Very good hotel and the room is clean except the bathroom. The clerks are untrained and service quality is not good. They should stop making multiple calls to guest's room when nothing is ordered for dinner. I received 3 times of such calls within one day when I was relaxing in the room I felt like I was blamed for not ordering anything from the restaurant. They do not realise how rude it is and think that it is normal practice for Indian hotel but foreigners are very much annoyed by that ”Sir do you want to order anything for dinner?”.

Service que nous avons reçu de La sécurité et le valet étaient très bons Le bureau frontal n'est pas jusqu'au marque ils n'étaient pas accueillant et pas amicaux même si notre deuxième visite, check-in même après avoir déjà réservé une autre chambre pour notre membre de la famille ils ont dit ”il n'y a pas de nom dans leur liste de réservation” Inspection des chambres ont été réservées dans le même nom le jour avant de ne pas avoir été fournis pendant le check-out. Le restaurant était très bon et le personnel était si doux et très aimable. La maison était très bonne et utile, mais il y avait une peinture sur la poule dans la chambre no 606. Service de chambre bien servi

hôtel très bon propre près de ISBT Jorhat. Il prend 20 minutes de l'aéroport. J'ai séjourné à l'hôtel Annexe, à 250 m de l'hôtel principal. Service de navette gratuit disponible entre l'immeuble principal et l'annexe, mais il est juste à pied. Vous pouvez prendre le petit déjeuner soit à l'annexe (menu de réglage) soit à l'immeuble principal (principalement buffet végétarien), sans frais supplémentaires. La seule question est que le panneau de la fenêtre dans la chambre a une lacune et que le bruit extérieur est venu de l'espace de la lacune, il devrait être fixé à l'air-tight.

I used to travel alot but this property 'The Rhino' will have a special place in my travel history. Location is offbeat to Guwahati as it is closer to new airport. Restaurant of this property is excellent. We enjoyed all meals. Room is excellently maintained, need not to worry about any aspect.

The room is clean and maintained nicely, no mosquites or had no insect problem, yet with some musty and mossy smell. Air conditioner is very strong and had stable hot water for 24 hours. Bed is comfy but felt a bit itchy to touch on, perhaps because they didn't rinse it well and washing detergents were remaining in the bedsheet texture. The bathroom was terribly stinking and in the morning it was smokey also. Overall it pays well and not bad for the price.

Nice service and ambience . Easy check in process. Staff was nice and understanding . There were mosquitos in the entrance hall and near pool So much . Otherwise very comfortable stay . It’s bit outside city but airport is near . I love concierge service . I live valet service.

Cet hôtel est très confortable et confortable. Les chambres sont anciennes et datées ( la position des boutons de douche ne peut être accessible que si vous ne vous y trouvez pas) , ont eu un incident malheureux de la salle de bains qui est fermée et incapable d'ouvrir et il a été 2am type . Le personnel est venu le corriger dans les minutes 5-7 mais il a été effrayé en raison de l'heure.

Good service, good service, secured campus, foods are excellent, lift is also protected without key no one can can use the lift that is interesting

Just a short stay, hotel room was nice and comfortable. The location is relatively far from the Airport. The hotel surroundings is currently under going a major high way development so getting to the location is currently challenging as there were road diversion.
