Otel konumu gereği çok kullanışlı. Hizmet kalitesi ***et iyiydi, otel çalışanları çok yardımcı ve güler yüzlüydü. Odaların büyüklüğü ***et yeterli oluyor özellikle tek kalacaklar ve sigara kullanılmayan oda isteyenler için çok güzeldi.

Otelin en güçlü kısmı mutfak/restoran. Bu kısımda herkes vizör vızır çalışıp harika yemekler sunup ortamı düzenliyor. Sorun yaşadığınızda Şef Şenel Hanım’a ulaşabilirsiniz. Asyalı kadın masörlerden masajı mutlaka tavsiye ediyorum. Maalesef termal suyu 20 derece civarı bir ılıklıkta. Otel ana yoldan 5 dk uzaklıkta olduğu için toplu taşıma ile gelenler için alıp bırakma servisi yapmalı. Çay saatindeki kek çeşitleri azaltılıp kurabiye yapılabilir

Комната окнами на шоссе, соотв. окно не открыть чтобы не было шума машин, их и так слышно немного, поэтому духота, нужно ждать когда кондиционер понемногу остудит. Где-то писали, что паркинг подземный - нет его. Машину просто на улице ставить у отеля, если место есть. Завтрак хороший
