Emplacement idéal, en plein centre-ville, avec vue sur les monuments. Personnel sympathique et bon petit-déjeuner. Seule déception : le règlement de la piscine et du sauna, non précisé lors de la réservation sur trip.com. Nous avons découvert que la piscine n'est accessible qu'une heure par client et que le temps supplémentaire est payant et ne peut excéder 3 heures par jour. De plus, l'accès à la piscine et au spa nécessite une réservation à l'avance. Ces restrictions devraient être clairement indiquées, car ce désagrément nous a donné l'impression d'une publicité trompeuse, ce qui est dommage pour un hôtel aussi agréable.

I had a wonderful stay and was very satisfied with the overall quality and atmosphere of the hotel. One of my favorite features was the complimentary drinking water station located in the hallway. The option to choose between room-temperature and cold water was incredibly convenient and thoughtful for guests. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. During check-in, the front desk staff proactively informed me about the possibility of a late check-out option, which is especially helpful for business travelers. Since I needed to change my flight to 5:00 PM, I asked whether a complimentary late check-out would be possible. The housekeeping manager and service staff were extremely kind and accommodating, helping me extend my check-out time from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Their support made a significant difference to my travel schedule. From check-in to check-out, every staff member I interacted with was professional, friendly, and attentive, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. Overall, my experience was very comfortable and enjoyable. My only regret is that I didn’t have the opportunity to try the sauna facilities on the basement level, which are open until midnight. Due to my busy work schedule and a few early nights, I simply ran out of time. I would definitely love to experience them during my next visit. Le salon de l'hôtel était très propre, les installations de l'ascenseur, qui peuvent être déplacées en regardant l'extérieur, étaient excellentes et les chambres étaient spacieuses et confortables avec un lit unique. La salle de bain était lumineuse et la douche et le tube étaient séparés et confortables. Le petit déjeuner était également préparé pour un 5 étoiles. Cependant, le parking est séparé de l'hôtel, donc il était un peu inconfortable.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. We have not checked out the swimming pool and the terrace nor had a breakfast there, so can’t say anything about those really. We booked a room with a king size bed and were first assigned one with two single/twin (?) beds which were pushed together. The receptionist informed us there is no guarantee you will get a bed which you have originally booked in the app, but ended up giving us an upgrade for a room with a river view and a king size bed.

Il s'agit d'un hôtel 3-star à peu près de l'aéroport de Chopin. Il n'y a pas grand chose à faire dans la zone immédiate, mais il y a un grand magasin à pied 30-minute ou une 5-minute conduite loin. L'hôtel propose des services de pick-up et de décharge à l'aéroport. Globalement, c'est une bonne option pour un séjour de nuit avant de poursuivre votre voyage

The stay was nice overall. The staff tried their best to accommodate our requests, and the housekeepers were friendly despite having some difficulty communicating in English. However, there are some points that disappointed us: - There was bottled water labeled ”still water” in the room, but it was in fact sparkling. We had to call the front desk every day to get actual still water. -The kettle wasn’t working and actually gave my partner an electric shock. It could have ended very badly. -The shower water was either boiling hot or ice cold; there was no in-between, so we couldn’t enjoy a relaxing shower. - I know that the hotel values sustainability; however, I accidentally spilled some ketchup on the bed. I placed the card stating ”if you want the bedding changed, put this note on the bed,” but to my surprise, the sheets were not changed after housekeeping, and the stain was still there. - The heater/AC was VERY LOUD - And our biggest deception was the fact that the pool was closed and we didn’t get notified at all about it, we chose this hotel over another one because we wanted to try it.

Transports : Proche des arrêts de tram et de bus, à environ 20 minutes du centre-ville et des principaux sites touristiques. Attention cependant, les bus de Varsovie sont souvent bondés. Environnement : Un magnifique parc, idéal pour les promenades matinales, permet d'observer de nombreux animaux, une agréable surprise. Équipements : Une piscine est disponible, mais elle est souvent pleine le soir. Chambres : Dignes d'un 4 étoiles, elles offrent, chose rare en Europe, des chaussons jetables.

C'est reparti, les affaires répétées sont les meilleures affaires, Ça doit être ma 5/6 fois au Mercure Grand Varsovie, Au moment où vous arrivez, vous êtes chaleureusement accueilli par un personnel formidable, L'hôtel est impeccable, les chambres sont comme toujours exceptionnellement propres, Le Mercure Grand devrait certainement recevoir la médaille d'or du meilleur petit-déjeuner à Varsovie, Ils prennent même du champagne au petit-déjeuner, Large choix de plats savoureux, L'emplacement est le meilleur, la rue regorge de restaurants et de bars et d'un quartier extrêmement sûr, Merci à Joanna (invité manager) d'avoir bien pris soin de ses invités,
