a very new style and with a temperature toilet seat Shower area: It was a disaster. The glass panel dividing the toilet and the shower area was poorly installed, so water from the shower area leaked everywhere. It was quite dangerous because the floor outside the shower was a smooth piece of floor tile. My wife almost slipped and fell down. We immediately told the front desk that night, and all they did was send someone to wipe up the water that's all. There was no follow-up after that. Breakfast: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to regarding breakfast. The majority of the breakfast items were Chinese food which I have no complaints about, although I do not eat Chinese breakfast. The biggest problem was, when we went for breakfast after 9:15 am there were lots of emptied food containers and plates which was used to hold breakfast food items. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am. 9:15 am NO croissant, Not even a simple slice of bread which I can make toast with. I also checked the Chinese food items and lots of containers were emptied as well. I then went to ask a staff where I could at least get a piece of bread. Her answer was, there isn't anymore sliced bread and what you see is what you get. There was hardly anything to eat?!?!?! I was furious and I demanded to have a couple of pieces of sliced bread. In the end, kitchen staff Mr. Wang came to my rescue and cooked me and my wife each two fried eggs. On top of it, Mr. Wang went out to get me sliced bread from outside the hotel so that my wife will at least have something to eat for breakfast. On the second day of breakfast, there was no coffee after 9:15 am as the coffee machine went into cleaning mode for at least half an hour. The chief of Chef did end up helping me to get a cup of coffee but from what I can see, this hotel is NOT ready to receive international guests. Totally disappointed in the Urcove Xi Shuang Ban Na. Totally not the Hyatt standard at all. I really believe Hyatt management in Texas really should not take the risk of damaging their great brand by letting this hotel be branded with Hyatt's Name.  The way this Xi Shuang Ban Na Urcove is operating, they are worse than locally managed/owned hotels. 尽管西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店称他们是一家无烟酒店，但就我所见，事实并非如此。我建议对香烟过敏或对香烟烟雾有健康问题的人一定不能入住。我亲眼看到客人和酒店员工在这家酒店的大堂公开吸烟。前台工作人员和主管看到了这一幕，不但没有对违规者劝喻或警告，而当我对此提出投诉时，前台工作人员不答理我，还瞪了我一眼！！！ 评价酒店已下部门： 卧室：非常宽敞干净。床上用品和床单非常干净舒适。 厕所：非常新式，配有恒温马桶座 淋浴区：简直是一场灾难。分隔厕所和淋浴区的玻璃板安装不当，所以淋浴区的水到处漏水。这是非常危险的事，因为淋浴外的地板是一块光滑的地砖。我的妻子差点滑倒。我们当晚立即告诉前台，他们所做的只是派人擦干水而已。之后就没再跟进。 早餐：这是我住过最差的酒店。大部分早餐都是中餐，虽然我不吃中式早餐，但我也没有抱怨。最大的问题是，我们早上 9:15 之后去吃早餐，有很多空的食物容器和盘子，早餐盘很多是空的。早餐应该在 10:00 结束。9:15 已经没有羊角包，甚至连一片可以用来烤土司的面包都没有。我还检查了中餐食物，发现很多容器也被清空了。然后我去问工作人员，我可以在哪里找到一片面包。她的回答是，没有切片方包了，你看到的就只这些。没有其他的可以食！！！！我非常生气，重新要求几片切片面包。最后，厨房工作人员王先生给我们帮忙，他给我和我妻子每人煎了两个鸡蛋。王先生还从酒店外面帮我拿了切片面包，这样我和妻子至有点早餐可以食。第二天早餐时，早上 9:15 之后就没有咖啡了，因为咖啡机进行自动清洗，至少半个小时处于清洁模式。主厨最终帮我拿了一杯咖啡，但在我看来，这家酒店根本没有准备好接待国际旅客。 这次景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店入住经验非常差。完全不符合凯悦的标准。我真的认为凯悦管理层不应该冒险让这家酒店打上凯悦的名字，从而损害他们的品牌形象。这家 西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店 的经营及管理模式，比当地管理/当地投资的酒店还远远不如。凯悦Hyatt 总公司真应该尽快管理好这家酒店免得影响Hyatt 品牌。

We recently stayed at Paralloge and had a truly memorable experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere and thoughtful touches throughout. What stood out most, however, was the service from our butler 大波. From the moment we arrived, he was attentive and professional, and genuinely considerate, anticipating needs before we even had to ask. His presence was seamless, never intrusive yet always there when it mattered. Whether it was coordinating details, providing helpful recommendations, or ensuring everything ran smoothly, the experience felt personal and elevated. Thank you to the entire team, and a special thank you to 大波for making our stay so exceptional.

Lan est un véritable hôtel de charme, doté d'équipements haut de gamme. Les produits de toilette et les appareils électroménagers sont d'excellente qualité. Les chambres sont spacieuses et élégantes, avec un design sobre et raffiné, et les espaces communs sont impeccablement entretenus. Le service est attentionné et prévenant, garantissant un séjour confortable de l'arrivée au départ. Que ce soit pour des vacances reposantes ou un court séjour, c'est un excellent choix.

Prestations : La maison d'hôtes la plus romantique de Haidong. Ouvrez la fenêtre le matin et laissez le soleil inonder la cour, vous réveillant au son des chants d'oiseaux et de la douce chaleur des rayons. Hygiène : Les toilettes et les baignoires sont désinfectées avant votre arrivée. Environnement : Le jardin sur le toit offre une vue imprenable sur le lac Erhai, dont les eaux cristallines sont d'un calme absolu. En automne, des volées de goélands à bec rouge s'y rassemblent pour hiverner, contribuant à son atmosphère unique. Service : Leur gentillesse et leur service exceptionnel nous ont réservé de merveilleuses surprises.

Stayed here in end Aug where there wasn’t much snow cap on the mountains and a lot of clouds blocking the mountain peaks, but I’d say that the room view is still really nice because there’s sun, lake, mountain, clouds all in one! What we appreciated from this hotel: 1. The views: on day 1, we had afternoon tea (complimentary with our booking) and just enjoyed the view. We also tried to catch sunrise from our bed, and also enjoyed the view over complimentary breakfast at Level 1. 2. The service: this is the most supportive service we’ve ever had among all the hotels in China and other countries we have been to. - transport: They helped us to schedule complimentary pickup transfers from Lijiang train station to the hotel on our first day and from hotel to Lijiang Sanyi airport on our last day. - Taobao: They also helped me a lot with my many Taobao orders, across communicating with the delivery people, collecting (1x a day) from the collection point, returning some items as they weren’t fitting, applying for refund as my parcels still didn’t arrive on the last day etc. - other advice: getting used to higher altitude in Lijiang, how to use the washing machine & dryer, recovering from diarrhoea, whether we can still visit Lijiang Ancient City at night - other hotel items: gave us makeup remover and cotton pads when we had our photoshoot etc. - food: packed breakfast for us when we had day tours that started from 6am and asked us to pick our breakfast if we’re eating at hotel a day before. - housekeeping: they’d ask us if we’d like housekeeping when we waited for our didi to come. For the 6am day tours when reception wasn’t open yet, we texted them for help to tidy the room and we came back to a tidied room when we returned. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Super comprehensive service, we highly appreciated this. 3. Toilet: this toilet has a bidet! We were pleasantly surprised by this. While the area around the hotel is generally still developing, to which one of our Didi drivers said there was growing interest in real estate around the area, among the 3 hotels we stayed in Yunnan so far across Kunming, Dali and Lijiang, this is the best one we have had 😊
