The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a lovely view overlooking the pool and out toward the sea. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the spa area, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty. The location is about a 40-minute walk to Kotor Old Town, which we didn’t mind at all as the scenic coastal views along the way made it an enjoyable stroll. One aspect that detracted from our experience, however, was the inconsistency in staff hospitality. While several team members were kind, welcoming, and helpful, the initial check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member who check us in came across as unfriendly, and another interaction included an abrupt comment along the lines of “you get what you pay for,” which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Given that similar feedback appears in other reviews, it may be worth reinforcing customer service training to ensure a consistently welcoming and respectful experience for all guests. With more consistent service, this could easily be a standout stay.

酒店美就一個字！得天獨厚的優勢，拍照非常出片，房間比想象的寬敞，住的也很舒服。比較失望的是一開始提前跟酒店郵件溝通了多次，需要接機，但是酒店派的車不知道什麼原因就是沒來，我站在機場出口露天熱着打電話多次溝通，都告訴我正在來的路上，無奈合共在那熱着等了45分鐘，最終説車來不了了替我叫了一部出租車，真的給我無語到了。。感覺千辛萬苦才來到佩拉斯特小鎮住下，但是一到地方就被風景和氛圍感吸引了已經沒脾氣了，刨去這個接機車莫名其妙出問題的敗筆，酒店人員的服務態度還是非常好的。酒店早餐也很滿意，車釐子很好吃，還有現做菜單，正餐嘗試了也好吃，露天廣場餐廳有現場音樂氣氛也很好。住了三天，沒有找路邊的船，直接訂了酒店合作的船，包船出海，體驗感很好。酒店泳池小而精，孩子非常喜歡，我們自帶的臂圈壞了，跟泳池工作人員一説他就幫忙找了小朋友的臂圈借給我們用，整體來説還是很滿意的瑕不掩瑜。

We stayed at this wonderful hotel for three nights and were thoroughly pleased. The room was small but clean and modern, equipped with everything we needed, and featured a balcony. The pool was simply fantastic—we couldn't stop admiring the beautiful view of the bay. We also want to highlight the cuisine; we really enjoyed the various pasta dishes, but the chicken risotto was an absolute favorite—we simply loved it! It was incredibly delicious. And, of course, the warmth and hospitality of the owner and all the staff will stay with us forever. The owner—a wonderful, kind, and attentive woman—personally walked us to our room, explained everything, and arranged a parking spot for our car. We will definitely return! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The property is well-placed if you have a car – roughly ten minutes in either direction to Tivat or Kotor Old Town. Just be aware that the approach is via very narrow lanes, so confident driving (and a smallish car) is a plus. Although the building is relatively new, the overall impression is more functional than polished. The staff were pleasant enough, but housekeeping felt a little on the half-hearted side – things like topping up shower gel or toilet paper only happened when requested, and bed linen wasn’t changed despite being obviously soiled. If you’re looking for somewhere budget-friendly and manage your expectations, it does the job. Just don’t come expecting boutique-hotel standards.

L'hôtel se trouve en dehors de la ville de Kotor. Il n'a pas de vue sur la baie de Kotor, mais il offre une vue très dégagée sur l'aéroport et la baie de Tivat ainsi qu'une vue sur le port Montanengro. C'est un endroit sur la colline avec un air très pur. Les personnes possédant une voiture peuvent le préférer. Il y a une buanderie, un lave-vaisselle, une bouilloire, une cuisinière, un réfrigérateur, des assiettes, des casseroles et des poêles, tout dans la chambre. Il y a des détergents, mais comme je l'ai dit, Kotor est très loin du centre-ville, idéal pour ceux qui ont une voiture. Mais ne restez pas dans la chambre C20, elle est incroyablement humide et humide. Nous voulions changer de chambre mais nous ne pouvions pas.

Le petit déjeuner était bon. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est bon, juste à la porte de la ville antique. Il n'y a pas de parking à l'hôtel. Il y a un parking en face du portail. Il y a beaucoup de places de parking, ce qui est très pratique, mais le prix est très élevé.

L'hôtel où j'ai séjourné était un petit hôtel confortable et propre en bord de mer. Le personnel était sympathique et accueillant, et je me suis sentie comme à la maison. Tout s'est déroulé à merveille. Si l'occasion se présente, j'y retournerai sans hésiter !

Обожаем эту сеть отелей, сервис на высоком уровне, хорошее отношение персонала, чисто, уютно, вкусная еда как на завтрак, так и по меню, красивый вид, свой песчаный пляж, шикарный бассейн. Номер большой, красивый, много удобств, комнатных и ванных принадлежностей, красивая терраса с теплым полом. Спасибо за теплый прием! Обязательно вернемся!

L'hôtel est très situé, à 300 mètres de la porte de la ville. L'ancien bâtiment, toutes les installations sont très petites, la chambre est particulièrement petite et est très inadaptée. La chambre n'offre pas d'eau potable en boisson, tout est disponible de Jane, comme l'hôtel commercial national, et le couchage peut dormir. Plus de 2000 dollars de frais de chambre, il est pratique de monter à l'étage et à la paroi de la ville antique. Le petit-déjeuner est très petit, le restaurant est bon. En résumé, les personnes se sentent très généralement, les gens qui aiment peuvent se sentir bien.
