I stayed one night at the Hilton Garden Inn Silao Aeropuerto Bajio for a business trip and was overall very pleased with the experience. The standout feature for me was the extremely comfortable bed—perfect for getting a restful night's sleep before a busy day. The free airport shuttle was another big plus. I called as soon as I landed, and the shuttle arrived within 10 minutes—fast, convenient, and stress-free. While the stay was generally very good, I did notice the bathroom cleanliness could use a bit more attention, especially around the small details. The toilet was also clogged upon arrival, which was a minor inconvenience. That said, the value for the price was excellent, and despite those small issues, I would definitely return for future business trips. With a bit more attention to bathroom maintenance, this would be a near-perfect stay.

Buena ubicación cerca del centro, el servicio de recepción y salida fue bueno, el restaurante solo desayuné un día y estuvo sabroso, en el bar fue buena la atención y las bebidas. Las instalaciones si requieren una buena renovación y me comentaron compañeros que su habitación olía mal y a cigarro

The hotel is close to the BJX airport and good to make it a stop if you arrive in the late evening before heading to other places the following day. The room was really good, everything was great. The breakfast was good, I like them to have a good variety of fruits. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The hotel is good, the room is clean, the housekeeping staff are friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. However, I booked a room with a kitchen, but there were no cooking utensils such as a knife, cutting board, or pot. When I requested a knife for cooking, I was given a meat-cutting knife instead.

Les installations de l'hôtel sont relativement nouvelles, il ya un système d'automatisation, très large, adapté à la voiture de conduite, il y a beaucoup de terrains de sport dans un endroit très vide, le toit a une salle de sport, la voie de course et la piscine, la piscine est de l'eau chaude, les enfants aiment très bien jouer

Un endroit merveilleux pour se détendre après le travail dans la piscine ! Beaucoup de boutiques et de restaurants à proximité!

Clean and friendly hotel. Great service and good location. But if you want to get a taxi, better order it by Uber. Taxi charges extra if ordered by the front desk.
