Was extremely pleased with the room - in fact, I have just booked the same for my next work trip. Very comfortable, stylish room. Small wardrobe for hanging clothes (seems obvious, but I had just stayed in a Hilton Hampton a few days before, and there was not so much as a coat hook). Great bathroom, with nice fragrance toiletries. Robe & slippers for relaxing. Important for me - desk / work place (although desk lamp didn't work) And of course, hotel is perfectly located near Utrecht Central, an important transit point. Thank you, team

Perfect stay! Clean and very well located close to the train station and writhing the mall but so quite and nice view. Will choose again

I stayed here while visiting Utrecht for a rave, and honestly, it was the perfect choice. After an incredible night out, coming back to such a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel was absolute bliss. The bed deserves a mention — it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! Especially after hours of dancing, it felt like laying in heaven. The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and professional, and the whole place had a really calm, relaxing vibe. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to recharge after such a great event. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Utrecht — especially if you’re here for a night out and want somewhere peaceful and pristine to crash afterwards!

We kennen hotel The President zakelijk al langer, sinds de jaren 90 was dit de standaard voor buitenlandse collega’s, voor onszelf boeken we privé als we voor een evenement in Utrecht moeten zijn. De kwaliteit is prima en je kunt met het OV makkelijk per bus naar Utrecht centrum, halte is paar honderd meter lopen. De auto kun je op de parkeerplaats van het hotel laten staan.

L'emplacement est parfait juste à côté de la gare centrale d'Utrecht et d'un grand centre commercial. Passez le centre commercial et vous êtes au centre-ville. Dispose d'une piscine et d'une petite salle de sport au dernier étage. Le seul problème que nous avons eu était qu'une de nos serviettes avait des taches brunes, ce qui n'avait pas l'air très agréable, mais nous leur avons montré et ils nous en ont immédiatement donné des propres. De plus, il n'y avait pas de revitalisant pour les cheveux, mais dans un autre de leur hôtel Inntel où nous avons séjourné, il y en avait. Essayez d'avoir une chambre face à la voie ferrée, je pense que cela aurait une meilleure vue.

Well…Someone entered our room in the middle of the night as they had a copy of our card (I don’t know how). After reporting it to their staff, we asked to change a room. He came up to understand the situation and told us to stay put and call him again if someone tries to enter again?! Of course, we rejected his proposal and demanded a change in room which he did do so. After all, we were offered free breakfast but 0 explanation or investigation into the matter even after probing. Room was pretty big tho

Hôtel agréable et propre, très bien situé par rapport au train/tramway et au stade de football. L'enregistrement a été rapide et nous avons eu un bon verre de bienvenue. Le service était rapide et le personnel était sympathique. La chambre était belle, mais la vue n’était pas la meilleure. Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre, ce qui est un must pour moi ! Cependant, ils servent des boissons chaudes et froides en bas. L'espace extérieur sur le canal était charmant au soleil ! J'y retournerais sans hésiter.

Standard Holiday Inn experience that you come to expect the check-in staff were very friendly and I found that this room was particularly clean compared to previous holiday inns I’ve stayed at the staff were very helpful when I asked for recommendations in the local area 

We hebben echt heerlijk genoten. Personeel is op en top vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Jammer dat het restaurant te weinig keus heeft en niet werkt met versproducten dat zou zoveel meer waarde hebben en eerlijk gezegd had ik dit niet verwacht van een hilton double tree. Het personeel ,hygiëne, locatie en voorzieningen zijn daarintegen goed. Temperatuur in de kamers waren wel wat aan de hoge kant, maar als je de schuifdeur een stuk openlaat is het goed te doen. We komen er zeker nog een keer terug
