Charming Boutique Hotel! The only reason I have rated Service as Good is because our experience at the Lamp Hotel started off on the wrong foot, thanks to Cecelia behind the front desk. Our initial conversation with her was so awkward and rude, we just looked at each other shocked that she was so unprofessional:( She was so rude to us upon entering the hotel. We politely asked if we could try to check in early. She looked us up and down head to toe with such an off putting attitude and did not even reciprocate in conversation when we asked other questions. Another couple came into the lobby right after us, and she immediately shifted her conversation to them, leaving us standing there speechless, as she began a conversation with them in Swedish. We had arrived so tired, but so excited, as my friend had already stayed at The Lamp Hotel, and had filled me in on how great the hotel was. Cecelia was not warm or friendly to us from the get go, nor accommodating to even offer to take our luggage to store until check in. We had to ask her to do this for us, and my friend literally had to ask her her name about 2 times, before she would acknowledge her question or look in our direction as we asked her questions. We had just traveled 9 hours by flight from the US, and her attitude and personality was not welcoming in any way. We thought we had made a huge mistake booking at the Lamp because of her. We were so glad we did not have to see her again during our whole stay. She was terrible and needs training on empathy, people skills, and basic hospitality. She may not be the best option for behind the front desk as the first point of contact for your hotel. Now once we got past this terrible welcome, we enjoyed our stay so much. The hotel and rooms were gorgeous. The rest of the staff were lovely. The entire hotel is clean, sexy and wonderful! The location is wonderful, the lobby is so chic. The spa is GREAT. The bathrooms are spacious and lovely. I enjoyed my picture window, the tasteful decor and all little details. Housekeeping is PERFECTION. I did breakfast each morning and the kitchen and staff there are INCREDIBLE. They all deserve raises. They were hustling, serving, cleaning, and just a vision of unity and of how to run a kitchen:) The way they all worked and got on so well with each other, was so nice to see. Overall, besides our rude welcome thanks to Cecelia, I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and WOULD stay again. I plan to go back and stay with my husband when we visit Sweden later this year.

Nöjd med bra service och god frukost. Det enda jag var missnöjd med var det höga ljudet från ventilationen under natten.

I booked a room at the Comfort Hotel Linkoping City for my daughter, who will attend Linkoping University. To make sure the online ooking was processed correctly, I also cotacted the hotel directly and the lady answering the phone was incredibly helpful and friendly. She followed up with an email to verify the room was reserved and they ” were looking forward to welcome my daughter'. She had a great stay and awesome breakfast. Perfect.

Nous n'avons pas pu entrer à l'hôtel lorsque nous sommes arrivés dimanche après 18 heures, donc nous avons dû appeler l'hôtel pour obtenir le code d'accès pour entrer et nous vérifier. Il a été très bien conçu pour vous aider à vous rendre à l'hôtel.

La décoration de l'hôtel est simple et neuf, la chambre est propre et l'environnement est bon! Il y a des équipements de base, ventilateur, lavage de tête, bouilloire, etc. Le petit-déjeuner est très choisi, le goût est bon! Réservez une bonne nuit avec la famille!

環境很棒，旁邊有一座廢棄的大飛機，可以走路過去參觀，離機場非常的近，直線距離就幾百米，酒店24小時有班車，每隔15分鐘就有班車去機場，非常適合趕路人。

Heel fijn hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein en op nog geen 10 minuten met de auto gelegen vanaf norkoping centrum. ik miste een tafelkoelkastje en waterkoker/ koffie en thee op de kamer zelf te kunnen maken.

Le petit déjeuner est normal, il n'y a pas de lit supplémentaire, vous pouvez amener votre enfant, la situation de l'hôtel est un peu biaisée, vous avez besoin d'une voiture, il y a un parking gratuit. La performance de coût est relativement élevée, adaptée au repos lors de la conduite.

La chambre familiale, mais la chambre d'hôtel est encore petite, la salle de bain est également petite, et les équipements sont moyens. Vous pouvez vous garer temporairement à l'entrée de l'hôtel, puis vous devez faire le tour à l'arrière de l'hôtel pour entrer dans le parking souterrain. Il devrait être possible d'entrer avec une carte de crédit. J'ai utilisé la carte-clé de la chambre d'hôtel pour ouvrir la porte du parking. Plus tard, quand je suis sorti, j'avais peur de ne pas pouvoir sortir. J'ai demandé aux gens que je n'avais pas besoin de glisser ma carte lorsque je sortais. Petit déjeuner occidental standard. L'hôtel est pittoresque. Il semble qu'il y ait beaucoup de touristes qui voyagent avec des familles en dehors de la Suède pour rester avec des enfants.

Très bon, le petit déjeuner est bon et la variété est plus riche. La vue nocturne de la chambre donnant sur l'extérieur n'est pas mal.
