The staff that served me doesnt seem as friendly as what many commented in the forum. The checkin also slow but they increase the staff to 4 at the peak when many came to check in starting 2pm. The cafe that served breakfast is full house after 8am. And the staff are not attentive, not clear table on time. Many plates on the tables waiting to be cleared. Many people complaint no fork And spoon on their table. My son also cannot find the glass for drink because staff not take it refill it on time. Very Basic amenities nothing to be mentioned. The room facing the EDL is noisy. Need to improve the noise insulation.

Room is big and spacious, have bath tub and all the amenities well equipped, breakfast was so good! Overall satisfying and will come back again

It’s also easy to get around from here, whether you’re heading into town or exploring nearby attractions. **Service:** The staff here truly made our stay more enjoyable. The front desk was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. Even the cleaners were approachable and easy to talk to, which gave the place a warm, welcoming vibe. **Amenities:** Trinidad Suites is well-equipped for both relaxation and longer stays. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the deck area, perfect for winding down after a day out. There’s also a gym for workouts and a kitchen area if you prefer preparing your own meals. Everything was functional and well-maintained. Overall, our stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free. The combination of clean, spacious rooms, a convenient location, friendly service, and excellent facilities made this an easy 5-star experience. I can’t even begin to describe how AMAZING my experience at Hard Rock Hotel Desaru was! The place is absolutely stunning, spotless clean, and filled with such vibrant energy. The food was excellent, every bite worth it! I came here to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and the hotel made it truly unforgettable — they surprised us with a complimentary cake and a lovely Hard Rock keychain, such a thoughtful touch! 🎂🎁 Although we arranged additional decoration from an outsider, the housekeeping team still went the extra mile to add their own simple yet sweet décor on the mirror, which warmed our hearts. From the ambiance, service, and attention to detail — everything was top-notch. Hard Rock Desaru definitely knows how to rock your special moments! 💯 Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable getaway or celebration.

La réception est polie et sympathique. L'emplacement est bon, les centres commerciaux et la nourriture sont à proximité. L'espace de stationnement est convenable. L'environnement et l'ambiance de l'hôtel sont également agréables. Peut être un peu bruyant la nuit en raison de son emplacement. La pièce semble un peu vieille, surtout la climatisation est jaunâtre et le bruit du moteur de la climatisation. Comprenez que le livreur de GrabFood ne peut pas monter à l'étage, mais Frontdesk ne pouvait pas non plus s'empêcher d'envoyer la nourriture.

Un peu de distance de marche des restaurants. Bazar Karat juste en face. Très belle vue. La chambre est très spacieuse. (On se sent un peu vide 😅) Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionne pas correctement. Dans l'ensemble, un assez bon séjour pour le prix. Une meilleure propreté avec une bonne sécurité car une carte d'accès est nécessaire pour entrer dans le hall de l'hôtel.

This is my second visit after 4 months.The checked in process was fast and greted with a warm and cheerful staff if not wrong is duty manager. My room is clean and feel comfortable for my stay. The breakfast buffet got improvement a lot compare with last time visit. The nasi lemak corner never empty now, food fill up pretty fast now. Last visit food was finished and waited very long for filling up. The orange and watermelon juice was nice and also filling up very fast, very rare to see empty bottle. Thumbs up! The waiter all with smile and happy mood. The most yummy is the roti prata corner the same brother doing the best roti prata kosong! I will come back again by year end.

Very spacious room for cheap price. The breakfast was okay, with variety of selections. The location is a bit far from JB city. Buy if you are looking to go to Legoland, this is the perfect spot. Plenty of restaurants nearby too.
