Hôtels avec salle de sport à Johor, Malaisie

L'état général est bon ; tout a répondu à mes attentes pour une chambre d'hôtel standard. Il y a cependant une chose qui ne me satisfait pas : j'ai réservé une chambre pour trois adultes, mais les équipements fournis ne sont que pour deux personnes (deux paires de chaussons, deux brosses à dents, deux serviettes, etc.). Il n'y a pas de numéro de téléphone pour appeler la réception, je suis donc descendu personnellement pour les informer de la situation. Le personnel a promis d'envoyer les objets manquants dans notre chambre plus tard, mais personne n'est venu du tout.

L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité du CIQ. L'arrivée s'est faite sans problème grâce aux instructions fournies. Les questions ont reçu une réponse rapide via WhatsApp. Seul bémol : l'appartement n'était pas parfaitement propre. Cependant, le personnel a réagi rapidement pour régler le problème une fois signalé. Sinon, c'est un bon choix pour un court séjour.

It was a short getaway with friends away from Singapore. As it was our first time staying at this new condo which I heard it’s newly built and just opened recently, I was more excited than my friends that I didn’t fully concentrate when the owner met me to assist with check-in and explained the facilities to me. Check-in was smooth and easy process. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly security guards. Thereafter, I was assisted by Samuel (a young , handsome, kind and hospitable chap), whom I believe is the owner managing the apartment units that we stayed. I got a different unit from my friends because I wanted some privacy and to sleep on my own bed and I’m happy I got a connecting room next to my friend’s. When he brought me to my room, I was quite surprised by how small the room was, quite compact that I would recommend a maximum of 2 persons to stay ideally. But the bed was super comfortable and huge, which allows me to roll freely and sleep comfortably. Room amenities such as dental kits, toiletries like shower gel and shampoo, hair dryer, kettle, comb and even shaving kit were provided to ensure convenience, which some other airbnbs or hotels don’t offer. Aircon is very cold, which makes sleeping more pleasant. Location of the apartment is highly accessible. If you’re hungry, 7 eleven and some other minimarts are just nearby, a few operates for 24hrs but most shops were closed at night. KSL city mall and other hotels are nearby which made it convenient for us to gather with our friends who stayed at nearby hotels. The only disadvantage during my stay was the fridge. I didn’t realise it wasn’t cold until when I came back I found my ice cream melting and had to throw it away. However, I was shocked but happy to receive a booking voucher from the owner to make it up for the fridge incident. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my experience here and would definitely come back for another night of stay. Highly recommended SPACE RESIDENCY to all! The elevators are really slow . We have been waiting for a long times cause few times is overload .at last we tired walking the stairs . But it is inconvenient to bring the elderly and children . Second is the toilet hygiene is really bad ,there are always ants in the toilet bowl . I am tired put hot water . I hope can improve it

Such a nice place and location.. the studio is ample enough for both of us..everything is provided plus cooking utensils and washing machine.. if the owner could provide dryer is better for those staying more than 3 days..i’m really satisfied and wish to book again if i’m going to Johor in the future .. tqvm

For a 3-star hotel, it exceeds my expectations in various aspects. The room and toilet are spotlessly clean. Eventhough the buffet does not offer much options, but it is good enough for the price. It will be better if there are 1-2 more protein options. I like how they pay attention to the little details in terms of the room modern and colorful design, the dining area ambience which is comfortable to chill with a cup of coffee or tea. The convenience stall downstairs is also a plus point. I will come back again. Thanks.

Chambre tres spacieuse et propre. Proche de la gare où part les bus pour Singapour et du checkpoint. Le mall est a 5min a pieds et un marché de nuit juste en face. Les réceptionnistes sont sympas et rapides. Le quartier chinois est aussi juste a côté. 2 jours a JB étaient suffisant pour une escale pause et visites rapides. Il y a un laundry juste a côté de l'hôtel. Jd recommande. Et bon rapport qualité prix.

Staff so attentive especially bellman.. room mcm bersih, tp bila baring, bantal dia busuk bau kepam.. kalau 1 je x pe.. semua bantal dia busuk dlm bilik yg aku dpt.. haha.. so a bit x selesa utk tidur.. toilet ok, cuma toilet bowl a bit kotor.. paling best breakfast dia.. kalau nak add cuma RM30 per pax.. food was soooo flavourful.. b’fast buffet dia pun quite byk choice utk RM30 tuh.. cuma xde lah live stall buat telo.. but sedap.. hehe.. building ni attach dgn zon bebas cukai.. sekeliling dia byk je kedai.. so x risau nak cari food luar..

Tout va bien. Le petit déjeuner était fantastique. Les équipements étaient super. Un check-in fluide, etc. Tous les membres du personnel étaient bien jusqu'à ce que je demande un check-out tardif, c'est un vendredi et mon époux a dû assister à ses habituelles prières vendredi dans la mosquée. Donc j'ai dit au bureau de front peut-être jusqu'à 1.30. Il a dit oui, nous payons RM50 une heure, si vous devez rester jusqu'à 2pm, alors il sera RM100. C'est LE FIRST hôtel avait en fait un personnel qui dit cela. Vous pourriez être plus diplomatique et plus éthique en matière de service à la clientèle et me faire revenir à la bonne droite ? Nous ne pouvons pas parce que nous avons une maison pleine. À laquelle je me suis dit qu'il aurait dit plus tôt dans un sens éthique. Pas d'emphate, pas de chaleur. La langue froide et sa langue du corps m'a dit de me débarrasser de mon visage. C'est vraiment dégoûtant. Le chef est sorti et nous lui avons dit ce qui s'est passé. En résumé, nous identifions ceux qui ont besoin d'une formation et vous n'avez pas besoin d'utiliser une langue inappropriée pour apparaître/sonner rude ou désagréable. Ne jamais juger un livre par sa couverture. En tout cas, le séjour était bien. Je le recommande.

Tout est super nouveau car c'est une nouvelle propriété. Au cours de mon checkout, il y avait une évacuation de puissance et tout le bâtiment ne peut pas fonctionner pendant une heure.
