Great hotel with warm, prompt, and attentive hospitality. I really appreciated the pillow menu, which was a thoughtful touch and made the stay even more comfortable at night. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and overall, it was a very comfortable stay. One small improvement would be having Netflix available on the TV, which would make the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would definitely consider staying here again!

Overall, this was an above average apartment stay. Lots of amenities in the apartment, including a washing machine, cooker and full size fridge. The biggest advantage is definitely the location — the apartment is situated directly above Paradigm Mall, making it extremely convenient for shopping, dining and getting around without having to travel far. The stay itself was comfortable enough, but there were a couple of issues worth highlighting. Firstly, we received an unauthorised SMS that appeared to be related to our booking, and we nearly fell victim to a scam. Guests should be especially cautious about responding to suspicious messages or making payments outside the official booking platform. Secondly, although the apartment can accommodate up to 7 guests, we were provided with only one access key card. This was quite inconvenient, especially for a larger group where people may have different schedules and need to come and go independently. Overall, the stay was satisfactory and the excellent mall location was a major plus, but better security awareness and providing sufficient key cards for the number of guests would significantly improve the experience.

My kid enjoyed the slide in the living room. Rooms were clean and neat, aircon cold enough. instructions getting to the room was easy and straight forward.

J'ai apprécié l'emplacement de l'hôtel, à l'écart de l'agitation du centre-ville. C'était paisible et il y avait moins de circulation. La chambre était superbe, avec des équipements comme un lave-linge/sèche-linge, un micro-ondes et même une plaque à induction. La vue depuis la chambre de luxe avec vue sur la mer était magnifique. Le personnel a été très arrangeant concernant ma demande d'arrivée anticipée et de départ tardif. Le quai et la promenade du port de plaisance étaient accessibles directement depuis le niveau B2 de l'hôtel. Le Hard Rock Cafe, entre autres, mérite d'être mentionné. Le seul point négatif était le petit-déjeuner. Il pourrait être nettement amélioré. Il y a certainement une marge de progression. Sinon, mon séjour a été excellent (9/10). Je reviendrai sans hésiter avec ma famille.

Les chambres plus chers ont été vendues, nous avons la chambre la plus coûteuse à appx. $250 AUD. Nous serions certainement remontés. Nous sommes arrivés au 27e étage, mais avec la haze, nous ne pouvions rien voir. Il a fallu un long minute (probablement ＞3h) pour que la chambre soit cool. Le buffet......magnifique. Trop de choix mais tout était super. Bon point d'achat connecté à l'hôtel. Reviendrait au centre

We had a pleasant two-night stay, and overall, everything was great. We really liked the room layout, cleanliness, and the overall condition of the place. However, I would like to mention a couple of things for improvement. First, the main door lock was quite difficult to open and use. I would recommend having it checked and repaired properly. Secondly, there is an issue with the lock on the laundry room door. It cannot be locked from inside the house, but it can be locked from the outside. This could be a security concern, so I would recommend fixing or replacing the lock to ensure better safety and privacy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope these small issues can be improved for future guests.

L'appartement est confortable et confortable dans le déco. Il est propre car il est assez nouveau. La situation est superbe car il est à 5 minutes de marche à la boutique ksl.

Allez-y pour célébrer les anniversaires Et ils font un simple gâteau de anniversaire par les gants n ballons , simple et joli Tout est nouveau et la pression de l'eau est bonne, le tube de bain est profond et bien adapté au corps. Robes de bains matériau doux et comme mousseux d'ours de taille 🤣🤣 Les machines à café et les laver fonctionnent bien, même avec des détergents. Quelques améliorations le rendent plus parfait : 1) serviette de cuisine peut avoir besoin de prêt pour cuisiner légèrement 2) L'ascenseur amiable bébé est légèrement odeur, l'ascenseur courant en bruit

From the pov of other guests it's a very vary bad hotel. Intercom wasn't working, internet wasn't working and DRILLING INTENTIONALLY DONE with plans of disturbing me. All this was infact not done by hotel management but they were helplessly cooperating in all the mess. Shows hotel is not actually under the control of management but somebody else. BUT I ENJOYED THE STAY. ALL I WANT IS EVIDENCE FOR JOINT CONSPIRACY AND I GOT WHAT I WANTED. in every place I visit drilling happens which proves every single human being is leading life for name sake following somebody else's instruction and not leading their own life. Only by posting these videos in youtube I can make the world understand this.

Tout va bien, mais je n'aime pas le coup de puissance de l'auto, c'est pour économiser de l'énergie que je comprends, mais je n'aime pas qu'il soit chaud quand je rentre chez moi, il faut attendre un airconditionneur pour refroidir la maison.
